the face recognition module acquires face information of a user by calling a camera of mobile equipment such as a mobile phone and the like, performs recognition and authentication on the face information and face information of the user with valuable instrument use qualification stored in advance in a database, and simultaneously stores the face information uploaded by the user into a use information record table in the database;

the instruction issuing module is used for acquiring equipment ID and APIKey information in a database OneNet cloud platform virtual equipment parameter information table according to a valuable instrument equipment number in a database temporary information storage table after a user passes information matching authentication of an information matching module of the WeChat public number background, and realizing butt joint with OneNet cloud platform virtual equipment of an EDP type by using the equipment ID and the APIKey information so as to control the OneNet cloud platform virtual equipment to issue an instruction for starting a power supply of a valuable instrument to a valuable instrument monitoring node.
