本发明提供一种微动开关装置，包括微动开关和安全销，所述微动开关周向固定在开关固定座上，并与压簧一端接触，所述压簧的另一端固定在压簧固定座上，所述压簧固定座固定在基座上，所述微动开关与基座可接触或分开，所述基座与连接器电连接，所述连接器固定在壳体上，在所述壳体上还设有阀门组件，所述安全销通过阀门组件插入壳体内，从而压缩微动开关，使线路接通。本发明通过安全销控制微动开关来实现电路的通断，同时大大提高了产品的可靠性，满足不同环境下的使用要求。

本发明属于微动开关技术领域，尤其涉及一种微动开关装置。
背景技术
在控制飞行器起飞与降落的控制系统中，常采用按压开关来实现电路的通断，但是，由于其特殊的工作环境，在采用常规的按压开关时需要一定的技术支持。所以，急需研制一种开关，不仅能很好地控制飞行器起飞与降落的控制系统，而且，具备很好的密封性和可靠性，适用于各种恶劣的环境。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种微动开关装置。
一种微动开关装置，包括微动开关和安全销，所述微动开关周向固定在开关固定座上，并与压簧一端接触，所述压簧的另一端固定在压簧固定座上，所述压簧固定座固定在基座上，所述微动开关与基座可接触或分开，所述基座与连接器电连接，所述连接器固定在壳体上，在所述壳体上还设有阀门组件，所述安全销通过阀门组件插入壳体内，从而压缩微动开关，使线路接通。
进一步的，所述连接器与壳体的连接处设有导电橡胶垫。
为了方便安全销的插入，所述阀门组件为两个。
进一步的，所述两个阀门组件分别设置在所述壳体相对的两面。
本发明一种微动开关装置，与现有技术相比，其有益效果在于:本发明通过安全销实现电路的启动和关闭，方便工作人员观察，且微动开关是设置在壳体内，具有一定的密封性，从而保证连接的可靠，能很好地适应各种恶劣的工作环境。

具体实施方式

一种微动开关装置，包括微动开关1和安全销2，所述微动开关1周向固定在开关固定座3上，并与压簧4一端接触，所述压簧4的另一端固定在压簧固定座5上，所述压簧固定座5固定在基座6上，所述微动开关1与基座6可接触或分开，所述基座6与连接器8电连接，所述连接器8固定在壳体7上，在所述壳体7上还设有阀门组件10，所述安全销2通过阀门组件10插入壳体7内，从而压缩微动开关1，使线路接通。
进一步的，所述连接器8与壳体7的连接处设有导电橡胶垫9。
为了方便安全销的插入，所述阀门组件10为两个。
进一步的，所述两个阀门组件10分别设置在所述壳体7相对的两面。
本发明是通过以下方式实现的：将安全销2通过阀门组件10插入壳体7时，安全销2压缩微动开关1，微动开关1与基座6接触，从而实现电路的接通；当工作完成后，拔出安全销2，微动开关1在压簧4的作用下复位，从而实现电路的断开。
本发明通过安全销实现电路的启动和关闭，方便工作人员观察，且微动开关是设置在壳体内，具有一定的密封性，从而保证连接的可靠。

1.一种微动开关装置，其特征在于：包括微动开关（1）和安全销（2），所述微动开关（1）周向固定在开关固定座（3）上，并与压簧（4）一端接触，所述压簧（4）的另一端固定在压簧固定座（5）上，所述压簧固定座（5）固定在基座（6）上，所述微动开关（1）与基座（6）可接触或分开，所述基座（6）与连接器（8）电连接，所述连接器（8）固定在壳体（7）上，在所述壳体（7）上还设有阀门组件（10），所述安全销（2）通过阀门组件（10）插入壳体（7）内，从而压缩微动开关（1），使线路接通。
2.如权利要求1所述的微动开关装置，其特征在于：所述连接器（8）与壳体（7）的连接处设有导电橡胶垫（9）。
3.如权利要求1所述的微动开关装置，其特征在于：所述阀门组件（10）为两个。
4.如权利要求3所述的微动开关装置，其特征在于：所述两个阀门组件（10）分别设置在所述壳体（7）相对的两面。
