一种耐磨损电缆,包括线芯、绝缘保护套,其特征在于,所述绝缘保护套外还间隔分布有若干防磨凸起,所述防磨凸起环绕绝缘保护套均匀设置,所述防磨凸起呈圆柱型,材质为聚四氟乙烯。所述防磨凸起之间的间距为1‑2cm。所述防磨凸起的高度为0.3‑0.5cm。使用这种耐磨损电缆,可以大大增加电缆的耐磨性,使得线芯得到了更好的保护,有效避免了因绝缘保护套破损而造成线芯外露的现象,用电更加安全、可靠,且这种耐磨损电缆易于缠绕、弯曲。

本发明属于电缆领域,具体地说是一种耐磨损电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会的不断发展,用电量也随之增加,要求电缆的载流能力越来越大,电缆的导电线芯截面不断增大,电缆的单位长度重量也随之增加,当工作人员在进行电缆铺设工作时,很容易在敷设过程中擦坏外护套,从而留下安全隐患,导致发生事故。现有技术中,电缆的绝缘和护套大多数是直接采用塑料和橡胶有机聚合物组成包裹层,一般耐磨性较差,安全性能不强。若包裹层过厚,则会影响电缆的弯曲、缠绕。
发明内容
为了解决普通电缆不耐磨、绝缘护套易受到破坏的问题,本发明提供了一种耐磨损电缆,具有良好的耐磨性,可以很好地保护导电线芯,且易于弯曲、缠绕。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种耐磨损电缆,包括线芯、绝缘保护套,其特征在于,所述绝缘保护套外还间隔分布有若干防磨凸起,所述防磨凸起环绕绝缘保护套均匀设置,所述防磨凸起呈圆柱型,材质为聚四氟乙烯。
优选的,所述防磨凸起之间的间距为1-2cm。
优选的,所述防磨凸起的高度为0.3-0.5cm。
本发明的有益效果是:
使用这种耐磨损电缆,可以大大增加电缆的耐磨性,使得线芯得到了更好的保护,有效避免了因绝缘保护套破损而造成线芯外露的现象,用电更加安全、可靠,且这种耐磨损电缆易于缠绕、弯曲。

一种耐磨损电缆,包括线芯1、绝缘保护套2,其特征在于,所述绝缘保护套2外还间隔分布有若干防磨凸起3,所述防磨凸起3环绕绝缘保护套2均匀设置,所述防磨凸起3呈圆柱型,材质为聚四氟乙烯。所述防磨凸起3之间的间距为1-2cm。所述防磨凸起3的高度为0.3-0.5cm
防磨凸起3材质为聚四氟乙烯,抗磨损性能较好,在电缆的拖拽中,防磨凸起3会有效地保护绝缘保护套2,使绝缘保护套2不易产生破损。由于防磨凸起3之间存在间距,所以这种耐磨损电缆可以轻易地弯曲、缠绕,使用方便。防磨凸起3和绝缘保护套2对线芯1产生了良好的保护,因此,这种耐磨损电缆安全性能较高,使用寿命也较长。
