本发明公开了一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,包括:输入轴,滚珠组件,滑块组件,三叉杆输出轴;所述输入轴一侧开有键槽,另一侧为筒形,并开有三对呈120°分布的滚珠组件槽;所述滚珠组件有6套,分别通过沉头螺钉紧固于所述输入轴滚珠组件槽的两侧;所述滑块组件有3套,分别安装在3对所述滚珠组件上,能够沿所述输入轴的轴线往复滑动,并与所述三叉杆输出轴连接;所述三叉杆输出轴一端加工有键槽,另一端加工为三叉杆形式,本发明一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器外形美观,制造加工和拆装方便,维修方便,承载能力大,缓冲减振性好,传动效率高,运行可靠,可用于大型机械设备进行变轴间夹角传动等复杂传动场景。

技术领域
本发明涉及联轴器领域,具体说是涉及到一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器。
背景技术
目前大型机械设备在进行变轴间夹角传动的过程中,一般采用万向联轴器。普通的万向联轴器有十字型万向联轴器和球笼式万向联轴器等。十字型万向联轴器在传动过程中会产生附加载荷,引起振动,不适用于高速、轴间角过大的传动;球笼式万向联轴器则存在加工精度高,承载能力低等缺点。为了满足日益提高的生产精度的要求,设计发明了一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器。该发明一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器有着外形美观,制造加工和拆装方便,维修方便,承载能力大,缓冲减振性好,传动效率高,运行可靠的优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种外形美观,加工制造和拆装方便,维修方便,承载能力大,缓冲减振性好,传动效率高,运行可靠,可以适应于大型机械设备进行变轴间夹角传动的大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器。
本发明所采用的方案如下:
一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,包括:输入轴,滚珠组件,滑块组件,三叉杆输出轴;所述输入轴一侧开有键槽,另一侧为筒形,并开有三对呈120°分布的滚珠组件槽;所述滚珠组件有6套,分别通过沉头螺钉紧固于所述输入轴滚珠组件槽的两侧;所述滑块组件有3套,分别安装在3对所述滚珠组件上,能够沿所述输入轴的轴线方向往复滑动,并且与所述三叉杆输出轴连接;所述三叉杆输出轴一端加工有键槽,另一端加工为三叉杆的形式。
进一步地,每套所述滚珠组件包括:滚珠,滚珠基体,保持架,减振橡胶垫;所述滚珠基体一侧开有截面为弧形且曲率与所述滚珠相同的滚珠槽,另一侧开有减振橡胶垫槽;每套所述滚珠组件的所述滚珠有8个,通过所述保持架安装在所述滚珠槽内,并能够在所述滚珠槽内滚动;所述减振橡胶垫安装在所述减振橡胶垫槽内,避免了传动过程中所述输入轴和所述滚珠组件最大受力方向上的直接接触,起到吸收振动的作用。
进一步地,每套所述滑块组件包括:滑块主体,安装基体,关节轴承;所述滑块主体为弧形结构,所述滑块主体的曲率和所述输入轴的筒形一侧相同,所述滑块主体两侧均开有滑槽,中部开有方形槽;所述滑块主体的滑槽内开有截面为弧形且曲率和所述滚珠相同的滚动槽,使得所述滚珠能够在所述滚动槽内滚动;所述安装基体为方形结构,安装在所述滑块主体的方形槽内;所述关节轴承安装在所述安装基体内;所述三叉杆输出轴的三叉杆分别安装在所述关节轴承内。
进一步地,所述滑块组件与所述滚珠之间为线接触高副,并且在相对往复运动的过程中形成收敛的楔形间隙,因此所述滑块组件与所述滚珠之间容易建立起弹性流体动压油膜,摩擦损失小,所述大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器传动效率高。
进一步地,每套所述滑块组件的两个侧面均通过所述输入轴的轴线,使得所述滑块组件和所述滚珠组件所受的工作压力均沿所述输入轴转动圆周的切向方向,受力好,增强了所述大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器的承载能力和可靠性能。
进一步地,每套所述滚珠组件作为一个模块,每套所述滑块组件作为一个模块,使得所述大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器便于加工制造的同时整体结构美观紧凑,并且便于安装和拆卸,所述滚珠组件和所述滑块组件磨损后易于更换。
本发明一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器所能取得的有益效果是:
实现了外形美观,制造加工和拆装方便,维修方便,承载能力大,缓冲减振性好,传动效率高,运行可靠的特点,可以用于大型机械设备进行变轴间夹角传动等复杂传动场景。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施作进一步描述。
如图1、2、3、4所示,本发明一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,包括:输入轴1,滚珠组件2,滑块组件3,三叉杆输出轴4;所述输入轴1一侧开有键槽,另一侧为筒形,并开有三对呈120°分布的滚珠组件槽;所述滚珠组件2有6套,分别通过沉头螺钉紧固于所述输入轴1的滚珠组件槽的两侧;所述滑块组件3有3套,分别安装在3对所述滚珠组件2上,能够沿所述输入轴1的轴线方向往复滑动,并且与所述三叉杆输出轴4连接;所述三叉杆输出轴4一端加工有键槽,另一端加工为三叉杆的形式。
进一步地,每套所述滚珠组件2包括:滚珠20,滚珠基体21,保持架22,减振橡胶垫23;所述滚珠基体21一侧开有截面为弧形且曲率与所述滚珠20相同的滚珠槽,另一侧开有减振橡胶垫槽;每套所述滚珠组件2的所述滚珠20有8个,通过所述保持架22安装在所述滚珠槽内,并能够在所述滚珠槽内滚动;所述减振橡胶垫23安装在所述减振橡胶垫槽内,避免了传动过程中所述输入轴1和所述滚珠组件2最大受力方向上的直接接触,起到吸收振动的作用。
进一步地,每套所述滑块组件3包括:滑块主体30,安装基体31,关节轴承32;所述滑块主体30为弧形结构,所述滑块主体的曲率和所述输入轴1的筒形一侧相同,所述滑块主体30两侧均开有滑槽,中部开有方形槽;所述滑块主体30的滑槽内开有截面为弧形且曲率和所述滚珠20相同的滚动槽,使得所述滚珠20能够在所述滚动槽内滚动;所述安装基体31为方形结构,安装在所述滑块主体30的方形槽内;所述关节轴承32安装在所述安装基体31内;所述三叉杆输出轴4的三叉杆分别安装在所述关节轴承32内。
如图1、2、3、4所示,本发明一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器工作方法步骤如下:
动力输入给所述输入轴1,经所述滚珠组件2和所述滑块组件3传给所述三叉杆输出轴4,实现扭矩和运动的传输。传动过程中,所述滑块组件3沿所述输入轴1的轴向方向往复滑动,所述滚珠组件2通过所述滚珠20和所述滑块组件3接触,滚动摩擦降低了本联轴器的能量损耗,线接触高副增强了本联轴器的承载能力;安装在所述滚珠基体21上的所述减振橡胶垫23,避免了传动过程中所述输入轴1和所述滚珠组件2最大受力方向上的直接接触,起到了减振的作用;所述滑块组件3和所述滚珠组件2所受的工作压力均沿所述输入轴1转动圆周的切向方向,受力性好,增强了所述大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器的整体承载能力和可靠性能;模块化的设计使得所述大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器的拆装和维修更为方便。

1.一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,包括:输入轴,滚珠组件,滑块组件,三叉杆输出轴;所述输入轴一侧开有键槽,另一侧为筒形,并开有三对呈120°分布的滚珠组件槽;所述滚珠组件有6套,分别通过沉头螺钉紧固于所述输入轴滚珠组件槽的两侧;所述滑块组件有3套,分别安装在3对所述滚珠组件上,能够沿所述输入轴的轴线方向往复滑动,并且与所述三叉杆输出轴连接;所述三叉杆输出轴一端加工有键槽,另一端加工为三叉杆的形式。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,其特征在于:每套所述滚珠组件包括滚珠,滚珠基体,保持架,减振橡胶垫;所述滚珠基体一侧开有截面为弧形且曲率与所述滚珠相同的滚珠槽,另一侧开有减振橡胶垫槽;每套所述滚珠组件的所述滚珠有8个,通过所述保持架安装在所述滚珠槽内,并能够在所述滚珠槽内滚动;所述减振橡胶垫安装在所述减振橡胶垫槽内,避免了传动过程中所述输入轴和所述滚珠组件最大受力方向上的直接接触,起到吸收振动的作用。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,其特征在于:每套所述滑块组件包括滑块主体,安装基体,关节轴承;所述滑块主体为弧形结构,所述滑块主体的曲率和所述输入轴的筒形一侧相同,所述滑块主体两侧均开有滑槽,中部开有方形槽;所述滑块主体的滑槽内开有截面为弧形且曲率和所述滚珠相同的滚动槽,使得所述滚珠能够在所述滚动槽内滚动;所述安装基体为方形结构,安装在所述滑块主体的方形槽内;所述关节轴承安装在所述安装基体内;所述三叉杆输出轴的三叉杆分别安装在所述关节轴承内。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,其特征在于:所述滑块组件与所述滚珠之间为线接触高副,并且在相对往复运动的过程中形成收敛的楔形间隙,因此所述滑块组件与所述滚珠之间容易建立起弹性流体动压油膜,摩擦损失小,所述大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器传动效率高。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器,其特征在于:每套所述滑块组件的两个侧面均通过所述输入轴的轴线,使得所述滑块组件和所述滚珠组件所受的工作压力均沿所述输入轴转动圆周的切向方向,受力好,增强了所述大型滚动摩擦式三叉杆万向联轴器的承载能力和可靠性能。
