本发明涉及一种新型加强板,包括板体,板体上设有加强构件,加强构件数量为两个,加强构件由钢材构成,加强构件呈一体式结构,加强构件包括横板以及加强凸起,加强凸起数量为4‑7个,加强凸起位于横板一侧表面,加强凸起呈长条形结构,加强凸起截面呈三角形,加强凸起在搜书横板表面呈均匀分布;两个加强构件分别位于板体的顶部与底部,横板位于板体外侧,加强凸起位于板体内侧,两个加强构件在板体上呈上下对称结构。本发明的采用上下对称的双重加强构件结构,通过上下两个加强构件有利于大大提高板体的强度。

本发明特别涉及一种新型加强板。
背景技术
目前,大多数板材需要提高强度时,均采用加强筋或加强板的形式对板材进行改造。但是随着现代社会的不断发展,人们对建筑板材的强度要求也越来越高,简单的加强板或者添加简单的加强筋已经越来越不能满足人们的需要,如何提高板材的强度这一课题也越来越受到研究人员的关注。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种新型加强板。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种新型加强板,其特征在于,包括板体,所述板体上设有加强构件,所述加强构件数量为两个,所述加强构件由钢材构成,所述加强构件呈一体式结构,所述加强构件包括横板以及加强凸起,所述加强凸起数量为4-7个,所述加强凸起位于所述横板一侧表面,所述加强凸起呈长条形结构,所述加强凸起截面呈三角形,所述加强凸起在搜书横板表面呈均匀分布;所述两个加强构件分别位于所述板体的顶部与底部,所述横板位于板体外侧,加强凸起位于板体内侧,所述两个加强构件在所述板体上呈上下对称结构。

本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的采用上下对称的双重加强构件结构,通过上下两个加强构件有利于大大提高板体的强度;加强构件通过钢横板进行硬度加强,并添加多个由钢构成的加强凸起,密集排布大大提高强度,且加强凸起截面呈正三角形,稳定性高,不易变形。
