Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water pollution control, in particular to the field of oil spill emergency, and particularly relates to a separation and recovery device and a separation and recovery method for oil stains on a water surface.
Background
With the continuous development of offshore oil and the continuous development of shipping and water transportation, the pollution of oil to water has attracted more and more public attention. At present, no matter the inland petroleum pollution or the offshore petroleum pollution is caused, the mechanical recovery method adopted at home and abroad mainly comprises the steps of surrounding the spilled oil by an oil containment boom and then recovering the spilled oil by an oil skimmer. Depending on the nature of the spilled oil, the skimmer may be classified into various types such as a belt type, a disc type, a brush type, a rope type skimmer, a vacuum type skimmer, a weir type skimmer, etc. based on the adhesion principle. Although the types of oil skimmers are relatively large, the oil skimmers have respective defects, such as low recovery rate of the adhesive oil skimmer, extremely high water content in the recovered matters of the vacuum type oil skimmer and the weir type oil skimmer, high requirements on a storage container and severe requirements on the environmental conditions of field operation, and therefore, the practical application effect is relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a separating and recycling device and a separating and recycling method for oil stains on a water surface, which are used for solving the technical problems in the prior art, and the separating and recycling device for the oil stains is good in environmental adaptability to an operation site, solves the problem of extremely high water content in the recycled materials of a weir type and vacuum type oil skimmer, and is higher in recycling rate than an adhesive type oil skimmer.
The invention adopts the technical proposal for solving the technical problems in the prior art that:

The control device comprises a controller and an electric cylinder, wherein the controller is in communication connection with the electric cylinder, the electric cylinder is arranged on the outer side surface where the parallel track is located, the telescopic end of the electric cylinder is connected with the outermost end of the moving direction of the movable partition through a connecting rod, and the electric cylinder performs telescopic movement along the direction which is the same as and parallel to the moving direction of the movable partition.
The three tracks are arranged in an upward inclined mode towards the opening direction.
The distance from the lowest point of the track to the bottom end of the box body is 1/5-1/4 of the height of the box body, and the distance from the highest point of the track to the bottom of the box body is 1/3-1/2 of the height of the box body.
The small hole is positioned at one side of the lowest end of the track.
Rubber linings are arranged in the grooves of the three rails.
The box body, the movable partition board and the track are all made of corrosion-resistant hydrophilic materials.
The greasy dirt separation and recovery device is combined with a vacuum pump.
The method for separating and recycling the greasy dirt by adopting the greasy dirt separating and recycling device comprises the following steps of:
1) Starting the control device, and controlling the electric cylinder by the controller to enable the movable partition plate to move out of the box body along two parallel tracks;
2) The box body is placed on the water-oil surface, and the position of the box body is adjusted to enable the three tracks to be located below an oil-water interface;
3) And then starting the control device, and controlling the electric cylinder by the controller to enable the movable partition plate to move into the box body along two parallel tracks, so as to separate the oil-water mixture into the box body and realize the primary separation of the oil film and the water body.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the device has better environmental adaptability, is simple and convenient to operate, can adapt to more severe weather and sea conditions and improves separation efficiency compared with other spilled oil recovery devices; and the device not only saves a large amount of manpower through being combined with the vacuum pump, but also greatly improves the recovery work efficiency and the cabin capacity utilization rate of the recovery cabin, and widens the emergency time window of the oil spilling accident.

For a further understanding of the invention, its features and advantages, reference is now made to the following examples, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings in which:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, a separation and recovery device for oil stains on a water surface comprises a box body 1, a movable partition plate 2, a track for the movable partition plate 2 to move and a control device; the bottom of the box body 1 is opened, a rail is respectively arranged on three inner side surfaces of the lower half part of the box body 1, the three rails comprise two parallel rails 31 and a vertical rail 32, the three rails are connected to form a shape which is a cross, the two parallel rails 31 extend out of the box body 1, grooves 33 are formed in the inner sides of the three rails, movable partition plates 2 which reciprocate along the two parallel rails 31 are in sliding fit with the grooves 33, the movable partition plates and the three rails form a closed box bottom, an opening 5 for the movable partition plates to pass through is reserved on the side surface of the box body opposite to the vertical rail 32, the movable partition plates 2 and the two parallel rails 31 are tightly contacted with the opening 5 at the opening, a control device controls the movable partition plates connected with the movable partition plates to reciprocate along the rails, and a small hole 6 is formed in the corner of the top cover of the box body 1.
The control device comprises a controller 41 and an electric cylinder 42, wherein the controller 41 is in communication connection with the electric cylinder 42, the electric cylinder 42 is arranged on the outer side surface where the parallel track 31 is arranged, the telescopic end of the electric cylinder 42 is connected with the outermost end of the moving direction of the movable partition plate 2 through a connecting rod 7, and the electric cylinder 42 performs telescopic movement along the direction which is the same as and parallel to the moving direction of the movable partition plate 2.
The three tracks are arranged in an upward inclined mode towards the opening direction, so that the movable partition plate is tightly matched with the vertical tracks, and the grooves of the vertical tracks are also in an upward inclined mode to keep the same inclination with the parallel tracks.
The distance from the lowest point of the track to the bottom end of the box body is 1/5-1/4 of the height of the box body, and the distance from the highest point of the track to the bottom of the box body is 1/3-1/2 of the height of the box body.
The small hole 6 is positioned at the lowest end side of the rail, which is more convenient for pumping out the oil-water mixture in the box body 1.
In order to make the movable partition closely contact with the rails and prevent leakage of the oil-water mixture separated in the tank, rubber linings (not shown) are provided in the grooves 33 of the three rails.
The case 1, the movable partition 2, and the rails are all made of a corrosion-resistant hydrophilic material, such as stainless steel.
The oil stain separation and recovery device is combined with the vacuum pump, so that the recovery working efficiency and the cabin capacity utilization rate of the recovery cabin are greatly improved.
The invention also provides a method for separating and recycling the greasy dirt by adopting the greasy dirt separating and recycling device, which comprises the following steps:
1) Starting a control device, wherein the controller controls the electric cylinder to enable the movable partition plate to move out of the box body along two parallel tracks;
2) The box body is placed on the water-oil surface, and the position of the box body is adjusted to enable the three tracks to be located below the oil-water interface;
3) And then starting the control device, and controlling the electric cylinder to enable the movable partition plate to move into the box body along two parallel tracks by the controller, so as to separate the oil-water mixture in the box body and realize the primary separation of the oil film and the water body.
In order to improve the recovery efficiency, the oil-water mixture separated in the box body can be pumped into the accommodating cabin through the small hole of the top cover by utilizing the vacuum pump, and then the oil-dirt separating and recovering device is lifted away from the water surface, so that the oil-dirt separating and recovering device circulates until the recovery is finished. By combining with a vacuum pump, a large amount of manpower is saved, the recovery working efficiency and the cabin capacity utilization rate of the recovery cabin are greatly improved, and the time window for emergency of oil spilling accidents is widened.
