In the technical solution provided in this embodiment, first, it is determined whether a time period in the reservable date has an empty bin, then, if the empty bin exists, the number of bins equivalent to the bin class is calculated, and finally, it is determined whether the number of bins equivalent to the bin of the express is less than or equal to the number of empty bins, where when the number of bins equivalent to the bin of the express is less than or equal to the number of empty bins, the time period in the reservable date is determined to be the reservable time period. Therefore, the reserved time period is determined according to the box body grade, and the number of packages borne by the unmanned delivery vehicles in each shift is reasonably distributed.

step S40, judging whether the interval between the current time point and the bookable time period corresponding to the click operation is less than the preset time;
in this embodiment, the preset time may be fifteen minutes, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
And step S50, when the interval between the current time point and the reservable time period corresponding to the click operation is less than the preset time, sending information that the reservability is not available to the client.
In this embodiment, when the interval between the current time point and the time period reserved by the user is less than the preset time, in order to not affect the time period for the unmanned dispatch vehicle to dispatch the vehicle on time, the information that the reservation cannot be made is sent to the user. Meanwhile, the information indicates that the reservation failure is caused by that the time period from the reservation is less than the preset time, and the reservable time period closest to the time period reserved by the user is pushed to the user for the user to select.

In this embodiment, when the name and the mobile phone number of the user are acquired, the reservation information may be pushed to the user in a short message manner, or the reservation information may be pushed to a wechat public number bound to the mobile phone number of the user, so that the user can reach the operation interface for reservation by clicking a link in the reservation information.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, first, when it is detected that the express mail arrives at a distribution stager, contact information of the express mail is acquired, and then, according to the contact information of the express mail, reminder reservation information is sent to a client corresponding to the express mail. Therefore, the user is reminded to make the appointment so as to dispatch the appointment at the time of the appointment of the user, and the user experience is improved.

It should be noted that, when the user changes the reservation delivery request, there is a chance to change the delivery request of the express for free once when the user is a member of a preset class, but when the same express is changed again, a change fee needs to be charged, for example, the amount of the change fee may be twenty percent of the delivery fee. And displaying detailed charging standards on an interface for changing the dispatching request by the user, wherein the user can select to change the dispatching request or cancel the dispatching and then select manual dispatching according to the needs of the user.

Further, the unmanned dispatch vehicle-based express reservation dispatch program is configured to implement the following operations:
judging whether the interval between the current time point and the bookable time period corresponding to the click operation is less than preset time or not;
and when the interval between the current time point and the bookable time period corresponding to the click operation is less than the preset time, sending the non-bookable information to the client.

and when the click operation triggered based on the reservable time period is detected, generating dispatch information according to express information in the reservation dispatch request and the reservable time period corresponding to the click operation.
2. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based dispatch reservation dispatch method of claim 1, wherein said step of determining a reservable time period based on said bin grade comprises:
determining a bookable date according to express information in the booking and delivering request;
and in the determined appointment date, determining the appointment time period according to the box level.
3. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based dispatch reservation dispatch method of claim 2, wherein after determining a reservable date based on dispatch information in the request for dispatch reservation, further comprising:
and in the determined appointment date, if the appointment time periods do not exist, pushing the appointment time periods in other appointment dates to the client.
4. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based dispatch reservation dispatch method of claim 1, wherein said determining a reservable time period according to the bin grade and displaying said reservable time period comprises:
judging whether a user corresponding to the express is a member with a preset grade or not according to express information in the appointed delivery request;
when the user corresponding to the express is not a member with a preset grade, determining a bookable time period corresponding to the box grade in a preset off-peak time period, and displaying the bookable time period;
and when the user corresponding to the express is a member with a preset grade, determining the bookable time period corresponding to the box grade, and displaying the bookable time period.
5. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based dispatch reservation dispatch method of claim 2, wherein said step of determining said reservable time period based on said bin grade comprises:
judging whether the time period in the appointment date has a vacant cell or not;
if the spare cells exist, calculating the number of the cells equivalent to the box body grade;
and judging whether the box equivalent cell number of the express is less than or equal to the vacant cell number or not, wherein when the box equivalent cell number of the express is less than or equal to the vacant cell number, determining that the time period in the reservable date is the reservable time period.
6. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based dispatch reservation dispatch method of claim 1, wherein upon detection of a click-to-click operation triggered based on the reservable time period, further comprising:
judging whether the interval between the current time point and the bookable time period corresponding to the click operation is less than preset time or not;
and when the interval between the current time point and the bookable time period corresponding to the click operation is less than the preset time, sending the non-bookable information to the client.
7. The express delivery appointment-sending method based on the unmanned delivery vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein before obtaining the box level corresponding to the express volume, the method further comprises:
when detecting that the express mail arrives at a distribution post house, acquiring contact information of the express mail;
and sending reminding reservation information to a client corresponding to the express according to the contact information of the express.
