本发明提供一种室内废气净化排放装置，包括机身，所述机身内设置有气体净化过滤器，所述气体净化过滤器上设置有抽气泵，通过抽气泵对机身外的空气抽至气体净化过滤器内，所述机体右端设置有排气管，所述排气管右侧设置有集气罩，所述集气罩右端设置有气体输送管，所述气体输送管伸至厂房外部。通过气体净化过滤器对空气废气进行净化，通过集气罩进行排风处理，净化和排风分成两个独立系统，大大的减少了排风系统的通风机压损，净化设备简单，占用空间小，且延长风机的使用寿命，方便更换净化设备内的过滤芯。

技术领域
本发明涉及无菌厂房装修领域，尤其涉及一种室内废气净化排放装置。
背景技术
目前在化工、电子、金属加工、烟草、玻璃、制药、食品加工、净化室、医院等行业及其它有粉尘、烟雾污染的场所中，对空气及废气进行处理净化时，通常是将废气通过气体净化过滤器处理后直接排放至室外，但是使用净化装置直接将气体排出室外时需要将净化和排气集成在一体，设备占地较大且对排风装置的通风机造成较大压力，造成通风机压损过大，进而造成设备使用寿命缩短。因此，解决废气净化排出时设备占地较大且容易造成通风机压损过大的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种室内废气净化排放装置，通过气体净化过滤器对空气废气进行净化，并且通过净化和排风分成两个独立系统，大大的减少了排风系统的通风机压损，解决了废气净化排出时设备占地较大且容易造成通风机压损过大的问题。
本发明提供一种室内废气净化排放装置，包括机身，所述机身内设置有气体净化过滤器，所述气体净化过滤器上设置有抽气泵，通过抽气泵对机身外的空气抽至气体净化过滤器内，所述机体右端设置有排气管，所述排气管右侧设置有集气罩，所述集气罩右端设置有气体输送管，所述气体输送管伸至厂房外部。
进一步改进在于：所述集气罩的排风量比排气管的排风量大三分之一。
进一步改进在于：所述机身上设置有空气检测器，所述空气检测器分别与气体净化过滤器、抽气泵、排气管和集气罩相关联。
进一步改进在于：所述集气罩下端设置有移动气缸，通过移动气缸带动集气罩进行前后移动。
进一步改进在于：所述气体净化过滤器上设置有清洗喷头，所述气体净化过滤器下端设置有污水收集盒。
本发明的有益效果是：通过气体净化过滤器对空气废气进行净化，通过集气罩进行排风处理，净化和排风分成两个独立系统，大大的减少了排风系统的通风机压损，净化设备简单，占用空间小，且延长风机的使用寿命，方便更换净化设备内的过滤芯。

如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种室内废气净化排放装置，包括机身1，所述机身1内设置有气体净化过滤器2，所述气体净化过滤器2上设置有抽气泵3，通过抽气泵3对机身1外的空气抽至气体净化过滤器2内，所述机体1右端设置有排气管4，所述排气管4右侧设置有集气罩5，所述集气罩5右端设置有气体输送管6，所述气体输送管6伸至厂房外部。所述集气罩5的排风量比排气管4的排风量大三分之一。所述机身1上设置有空气检测器7，所述空气检测器7分别与气体净化过滤器2、抽气泵3、排气管4和集气罩5相关联。所述集气罩5下端设置有移动气缸8，通过移动气缸8带动集气罩5进行前后移动。所述气体净化过滤器2上设置有清洗喷头9，所述气体净化过滤器2下端设置有污水收集盒10。通过气体净化过滤器2对空气废气进行净化，通过集气罩5进行排风处理，净化和排风分成两个独立系统，大大的减少了排风系统的通风机压损，净化设备简单，占用空间小，且延长风机的使用寿命，方便更换净化设备内的过滤芯。

1.一种室内废气净化排放装置，包括机身（1），所述机身（1）内设置有气体净化过滤器（2），所述气体净化过滤器（2）上设置有抽气泵（3），通过抽气泵（3）对机身（1）外的空气抽至气体净化过滤器（2）内，所述机体（1）右端设置有排气管（4），其特征在于：所述排气管（4）右侧设置有集气罩（5），所述集气罩（5）右端设置有气体输送管（6），所述气体输送管（6）伸至厂房外部。
2.如权利要求1所述的室内废气净化排放装置，其特征在于：所述集气罩（5）的排风量比排气管（4）的排风量大三分之一。
3.如权利要求1所述的室内废气净化排放装置，其特征在于：所述机身（1）上设置有空气检测器（7），所述空气检测器（7）分别与气体净化过滤器（2）、抽气泵（3）、排气管（4）和集气罩（5）相关联。
4.如权利要求1所述的室内废气净化排放装置，其特征在于：所述集气罩（5）下端设置有移动气缸（8），通过移动气缸（8）带动集气罩（5）进行前后移动。
5.如权利要求1所述的室内废气净化排放装置，其特征在于：所述气体净化过滤器（2）上设置有清洗喷头（9），所述气体净化过滤器（2）下端设置有污水收集盒（10）。
