背景技术
周知，现代医学中，对于人体外部囊肿以及疮伤中，快速根治的方法是通过外科手术去除，此种方式愈合及恢复较快，但是会对人体造成一定的创伤，并且愈合后会留有较明显的疤痕；再者，多数患者是通过涂抹药物进行治疗，但是此种治疗方法速度慢，效果差，患者需长时间忍受囊肿以及疮伤所带来的痛苦。
目前市面上也有部分患者使用膏质药物进行治疗，但是，此类药物多以西药为主，在治疗疮伤部位的同时会造成局部的不适，在治疗的同时会给患者带来一定的痛苦。
针对现有技术上的弊端，如何通过技术改进，通过中医药配方及生产方式，研发一种无毒副作用，制作及使用方便的中成膏药是现有本行业技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题，本发明的目的是提供一种适合多数人群使用的药膏，能够在活血化瘀，消炎止痛的基础上进行拔毒及祛腐生肌。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种药膏，其每剂组成成分为，白芷25克，归尾：25克，木别：25克，防风：25克，山甲：25克，大黄：25克，肉桂：25克，三稜：9克，莪术：9克，苍术:9克，赤芍:9克，白花子:20克，川乌:9克，草乌:9克，牙皂:9克，阿魏：15克，乳香：15克，没药：15克，儿茶:15克，血竭:15克，硼石:15克，麝香：1克，香油：三斤，章丹：一斤。
所述的香油优选纯芝麻油。
其制备方法如下：
步骤1：取白芷，归尾，木别，防风，山甲，大黄，肉桂，三稜，莪术，苍术，赤芍，白花子，川乌，草乌，牙皂，阿魏，放入加热容器中搅拌均匀，搅拌后加入香油，浸泡以上组分24小时；
步骤2:将以上配料浸泡后，将香油炼热至120℃～160℃，并将以上组分炸至焦黄后保持油恒温1分钟后将以上药物捞出；
步骤3：将以上所述的药物捞出后继续对香油加温，待香油油温达到320℃后下入章丹使其成膏状待用；
步骤4：将乳香，没药，儿茶，血竭，硼石，麝香分别研磨至80～120目的粉状，并将以上组分搅拌至一体；
步骤5：将步骤4所得到的混合物和步骤3所的到的膏状物混合均匀，将搅拌物放入水中常温浸泡5日后捞出即可。
以上各配料中给配料配比后的药理功效如下：
香油：活血化瘀，无毒，润燥、补液、吸风解毒、杀虫及消诸疮肿的作用。
麝香：开窍醒神，活血通经，消肿止痛，可促使药物快速被皮肤外部病变部位吸收；
草乌：祛风除湿，散寒并具有较强的镇痛作用；
苍术：具有燥湿健脾功效，另外还有调整胃肠运动功能、抗溃疡、保肝；
赤芍：清热凉血，散瘀止痛，用于温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡；
川乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛；
乳香：调气活血，定痛，消肿生肌；
没药：散瘀定痛，消肿生肌；
儿茶：收湿生肌，敛疮止血；
血竭：祛瘀定痛，止血生肌；
硼石：清热解毒，消肿防腐；
大黄：泻热毒，破积滞；
肉桂：治风痹，骨戒挛缩，续筋骨；
章单：拔毒生肌，疮疡溃烂；
百花子：祛风散寒，活血止痛；
白芷：祛风湿，活血排脓，生肌止痛；
归尾：活血；
莪术：行血，破血，消积止痛；
木鳖：痈肿疔疮，无名肿毒；
防风：风疹瘙痒，风湿痹痛；
山甲：消肿排脓，搜风通络；
牙皂：通关利窍，敷肿痛消；
三棱：破血，行血，止血；
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过研究改进配方和工艺，得到了一种适合多数人群外用的药膏，具有活血化瘀、消炎止痛的功效，同时对于外部疮伤、囊肿具有拔毒及去腐生肌的功效，本发明配方及制备方法简单，不需繁琐及复杂的成型工序，并且使用方便，效果明显，是一种理想的药膏及其加工工艺。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步的描述。
一种药膏，其每剂组成成分为，白芷25克，归尾：25克，木别：25克，防风：25克，山甲：25克，大黄：25克，肉桂：25克，三稜：9克，莪术：9克，苍术:9克，赤芍:9克，白花子:20克，川乌:9克，草乌:9克，牙皂:9克，阿魏：15克，乳香：15克，没药：15克，儿茶:15克，血竭:15克，硼石:15克，麝香：1克，纯芝麻油：三斤，章丹：一斤。
其制备方法如下：
步骤1：取白芷25克，归尾：25克，木别：25克，防风：25克，山甲：25克，大黄：25克，肉桂：25克，三稜：9克，莪术：9克，苍术:9克，赤芍:9克，白花子:20克，川乌:9克，草乌:9克，牙皂:9克，阿魏：15克，放入加热容器中搅拌均匀，搅拌后加入纯芝麻油三斤后，浸泡以上组分24小时；
步骤2:将以上组分浸泡后，将纯芝麻油炼热至120℃～160℃，并将以上组分炸至焦黄后保持油恒温1分钟后将以上药物捞出，此法有效保证药物中有效成分的释出，更有利于其发挥入毛孔，开凑理的作用；
步骤3：将以上所述的药物捞出后继续对纯芝麻油加温，此间要文火炼油，并扬油跑烟,待纯芝麻油油温达到320℃后且油烟呈灰色时滴水中，油滴圆形飘在水上不散，这时是最佳下丹火候，时不错过，则膏药又黑又亮，此时下入章丹一斤使其成膏状待用；
步骤4：将乳香：15克，没药：15克，儿茶:15克，血竭:15克，硼石:15克，麝香：1克，分别研磨成100目的粉状，研磨时应注意，应先用锤片粉碎机粗碎，再改用齿爪式粉碎机研磨粉碎，这样既不损坏机器，又可达到所需要的粉状要求，研磨完毕后将以上组分搅拌至一体；
步骤5：将步骤4所得到的混合物和步骤3所的到的膏状物混合均匀，将搅拌物放入水中常温浸泡5日后捞出即可。
使用案例1:
患者张先生，河北衡水人，22岁，患颈部囊肿两年，按压疼痛难忍，期间分别在诊所和校医院买过药膏涂抹(用药不详)，短期有效，后期复发；2017年4月13来我处就诊，采用本中药贴敷治疗，疗程定为6周，同时戒烟忌酒。
4月13日起，采用本药膏貼敷患处，坚持每48小时换膏药一次。
5月13日复诊，患者囊肿处表皮破损结疤，皮肤周围黑色素沉积，并继续换药治疗。
5月28日复诊，患者积极治疗两周后，囊肿部位消除，外表皮损完全消退，色素沉着消失，肤色恢复正常。
使用案例2:
患者李女士，山东滨州人，42岁，患者于2012年10月确诊为右肩肩周炎，出现肩痛并伴有麻木，每日早起后肩膀和后背疼痛似针扎，穿衣服时手完全不能抬起来，2014年因长期右肩活动受阻导致肌肉冻结，右肩处肌肉萎缩，自己通过按摩针灸拔罐等措施进行改善治疗，效果不佳。
2014年10月前来就诊，问诊后，采用本中药贴敷治疗，疗程定为8周，同时辅助每日坚持做右肩举升动作100次。
10月15日起，采用本药膏貼敷患处，坚持每48小时换膏药一次。
12月15日复诊，患者疼痛缓解，持物举升时伴有轻微疼痛，萎缩部位肌肉存在麻木感。
1月15日复诊，患者积极治疗四周后，疼痛完全消失，萎缩处肌肉生长，萎缩肌肉部位测试，具有正常肌肉反应。

1.一种药膏，其每剂组成成分为，白芷25克，归尾：25克，木别：25克，防风：25克，山甲：25克，大黄：25克，肉桂：25克，三稜：9克，莪术：9克，苍术:9克，赤芍:9克，白花子:20克，川乌:9克，草乌:9克，牙皂:9克，阿魏：15克，乳香：15克，没药：15克，儿茶:15克，血竭:15克，硼石:15克，麝香：1克，香油：三斤，章丹：一斤。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种药膏，其特征在于：所述的香油优选纯芝麻油。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的药膏，其特征在于：其制备方法如下：
步骤1：取白芷，归尾，木别，防风，山甲，大黄，肉桂，三稜，莪术，苍术，赤芍，白花子，川乌，草乌，牙皂，阿魏，放入加热容器中搅拌均匀，搅拌后加入香油，浸泡以上组分24小时；
步骤2:将以上配料浸泡后，将香油炼热至120℃～160℃，并将以上组分炸至焦黄后保持油恒温1分钟后将以上药物捞出；
步骤3：将以上所述的药物捞出后继续对香油加温，待香油油温达到320℃后下入章丹使其成膏状待用；
步骤4：将乳香，没药，儿茶，血竭，硼石，麝香分别研磨至80～120目的粉状，并将以上组分搅拌至一体；
步骤5：将步骤4所得到的混合物和步骤3所的到的膏状物混合均匀，将搅拌物放入水中常温浸泡5日后捞出即可。
