背景技术
为了提供良好的清洁,液体洗涤剂组合物通常包含可观量的清洁表面活性剂,结果是至少部分的表面活性剂体系存在于蠕虫状相或液晶相中。当有足够的表面活性剂以形成胶束(浓度高于临界胶束浓度或CMC)时,例如可以形成球形、圆柱形(棒状)或盘状胶束。随着表面活性剂浓度增加,形成蠕虫状胶束相。在较高的表面活性剂浓度下,可能形成液晶相,诸如层状相、六方相或立方相。层状相例如由交替的表面活性剂双层和水层组成。这些层通常不是平坦的,而是折叠形成称为囊泡或脂质体的亚微米球形洋葱状结构。另一方面,六方相由排列成六方晶格的长圆柱形胶束组成。除了在瓶子开口处以及洗衣机分配处的残留物之外,这种蠕虫状的胶束和液晶相还可能产生过度的粘度和结块。
因此,通常添加有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂或水溶助长剂,其破坏相特性以减低粘度并降低结块。然而,这种有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂和水溶助长剂增加了制剂的成本,同时提供了有限的清洁有益效果。

发明内容
本发明涉及一种液体洗涤剂组合物,该液体洗涤剂组合物包含:清洁表面活性剂,该清洁表面活性剂选自:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、以及它们的混合物;两性离子;和少于2重量%的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂。
本发明还涉及两性离子用于降低液体洗涤剂组合物的粘度的用途,所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含蠕虫状胶束相或液晶相。
具体实施方式
通过将两性离子掺入液体洗涤剂组合物中,能够提供液体洗涤剂组合物,该液体洗涤剂组合物包含有效清洁量的表面活性剂,同时仍然令人愉快地自由流动,并且不需要高含量的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂来控制粘度。此外,能够配制液体洗涤剂组合物,其具有较低的闪点。
如本文所用,“液体衣物洗涤剂组合物”是指包含能够在家用洗衣机中润湿和清洁例如衣服的织物的流体的任何衣物洗涤处理组合物。该组合物可包括呈适合细分形式的固体或气体,但是总体组合物排除总体上非流体的产品形式,诸如片剂或颗粒剂。致密的流体洗涤剂组合物优选具有在0.9至1.3克/立方厘米,更具体地在1.00至1.10克/立方厘米范围内的密度,排除任何固体添加剂,但是包括任何气泡,如果存在的话。
如本文所用,术语“外部结构化体系”是指提供足够屈服应力或低剪切粘度以稳定液体衣物洗涤剂组合物以使其独立于或外在于组合物中的去污表面活性剂的任何结构化效应的选定化合物或化合物的混合物。所谓“内部结构化”是指提供必要的屈服应力或低剪切粘度依赖形成主要衣物洗涤成分类别的洗涤剂表面活性剂。
除非另外指明,本文所用的所有百分比、比率和比例均按组合物的重量百分比计。除非另外明确指出,所有平均值均按组合物或其组分的“重量”计算。
液体洗涤剂组合物:
液体洗涤剂组合物包含清洁表面活性剂,该清洁表面活性剂选自:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、以及它们的混合物;两性离子;和少于2重量%的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂。
液体洗涤剂组合物可包含以1重量%至70重量%,优选10重量%至40重量%,更优选15重量%至30重量%的含量的清洁表面活性剂。
表面活性剂通常包含阴离子表面活性剂。在优选的液体洗涤剂组合物中,清洁表面活性剂可包含以1重量%至50重量%,优选10重量%至40重量%,更优选15重量%至30重量%的含量的阴离子表面活性剂。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂可选自:烷基硫酸盐、烷基乙氧基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、脂肪酸及其盐、以及它们的混合物。然而,就其本质而言,可使用洗涤剂组合物领域已知的每种阴离子表面活性剂,如由W.M.Linfield(Marcel Dekker)编辑的“Surfactant Science Series”第7版中公开的。然而,基料混合物优选包含至少一种磺酸表面活性剂,诸如直链烷基苯磺酸,但也可使用水溶性盐形式。一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂通常以按基料混合物的重量计1.0重量%至70重量%,优选5.0重量%至50重量%,并且更优选10重量%至30重量%的含量存在。
适用于本文的阴离子磺酸盐或磺酸表面活性剂包括酸和盐形式的直链或支链C5-C20,更优选C10-C16,更优选C11-C13烷基苯磺酸盐,C5-C20烷基酯磺酸盐、C6-C22伯或仲链烷基磺酸盐、C5-C20磺化多元羧酸、以及它们的任何混合物,但优选C11-C13烷基苯磺酸盐。上述表面活性剂在其2-苯基异构体含量内可广泛变化。
适用于本发明的组合物中的阴离子硫酸盐包括:包含具有9至22个碳原子或更优选12至18个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基或烯基部分的伯和仲烷基硫酸盐。还可使用β-支链的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂或具有至少50%的重均(表面活性剂或混合物的)支化度的商业可用材料的混合物。
中链支链的烷基硫酸盐或磺酸盐也是适用于本发明的组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂。优选的是C5-C22,优选C10-C20中链支链的伯烷基硫酸盐。当使用混合物时,烷基部分的合适平均碳原子总数优选在大于14.5至17.5的范围内。优选的单甲基支链的伯烷基硫酸盐选自3-甲基十五烷醇硫酸盐至13-甲基十五烷醇硫酸盐、相应的十六烷醇硫酸盐、以及它们的混合物。可类似地使用具有轻度支化的二甲基衍生物或其它能够生物降解的烷基硫酸盐。
其它适用于本文的阴离子表面活性剂包括脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、和/或烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐诸如烷基乙氧基硫酸盐(AES)、和/或烷基多烷氧基化羧酸盐(AEC)。
阴离子表面活性剂通常以其与链烷醇胺或碱金属诸如钠和钾的盐形式存在。
为了改善稳定性,液体洗涤剂组合物可包含直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂和烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂,由此使得直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的比率为0.1至5,优选0.25至3,更优选0.75至1.5。在使用时,烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂优选为一种或多种烷基乙氧基化硫酸盐的共混物,其更优选具有1至10,最优选1.8至4的乙氧基化度。
液体洗涤剂组合物可包含非离子表面活性剂。液体洗涤剂组合物中的非离子表面活性剂的含量可以以少于10重量%,优选少于5重量%,更优选少于1重量%,最优选少于0.5重量%的含量存在。
合适的非离子表面活性剂包括但不限于C12-C18烷基乙氧基化物(“AE”),其包括所谓的窄峰烷基乙氧基化物和C6-C12烷基酚烷氧基化物(特别是乙氧基化物和混合的乙氧基/丙氧基),C6-C12烷基酚的嵌段环氧烷缩合物,C8-C22烷醇的环氧烷缩合物和环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段聚合物(Pluronic-BASF Corp.),以及半极性非离子物(例如,氧化胺和氧化膦)可以在本发明的组合物中使用。这些类型的表面活性剂的充分公开可见于美国专利3,929,678,Laughlin等人,公布于1975年12月30日。
烷基多糖诸如公开在美国专利4,565,647Llenado中也是可用于本发明的组合物中的非离子表面活性剂。
还适宜的是烷基多葡糖苷表面活性剂。
在一些实施方案中,使用的非离子表面活性剂包括式R1(OC2H4)nOH的那些,其中R1为C10-C16烷基基团或C8-C12烷基苯基基团,并且n优选3至80。在一些实施方案中,非离子表面活性剂可为C12-C15醇与每摩尔醇5至20摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物,例如C12-C13醇与每摩尔醇6.5摩尔环氧乙烷缩合。
附加的合适非离子表面活性剂包括具有下式的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺:
其中R为C9-17烷基或链烯基,R1为甲基,并且Z为衍生自还原糖或其烷氧基化衍生物的缩水甘油基。示例是N-甲基N-1-脱氧葡糖基椰油酰胺和N-甲基N-1-脱氧葡糖基油酰胺。制备多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的方法是已知的并且可见于Wilson的美国专利2,965,576和Schwartz的美国专利2,703,798中。
液体洗涤剂组合物包含两性离子。已经发现即使低含量的两性离子也改善包含很少或不包含有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂的液体洗涤剂组合物的稳定性。两性离子可以以0.1重量%至5重量%,优选0.2重量%至2重量%,更优选0.4重量%至1重量%的含量存在。
两性离子去污表面活性剂包括已知用于毛发护理或其它个人护理清洁的那些。合适的两性离子的非限制性示例描述于美国专利5,104,646(Bolich Jr.等人)、5,106,609(Bolich Jr.等人)中。两性离子去污表面活性剂是本领域所熟知的,并且包括被广泛描述为脂族季铵、鏻和锍化合物的衍生物的那些表面活性剂,其中脂族基团可以为直链或支链的,并且其中脂族取代基中的一个包含8至18个碳原子,并且一个脂族取代基包含阴离子基团,诸如羧基、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根或膦酸根。甜菜碱也是合适的两性离子表面活性剂。
特别优选的两性离子为两性离子聚胺。合适的两性离子聚合物可以由聚胺主链组成,其中连接氨基单元的主链单元可以由配制人员进行改性以实现不同程度的产物增强,尤其是通过表面活性剂增强粘土污垢去除,重度污垢负载利用的更大有效性。除改性主链组成之外,配制人员优选可以用其它单元,尤其是具有末端阴离子部分的亚烷氧基单元取代主链氨基单元氢中的一个或多个。此外,主链的氮可以被氧化成N-氧化物。优选地,聚胺主链的氮中的至少两个为季铵化的。
“阳离子单元”被定义为“能够具有正电荷的单元”。阳离子单元为聚胺主链的季铵氮。“阴离子单元”被定义为“能够具有负电荷的单元”。阴离子单元为“单独的或作为另一单元的一部分的单元,其取代沿聚胺主链的主链氮的氢原子”),其非限制性示例为能够置换在氮原子上的主链氢的-(CH2CH2O)20SO3Na。

如本文先前所述,配制人员可形成具有过量电荷或等量电荷类型的两性离子聚合物。具有过量主链季铵化的单元的根据本发明的优选两性离子聚胺的示例具有下式:

两性离子可用于降低液体洗涤剂组合物的粘度,其包含蠕虫状胶束相或液晶相。
液体洗涤剂组合物可包含少于2重量%,优选少于1.5重量%,更优选少于1.0重量%,最优选少于0.5重量%的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂。如本文所用,“无氨基官能团的有机的溶剂”是指不包含氨基官能团,实际上不含氮的任何溶剂。无氨基官能团的溶剂包括例如:C1-C5链烷醇,诸如甲醇、乙醇和/或丙醇和/或1-乙氧基戊醇;C2-C6二醇;C3-C8烷撑二醇;C3-C8烷撑二醇单低级烷基醚;二醇二烷基醚;低分子量聚乙二醇;C3-C9三醇,诸如甘油;以及它们的混合物。更具体地,无氨基官能团的溶剂在环境温度和压力(即21℃和1大气压)下为液体,并且包含碳、氢和氧。
如果使用的话,高度优选的为有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂的混合物,特别是以下醇的混合物:低级脂族醇,诸如丙醇、丁醇、异丙醇;和/或二醇,诸如1,2-丙二醇或1,3-丙二醇;甘油;二甘醇;或者它们的混合物。优选的为丙二醇(特别是1,2-丙二醇)或丙二醇与二甘醇的混合物。优选的基料混合物包含少于2.5重量%,优选少于1.5重量%,更优选少于1重量%的甲醇或乙醇。
高含量的挥发性醇对组合物、特别是液体组合物的易燃性具有很大的影响。易燃材料可根据其闭杯闪点(CCFP)和沸点使用以下National Fire Protection Association(NFPA)分类来归类:
类IA–CCFP少于73℉(23℃),并且沸点少于100℉(38℃);
类IB–CCFP少于73℉(23℃),并且沸点大于100℉(38℃);
类IC–CCFP大于73℉(23℃),但少于100℉(38℃);
类II–CCFP等于或高于100℉(38℃),但低于140℉(60℃);
类IIIA–CCFP等于或高于140℉(60℃),但低于200℉(93℃);
类IIIB–CCFP等于或高于200℉(93℃)。
根据ASTM D93中所述的Pensky Martens闭杯闪点(CCFP)测试来测量易燃性。
根据该分类,对于液体洗涤剂组合物的安全处理和储存的要求改变,包括与储存场所和温度控制有关的要求。因而,基料混合物优选具有IC,优选II,更优选IIIA,最优选IIIB的NFPA分类。
合适的液体洗涤剂组合物可包含少于0.8重量%,优选少于0.5重量%,更优选少于0.1重量%的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂,根据ASTM D93中所述的Pensky Martens闭杯闪点(CCFP)测试所测量,该有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂具有少于60℃,优选少于38℃,更优选少于23℃的闭杯闪点(CCFP)。
合适的液体洗涤剂组合物可包含少于1重量%,优选少于0.75重量%,更优选少于0.5重量%,最优选少于0.1重量%的水溶助长剂。合适的水溶助长剂包括阴离子型水溶助长剂,具体是二甲苯磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钾和二甲苯磺酸铵,甲苯磺酸钠、甲苯磺酸钾和甲苯磺酸铵,异丙基苯磺酸钠、异丙基苯磺酸钾和异丙基苯磺酸铵,以及它们的混合物,如美国专利3,915,903中所公开的。为了避免疑问,也是两性离子的水溶助长剂被认为是用于本发明的组合物的两性离子。
液体洗涤剂组合物可包含非表面活性剂盐,该非表面活性剂盐选自碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠(sodium hydrogen carbonate)(碳酸氢钠(sodium bicarbonate))、氯化镁、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五醋酸(DTPA)、羟基乙烷二膦酸(HEDP)、柠檬酸钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸、氯化钙、甲酸钠、二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸、以及它们的混合物。可使用这种非表面活性剂盐来增加液晶相,特别是层状相的存在量。可加入非表面活性剂盐以在液体洗涤剂组合物中提供含量为1.5重量%至10重量%,更优选2.5重量%至7重量%,最优选3重量%至5重量%的非表面活性剂盐。
液体洗涤剂组合物优选包含15%至85%,优选5%至70%,更优选10%至60%的液晶相。
液体洗涤剂组合物优选包含水。水含量可以按液体洗涤剂组合物的重量计以10%至90%,优选25%至80%,更优选45%至70%的含量存在。
液体洗涤剂组合物可包含附加的成分,诸如选自聚合物沉积助剂、有机助洗剂和/或螯合剂、酶、酶稳定剂、荧光增白剂、调色染料、颗粒物质、清洁聚合物、外部结构剂、以及它们的混合物的那些。
聚合物沉积助剂:基料混合物可包含0.1%至7%,更优选0.2%至3%的聚合物沉积助剂。如本文所用,“聚合物沉积助剂”是指衣物洗涤期间显著增强织物护理有益剂在织物上沉积的任何阳离子聚合物或阳离子聚合物的组合。合适的聚合物沉积助剂可包含阳离子多糖和/或共聚物。如本文所用,“织物护理有益剂”是指可提供织物护理有益效果的任何材料。织物护理有益剂的非限制性实例包括:有机硅衍生物、油性糖衍生物、分散性的聚烯烃、聚合物胶乳、阳离子表面活性剂以及它们的组合。优选地,沉积助剂为阳离子聚合物或两性聚合物。聚合物的阳离子电荷密度优选在0.05毫当量/克至6毫当量/克的范围内。电荷密度通过用每重复单元净电荷数目除以重复单元的分子量来计算。在一个实施方案中,电荷密度自0.1毫当量/克至3毫当量/克变化。正电荷可以位于聚合物的主链上或聚合物的侧链上。
有机助洗剂和/或螯合剂:基料混合物可包含0.6重量%至10重量%,优选2重量%至7重量%的一种或多种有机助洗剂和/或螯合剂。合适的有机助洗剂和/或螯合剂选自:MEA柠檬酸盐、柠檬酸、氨基亚烷基聚(亚烷基膦酸盐)、碱金属乙烷1-羟基二膦酸盐、以及次氮基三亚甲基膦酸盐、二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)(DTPMP)、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)(DDTMP)、1,6-己二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)、羟基-亚乙基1,1二膦酸(HEDP)、羟乙烷二亚甲基膦酸、乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸酯(HEDTA)、次氮基三乙酸酯(NTA)、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸酯(MGDA)、亚氨基二琥珀酸酯(IDS)、羟乙基亚氨基二琥珀酸酯(HIDS)、羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸酯(HEIDA)、甘氨酸二乙酸酯(GLDA)、二亚乙基三胺五醋酸(DTPA)、儿茶酚磺酸酯如TironTM、以及它们的混合物。
酶:合适的酶提供清洁性能和/或织物护理有益效果。合适酶的示例包括但不限于半纤维素酶、过氧化物酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、脂肪酶、磷脂酶、酯酶、角质酶、果胶酶、角质素酶、还原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂氧合酶、木素酶、支链淀粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶、麦拉宁酶(melanase)、β-葡聚糖酶、阿拉伯糖苷酶、透明质酸酶、软骨素酶、漆酶、以及已知的淀粉酶,或它们的组合。优选的酶组合包含与淀粉酶结合的常规去污酶如蛋白酶、脂肪酶、角质酶和/或纤维素酶的合剂。去污酶在美国专利6,579,839中有更详细地描述。
酶稳定剂:酶可使用任何已知的稳定剂体系来稳定,诸如钙和/或镁化合物、硼化合物和取代的硼酸、芳族硼酸酯、肽和肽衍生物、多元醇、低分子量羧酸酯、相对疏水的有机化合物[例如,某些酯、二烷基二醇醚、醇或醇烷氧基化物]、除钙离子源以外的烷基醚羧酸盐、苄脒次氯酸盐、低级脂族醇和羧酸、N,N-双(羧甲基)丝氨酸盐、(甲基)丙烯酸-(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物和PEG、木质素化合物、聚酰胺低聚物、羟基乙酸或其盐、聚己撑双胍或N,N-双-3-氨基-丙基-十二烷胺或盐、以及它们的混合物。
光学增白剂:另外已知的用于纺织品的荧光增白剂是可用的衣物洗涤助剂。按流体衣物洗涤剂组合物的重量计,合适的用量为0.001%至1%。增白剂例如公开于EP686691B中,并且包括疏水类型以及亲水类型。在本文中优选使用增白剂36和增白剂49。
调色染料:调色染料、着色染料或织物着色或调色剂为在流体衣物洗涤剂组合物中可用的衣物洗涤助剂。这些材料在衣物洗涤方面的历史很长,起源于多年前使用“衣物洗涤蓝剂”。最近的发展包括使用具有锌或铝中心原子的磺化酞菁染料;而最近已经使用大量的其它蓝色和/或紫色染料,这归因于其调色或着色有益效果。参见,例如WO 2009/087524A1、WO2009/087034A1以及其中的参考文献。本文的流体衣物洗涤剂组合物通常包含0.00003重量%至0.1重量%,0.00008重量%至0.05重量%,或甚至0.0001重量%至0.04重量%的织物调色剂。
颗粒物质:合适的颗粒物质为粘土,抑泡剂,包封的敏感成分,例如以包封形式的香料、漂白剂和酶,或美学助剂,诸如珠光剂、颜料粒子、云母等。按液体洗涤剂组合物的重量计,合适的用量为0.0001%至5%,或0.1%至1%。
香料:合适的香料在本领域中是已知的,并且通常以0.001%至10%,优选0.01%至5%,更优选0.1%至3%的含量掺入。
清洁聚合物:合适的清洁聚合物提供表面和织物的广泛污垢清洁和/或污垢悬浮。可使用任何适宜的清洁聚合物。可用的清洁聚合物描述于USPN2009/0124528A1中。清洁聚合物的有用分类的非限制性示例包括:两亲性烷氧基化油脂清洁聚合物、粘土污垢清洁聚合物、去垢性聚合物和污垢悬浮聚合物。
外部结构剂:优选的外部结构剂是不带电荷的外部结构剂,诸如选自以下的那些:非聚合结晶,羟基官能结构剂,诸如氢化蓖麻油;微纤化纤维素;不带电荷的羟乙基纤维素;不带电荷的疏水改性的羟乙基纤维素;疏水改性的乙氧基化氨基聚氨酯;疏水改性的非离子多元醇;以及它们的混合物。
方法:
A)评估流体衣物洗涤剂组合物的相稳定性的方法:
组合物的相稳定性通过将300ml的组合物置于玻璃广口瓶中在25℃下放置多达21天的时间段来评估。如果在所述时间段内,(i)它们不分裂成两层或更多层,或者(ii)所述组合物分裂成多层,存在构成按组合物重量的至少90%,优选95%的主层,那么它们对于相分裂是稳定的。
B)测量粘度的方法:
粘度使用得自TA Instruments的AR 2000流变仪使用具有40mm直径和1°角的锥板几何结构来测量。在不同剪切速率下的粘度通过在3分钟时间内在20℃下从0.1s-1至1200s-1的对数剪切速率来测量。低剪切粘度在0.05s-1的连续剪切速率下测量。
C)浊度(NTU):
浊度(以NTU:比浊法浊度单位测量)使用根据由制造商提供的规程校准的Hach2100P浊度计测量。用15ml代表性样品填充样品小瓶,并且根据操作指令加盖并清洁。如果需要的话,通过施加真空或使用超声波浴槽使样品脱气以移除任何气泡(参见规程操作手册)。浊度使用自动范围选择来测量。
D)液晶相的百分比:
在不存在外部结构剂的情况下并且在不存在不溶解于产物中的颗粒或其它固体的情况下,制备产物。然后将产物样品储存在标准离心管中在5℃下最少1天,然后以4400rpm离心1小时。在离心之后,%液晶相计量为用尺子测量的液晶相的高度比离心样品的总高度。
E)测量pH的方法:
在25℃下使用根据指令手册校准的具有凝胶填充的探针(诸如Toledo探针,部件编号52 000 100)的Santarius PT-10P pH计测量pH。
实施例:
制备下列组合物:
1两性离子乙氧基化季铵化的硫酸化六亚甲基二胺,由德国BASF供应
2具有聚环氧乙烷主链和多个聚乙酸乙烯酯侧链的聚乙酸乙烯酯接枝的聚环氧乙烷共聚物,由德国BASF供应。
从比较例1和3中可以看出,不用乙醇配制洗衣洗涤剂组合物产生高粘度,这将带来可加工性问题、不可取的倾泻粘度和洗衣机中的残留物。从实施例2和4中可以看出,通过加入两性离子,所得的衣物洗涤剂组合物具有可处理的粘度特征,其中倾泻特征更加可取,并且不会产生使用后保留在洗衣机中的残留物,--即使该组合物不含任何溶剂。
制备下列组合物:
实施例7的组合物是稳定的,即使在离心后也不存在相分裂。相比之下,实施例8的组合物不是相稳定的,其中富含表面活性剂的相和低表面活性剂相明显分离。
实施例9至12为本发明的非限制性实施方案。除非另外指明,所有百分比均按重量计。

Claims (14)
1.一种液体洗涤剂组合物,所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含:
a)清洁表面活性剂,所述清洁表面活性剂选自:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、以及它们的混合物;
b)两性离子;和
c)少于2重量%的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述清洁表面活性剂为以1重量%至70重量%,优选10重量%至40重量%,更优选15重量%至30重量%的含量存在。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述清洁表面活性剂包含阴离子表面活性剂,由此使得在所述液体洗涤剂组合物中阴离子表面活性剂的含量为以1重量%至50重量%,优选10重量%至40重量%,更优选15重量%至30重量%的含量存在。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂包含直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂和烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂,由此使得直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂与烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂的比率为0.1至5,优选0.25至3,更优选0.75至1.5。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述清洁表面活性剂包含非离子表面活性剂,由此使得在所述液体洗涤剂组合物中非离子表面活性剂的含量为以少于10重量%,优选少于5重量%,更优选少于1重量%,最优选少于0.5重量%的含量存在。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述两性离子表面活性剂为以0.1重量%至5重量%,优选0.2重量%至2重量%,更优选0.4重量%至1重量%的含量存在。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述两性离子为两性离子聚胺,所述两性离子聚胺优选具有下式:
其中R单元为C3-C6亚烷基单元,R1为氢,Q、-(R2O)tY、以及它们的混合物,R2为亚乙基,Y为氢、阴离子单元,所述阴离子单元选自-(CH2)fCO2M、-C(O)(CH2)fCO2M、-(CH2)fPO3M、-(CH2)fOPO3M、-(CH2)fSO3M、-CH2(CHSO3M)(CH2)fSO3M、-CH2(CHSO2M)(CH2)fSO3M、以及它们的混合物;M为氢、水溶性阳离子、以及它们的混合物;指数f为0至约10;Q选自C1-C4直链烷基、苄基、以及它们的混合物;指数m为0至20;指数t为15至25。
8.根据权利要求7所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述两性离子为包含聚胺主链的两性离子聚合物,所述主链包含两个或更多个氨基单元,其中所述氨基单元中的至少一个为季铵化的并且其中至少一个氨基单元被一个或多个能够具有阴离子电荷的部分取代,其中包含阴离子部分的氨基单元取代数还少于或等于季铵化的主链氨基单元数。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含少于2重量%,优选少于1.5重量%,更优选少于1.0重量%,最优选少于0.5重量%的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含少于0.8重量%,优选少于0.5重量%,更优选少于0.1重量%的有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂,根据ASTM D93中所述的PenskyMartens闭杯闪点(CCFP)测试所测量,所述有机的无氨基官能团的溶剂具有少于60℃,优选少于38℃,更优选少于23℃的闭杯闪点(CCFP)。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含少于1重量%,优选少于0.75重量%,更优选少于0.5重量%,最优选少于0.1重量%的水溶助长剂。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含非表面活性剂盐,所述非表面活性剂盐选自:碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠(碳酸氢钠)、氯化镁、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五醋酸(DTPA)、羟基乙烷二膦酸(HEDP)、柠檬酸钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸、氯化钙、甲酸钠、二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸、以及它们的混合物。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含至少10%的液晶相。
14.两性离子用于降低液体洗涤剂组合物的粘度的用途,所述液体洗涤剂组合物包含蠕虫状胶束相或液晶相。
