Abstract

Description
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的人造关节植入物。
用于人造关节的许多不同类型的植入物在现有技术中是已知的。具体来说,具有球窝型的关节植入物用于髋部和肩部植入物。然而,球窝型的植入物也可用于髁状关节,例如手腕的桡腕关节,手的掌指关节和脚的跖趾关节。
在某些类型的植入物中,特别是桡腕关节,掌指关节和跖趾关节,必须限制球窝关节的至少一个运动自由度,以模拟天然关节的功能。此外,在某些情况下,限制人造髋关节或肩部植入物中的球窝关节的运动自由度也可以是有益的。
从WO 2010 1050 73 EXACTACH中的动作诱导反向肩部组件。关节盂部件上的动作诱导元件与肱骨部件上的肱骨衬垫相互作用,使运动诱导元件与由口袋限定的止动件抵接。该文献没有进一步限定相互作用的结构的位置,并且似乎动作诱导元件的各种运动路径可能使得关节的功能变得不可预测。
从US 2002/0143402 STEINBERG中已知的髋关节假体,其中股骨头设置有横档,并且髋臼具有通道以限制关节的运动。由于立方体横档保持在具有相同几何形状的通道中,所以横档(与球头一起)不能在通道中旋转,从而排除了重要的自由度。
该文献仅公开了具有梯形截面的横档(=凸起)和具有匹配的截面的通道(=凹槽),使得两个接头部件的相对运动对于两个横档/通道组合中的每一个主要是围绕单一轴线的旋转(不考虑由于通道相对于横档略微过大而导致的相对较小的横向运动)。
本发明的目的是创造一种关节植入物,该关节植入物允许在至少一个自由度上限制球窝连接的运动,提供低磨损机构来替换具有两个、四个和6个关节运动方向的关节,即:
在用于替换鞍形关节(诸如肘关节)的应用中,关节植入物提供两个组合的旋转轴线,提供4个主要的关节运动方向。在屈戍关节的应用中,关节植入物提供两个组合的旋转轴线,其中关节植入物提供2个主要的关节运动方向,而且还提供了引导作用的手段来补偿动作中的不准确。对于窝关节(诸如肩部和髋部)中的球,关节植入物提供两个组合的旋转轴线,提供所需的6个关节运动方向中的前4个主要关节运动方向,并且可以与提供第三旋转轴线的元件组合,有助于剩余的2个主要关节运动方向,其中旋转轴线不一定相交。
本发明的解决方案由权利要求1的特征来详述。
根据本发明的关节提供两个旋转轴线,其允许围绕每个轴线,还有这两个轴线的组合(与操纵杆相当)的旋转。动作没有被引导或阻止。
通过至少一个接合在至少一个凹槽中的凸起,所述球头在所述窝中的运动在至少一个自由度上被限制。因此,所述至少一个凸起设置在所述窝上,并且所述至少一个凹槽设置在所述球头上,或者反之亦然。
通过设置凸起和凹槽,实现了对球窝连接的运动自由的非常简单但有效的限制。此外,本发明的关节植入物非常容易组装,并且特征是不需要另外的固定到患者的骨头上的零件,因此允许快速且简单地植入到患者体内。此外,球窝连接具有高度一致性并且表现出优良的磨损特性。因此,实现了与包含两个铰合轴的关节相同的动作自由,并具有更好的磨损特性和较少的零件。
第一元件和第二元件可以根据关节植入物的预期用途来成形和定尺寸。例如,本发明的关节植入物可用于髋关节置换。在这种情况下,第一元件可以制成为半球状髋臼杯。因此,特征为球头的第二元件制成为股骨部件以插入患者股骨中。人造髋臼杯和股骨部件的各种实施例对于本领域技术人员是已知的。
此外,作为第二非约束性的实施例,根据本发明的关节植入物可用于肩部置换。在这种情况下,第一元件被成形为关节盂盘以插入患者的关节盂腔中。因此,第二元件以肱骨干(humeral shaft)的形式设置,以插入患者的肱骨中。
本发明不限于所述第一元件和第二元件的特定形状、尺寸或类型,而是可以与各种不同类型的人造关节结合使用。例如,根据本发明的关节植入物也可用于替换肘部、膝、桡腕关节,掌指关节或跖趾关节。在这些示例性用途中的每一个用途中,第一元件和第二元件被成形和定尺寸以植入患者的相应解剖位置中。
球窝式连接是本领域技术人员已知的。基本上,将球头形的部分插入相应的窝中。通常,球窝式连接允许球头在所述窝内围绕三条不同的轴线旋转。即球头具有三个旋转自由度来相对于窝运动。优选地,窝的尺寸使得球头紧贴地配合在窝内,因此仅允许球头在窝内的旋转运动。然而,在某些情况下,窝可以成形为允许球头在窝内的有限平移。在这种情况下,球头将当然具有更多的自由度。例如,如果在一个方向上允许有限距离的平移,球头将具有一个平移自由度和三个旋转自由度,总共四个自由度。
本申请中使用的术语“自由度”被理解为包括围绕旋转轴线的旋转运动以及沿行进线的平移运动。
通过使至少一个凸起接合在至少一个凹槽内,限制球头在会促使凸起离开凹槽的方向上的运动。因此,只有允许凸起在凹槽内运动的运动仍然可行。因此,凹槽可以被认为是对球头在窝内运动的一种引导方式。
凸起可以设置在球头中。因此,凹槽将设置在窝中。或者,凸起可以位于窝中。在这种情况下,凹槽位于球头中。只要设置至少一个凸起接合在至少一个凹槽中,无论至少一个凹槽或是至少一个凸起位于所述窝中或所述球头中是无关紧要的。
优选地,第一元件和/或第二元件被设置为整体结构,其优选地包括增强骨骼向内生长的表面,例如,通过施加涂层。
优选地,所述至少一个凹槽沿所述球头或所述窝的大圆定位。沿大圆设置凹槽允许限制球头在窝内沿与窝中心相交的第一旋转轴线的运动。然而,由于至少一个凸起可以沿所述至少一个凹槽滑动并且在所述至少一个凹槽内旋转,围绕均与所述第一旋转轴线正交的剩余的两个旋转轴线的旋转对于所述球窝连接来说仍然可行。
优选地,所述至少一个凹槽具有的宽度等于或大于所述至少一个凸起的宽度。这允许至少一个凸起在所述至少一个凹槽内旋转和滑动。
在优选实施例中,所述至少一个凹槽的宽度大于所述至少一个凸起的宽度。因此,球头在至少一个限制自由度上的运动仍是可能的,尽管只是以有限的方式。这允许提供在除了限制自由度(这里只有在有限范围内的动作是可行的)外的所有自由度上具有完全动作能力的关节植入物。例如,这可以允许有限的“摆动型”动作,即在限制自由度上作用的动作,例如当外力施加在限制自由度的方向上时,减少对关节或周围组织的损伤的发生率。
优选地,所述至少一个凹槽设置在所述窝上并且仅跨越所述窝的边缘和顶点之间的距离的一部分。因此,至少一个凸起的运动在第二自由度上可以被部分地限制。这允许提供关节植入物,其中第一元件和第二元件之间的球窝连接的动作模拟包括任何运动限制的天然关节。例如,可以提供关节植入物,使得球头在窝内围绕一个轴线的旋转可以根据旋转的方向被限制成不同的最大旋转角度。
优选地,所述球头是圆顶形的形式或球截形的形式。由于这种形式存在至少一个大体上平坦的部分,第二元件可以设置成各种各样的形状。此外,大体上平坦的部分可以包括用于另外的植入部件的锚定点。例如,这允许在模块化系统中使用本发明的关节植入物,其中通过提供可连接到第二元件的不同尺寸的部件(例如诸如不同长度或直径的柄(stem)),使得患者的植入物特定的适应性成为可能。

优选地,所述第一元件还包括围绕第一旋转轴线可旋转地耦接到基部部分的嵌体,其中所述至少一个凸起和所述至少一个凹槽被布置成阻挡所述球窝连接在基本上平行于所述第一旋转轴线的第二旋转轴线上的至少旋转运动。
这种配置允许围绕所述第一轴线偏移旋转中心。优选地,窝位于所述嵌体的偏心位置上。此外,窝也可以通过轴或柄与所述嵌体间隔开。因此,可以实现旋转中心的偏移的不同变化。
优选地,所述至少一个凸起具有中心轴线,该中心轴线定向成以致与窝或球头的中心相交,即至少一个凸起指向所述中心。
此外,球头优选地锁定在窝内,以致避免球窝关节的任何拆解。该锁定优选地能够通过球头在窝内的形状配合接合来实现,例如,一旦球头被插入并定向在正确方向上,通过为窝提供一个小于球头的尺寸的开口来实现。例如,球头可以被配置为具有限定的最大圆周和限定高度的圆顶。通常,最大圆周对应于球头的大圆的圆周。窝被配置为特征为具有大于球头高度、但小于最大圆周的尺寸的开口。因此,球头仅可以横向插入到所述窝中。在球头的重新定向之后,由于球头的最大圆周不适合穿过窝的开口而防止球窝连接的拆解。
用于球头,偏移适配器和基底构件的合适的材料是CoCr。对于嵌体,优选为HDPE。
聚乙烯嵌体优选地在基底构件(对应于肩部假体中的关节盂环)内旋转,以防止在旋转时与骨摩擦。
替代金属是钛、钛合金、不锈钢或其组合。嵌体也可以是PEEK。其他材料是陶瓷材料。使用陶瓷可以进行陶瓷与陶瓷的接合(articulation,关节)。为了减少金属对金属组合中的磨损,可以使用类金刚石涂层。
适宜地,表面粗糙度最大为5微米,并且优选地最大为0.8微米。表面粗糙度Ra可以通过两种方式测量:接触法和非接触法。接触方法包括拖动测量笔穿过整个表面;这些仪器称为轮廓仪。非接触方法包括:干涉测量,共焦显微镜,焦点变化,结构光,电容,电子显微镜和摄影测量。
在具体实施例中,凸起是圆柱形的,圆锥形的或球形的。这种形状允许凸起在所述凹槽内不受阻碍的纵向运动以及围绕凸起的中心轴线的不受阻碍的旋转。
在另一具体实施例中,所述凸起具有中心轴线,该中心轴线被定向成以致与窝或球头的中心相交并形成轴线A2。
优选地,所述凸起分别与球头(5)、窝是一体的。
适宜地,所述凸起具有的高度最大为球头(或对应于窝)直径的40%,优选地最大为球头(或对应于窝)直径的20%。所述凸起在其基部具有的最大直径为球头(或对应于窝)直径的75%,优选地最大为球头(或对应于窝)直径的50%。
在具体实施例中,所述窝至少是半球形的。
在具体实施例中,所述凹槽(7)的宽度等于或大于所述凸起(6.1、6.2)的最大直径。凹槽的宽度适宜地在凸起的最大宽度的100%至125%之间,优选地在凸起的最大宽度的100%至105%之间。
在另一实施例中,凹槽的宽度在凸起的最大宽度的100.005%至100.100%之间,并且优选地在100.01至100.05之间。通过这些公差,存在减少摩擦和防止pf点加载的优点,否则将导致窝的聚乙烯材料的分层。
优选地,凹槽的横截面为半圆或更小。凹槽的底部可以基本上是平的。在另一实施例中,所述凹槽设置在所述窝的表面上,并且仅跨越所述窝的圆周边缘和顶点之间的距离的一部分。
在另一个实施例中,所述球头是圆顶的形式或球截形的形式。所述凹槽可以设置在所述球头上,并且所述凹槽仅跨越所述圆顶的圆周边缘和顶点之间的距离的一部分,或仅跨越所述球截形的两个圆周边缘之间的部分。
在具体实施例中,人造关节植入物设置有彼此相对定位的两个凸起,当球头插入到窝中,两个凸起位于凹槽中时,球头可围绕两个不同的轴线旋转,即
(i)围绕穿过两个凸起的轴线A2;和
(ii)围绕与由凹槽沿着延伸的大圆限定的平面正交、并与轴线A2正交的轴线A3;但
防止窝围绕与轴线A2和A3都正交的轴线A1旋转。
具有两个凸起有几个优点,即:(i)更容易将球头引入窝中;(ii)球窝关节较高的稳定性;(iii)减少磨损,(iv)减少摩擦和应力,(v)确保至少一个凸起始终与凹槽接合,其中,接合意味着凸起的两个中心轴线从不在凹槽的外侧;和(vi)具有两个凸起的球头遵循沿两个轴线的移动或沿这些牵引轴线的组合移动。这些移动导致关节处的零机械力矩。
两个凸起可以具有不同的形状。在关节由于与解剖结构的撞击而需要被不对称地设计的情况下,其可以具有小的凸起和大的凸起。在例如椎间盘置换的情况下,需要在椎体上放置更多的后部,可以提供小的后部凸起和大的前部凸起。
适宜地,凹槽的深度最大为凸起的高度的400%,优选地最大为凸起的高度的200%。凹槽的长度可以至少为凹槽的深度的200%,优选地至少为凹槽的深度的400%。
在具体实施例中,在虚拟半球表面上测量的凹槽的面积AG与窝的总面积AS之间的关系AG/AS在1:40至1:10的范围内,优选地在1:30至1:15的范围内。
在另一实施例中,在虚拟半球表面上于凸起的基部处测量的凸起的底面积AB与窝的总面积As之间的关系AB/AS最大为1:55,优选地最大为20:1。适宜地,关系AB/AS在1:17至1:11.5的范围内,并且优选地在1:14至1:12的范围内。
在人造关节植入物的具体实施例中,所述第一元件还包括围绕第四旋转轴线(A4)可旋转地耦接到基部的嵌体,其中所述凸起和所述凹槽被布置成阻挡所述球窝连接围绕基本上平行于第四旋转轴线(A4)的第一旋转轴线(A1)的至少一个自由度。
在具体实施例中,由凹槽限定的平面(即其中凹槽被弯曲的平面)基本上正交于或平行于将窝的中心与嵌体的中心连接的虚拟线。
第一旋转轴线(A1)和第四旋转轴线(A4)之间的距离可以在3mm到20mm的范围内,优选地在5mm到15mm的范围内。
在具体实施例中,球头附接或可连接到具有对称平面(即其中柄被弯曲的平面)的假体柄上。
在另一具体实施例中,人造关节植入物被设计为肩内关节假体,并且凹槽适宜地具有至少150°的长度,优选地至少180°的长度。设计为肩部假体的人造关节植入物允许20°内收,80°外展,75°内旋转和外旋转,以及360°前倾和后倾。
该肩部假体特别用于治疗失败的反向肩部假体。
根据本发明的人造关节假体通过旋转中心的内移和偏侧提供了反向肩部假体的生物力学优点,通过三角肌的增加的活化启动对有缺陷的冈上肌的补偿。
这种人造关节假体的另一个优点是不需要完整的关节盂骨。在反向假体失败之后,关节盂骨是非常缺乏抵抗力的但根据本发明的人造关节假体仍然可以植入。
这种假体也为年纪较小患者提供了好处,因为根本不需要准备关节盂骨。其他优点是,通常关节盂骨的准备对于良好的结果来说是最棘手的,在手术中花费大部分时间,并且在技术上要求很高。所有这些就会消失:经验较少的外科医生,较少的失血量,较短的手术时长(麻醉)带来的更好的结果。此外,该系统可以适应大多数可转换假体系统;通过改变关节机构,不需要去掉骨整合的柄。
在另一具体实施例中,人造关节植入物被设计为踝关节假体,并且凹槽适宜地具有至少5°的长度,优选地至少10°的长度。
在另一具体实施例中,人造关节植入物被设计为腕部假体。
在另一具体实施例中,人造关节植入物被设计为椎间盘假体。

图1示出了根据本发明的示例性关节植入物1。关节植入物1包括具有半球形窝4的第一元件2。此外,关节10植入物1包括第二元件3,该第二元件3包括球头5。球头5布置在窝4内,从而形成球窝连接。在所示的示例性实施例中,第二元件3包括球头5以及孔形式(例如,包含螺纹)的连接部分20。或者,连接部分20可以被配置为莫氏锥度(morse taper)。另外的部件,诸如轴或柄可以通过连接部分20与第二元件3连接。在所示实施例中,球头5以圆顶的形式设置。
半球形窝4包括凹槽7,其中设置在所述球头5上的两个凸起6.1、6.2接合到该凹槽中。凹槽7以及凸起6.1、6.2具有匹配的半球形。没有设置凹槽7和凸起6.1、6.2,球头3将能够在窝内围绕三条旋转轴线A1、A2、A3自由旋转。必须注意的是,在看附图时,第一轴线A1平行于观察方向定向。然而,因为两个凸起6.1、6.2形状配合地接合在凹槽7内,两个凸起6.1、6.2与凹槽7的接合限制了球头3围绕第一轴线A1的旋转运动。因此,接合在凹槽7内的两个凸起6.1、6.2导致关节植入物1在一个自由度上的运动限制。在所示实施例中,凹槽7具有与两个凸起6.1、6.2相同的形状和宽度,从而防止围绕第一旋转轴线A1的任何运动。或者,凹槽7可以具有略微大于两个凸起6.1、6.2的宽度的宽度。通过这样的替代实施例,球头3将能够围绕第一旋转轴线A1进行小的运动,从而使球头3能够在窝4内围绕第三旋转轴线A1有限的“摆动”。
球头3围绕第三旋转轴线A3的旋转运动通过两个凸起6.1、6.2在凹槽7内的滑动动作来实现,并且围绕第二旋转轴线A2的旋转运动通过两个凸起6.1、6.2在凹槽7内的旋转来实现。
图2示出了根据图1的关节植入物1的第二元件3的详细视图。两个凸起6.1、6.2的形状以及球头的形状可以在该图中被清楚地识别。可以看到,球头5是圆顶形的形状,即被平面切割的球体的形状,而两个凸起6.1,6.2是半球的形式。
图3示出了根据图1的关节植入物1的第一元件2的详细视图。可以看出,凹槽7具有半球的形状并且沿着大圆布置在半球形的窝4上。从而凹槽7从边缘到边缘跨越窝4。在半球形的窝4的顶点周围,设置有开口8。
图4示出了根据图1的关节植入物1的替代实施例。该实施例可以用作例如肩部假体。第一元件2包括圆形嵌体9,其中半球形的窝4在该嵌体上位于偏心位置。嵌体9可旋转地连接到基底构件10并围绕第四轴线A4旋转。窝4的凹槽7被布置使得第一轴线A1(通过两个凸起6.1、6.2和凹槽7的接合禁止围绕该轴线的旋转运动)大致上平行于嵌体9的第四旋转轴线A4布置。因此,通过根据图4的实施例的具体布置,实现了第三旋转轴线A3的偏移。此外,第二元件3包括与球头5连接的大致上是Z形的适配器11。借助于适配器11,可以偏移轴或柄到第二元件的附接。这种偏移在与肩部假体连接时是特别有利的。
图5至图7示出了根据图4的配置为肩部假体的关节植入物1。假体柄12固定到适配器11。柄12被定尺寸和成形以插入患者的肱骨中。球头5经由适配器11耦接到假体柄12,使得由凹槽7(图4)限定的平面关于穿过假体柄12的中心轴线22(图7)的对称平面21(图6)垂直。在替代实施例中,球头5可以相对于假体柄12布置成使得由凹槽7限定的平面关于穿过假体柄12的中心轴线22的对称平面21平行。基底构件10优选地被定尺寸和成形以定位在关节盂腔中,其外缘与喙突和肩峰突接合。提供一组具有不同配置的适配器11使得能够以简单的方式将肩部假体植入物定制到不同患者的骨骼。
图8示出了本发明配置为人造肘部的关节植入物1。第一元件2包括被定尺寸和成形以植入患者的肱骨远端的柄13,以及包括窝4的通用半球形头部14。前支撑元件15从头部14平行延伸到柄13,所述前支撑元件15仅跨越沿柄13的一小部分并且旨在与肱骨的前皮质接合。头部14包括与窝4相交的凹部16。关节植入物1的第二元件3的球头5插入到窝4中,由此凹槽7和两个凸起6.1、6.2限制了球头5在窝4内的运动,使得柄13和插入第二元件3的连接部分20中的尺骨柄(图9中所示)不可以在平行于柄13的纵向轴线的平面外相对于彼此运动。该配置允许提供模拟肘关节的自然的自由运动的关节植入物。
完整的人造肘部在图9中表示。除了如图8所示的元件之外,尺骨柄17被附接到球头5。由于允许尺骨柄17在相对于肘部的弯曲运动的方向而不是另一方向上的移动范围增大,凹部16的功能变得明显。在尺骨柄17上布置有一个附加的限深部18,该限深部用于限制柄17插入尺骨中的深度。
图10更详细地示出了人造肘部的第一元件2。可以看出,凹槽7不是从窝4的边缘跨越到顶点,而是在边缘和顶点之间的距离的大约一半处终止。这允许另外地限制球头5在窝4内围绕第一轴线A1的旋转运动。
人造肘部的第二元件3如图11所示。如前面的例子,球头5是圆顶形的。然而,在本实施例中,球头5包括从另外的半球形状中突出的鼻部19。鼻部19作为用于尺骨柄17的附加支撑件,其可通过连接部分20被附接到球头5上。
Claims (46)
1.人造关节植入物(1),包括具有窝(4)的第一元件(2)和具有球头(5)的第二元件(3),
其中,所述球头(5)能够插入所述窝(4)中,以致在所述第一元件(2)和所述第二元件(3)之间形成球窝连接,并且
所述球头(5)在所述窝(4)中的运动通过接合在凹槽(7)中的凸起(6.1;6.2)来限制,其中
所述凸起(6.1;6.2)具有中心轴线(A2)并从所述窝(4)的表面上突出,并且所述凹槽(7)设置在所述球头(5)的表面上,或者所述凸起(6.1;6.2)具有中心轴线(A2)并从所述球头(5)的表面上突出,并且所述凹槽(7)设置在所述窝(4)的表面上;
所述凹槽(7)沿所述球头(5)或所述窝(4)的大圆定位,所述凸起(6.1;6.2)具有在容纳于凹槽(7)中时允许所述凸起围绕其中心轴线(A2)旋转的形状,
其特征在于,
a)所述凸起(6.1;6.2)和/或所述凹槽(7)的表面粗糙度最大为25微米;以及
b)所述第一元件(2)还包括围绕第四旋转轴线(A4)可旋转地耦接到基部部分(10)的嵌体(9),其中所述凸起(6.1;6.2)和所述凹槽(7)被布置成阻挡所述球窝连接围绕第一旋转轴线(A1)的至少一个自由度,所述第一旋转轴线基本上平行于第四旋转轴线(A4),所述第一旋转轴线(A1)与所述窝(4)的中心相交,由所述凹槽限定的平面基本上正交于或平行于连接所述窝的中心与所述嵌体(9)的中心的虚拟线,且所述第一旋转轴线(A1)与所述第四旋转轴线(A4)之间的距离在3mm到20mm的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,表面粗糙度最大为5微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,表面粗糙度最大为0.8微米。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凸起(6.1;6.2)是圆柱形的、圆锥形的或球形的。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述中心轴线定向成与所述窝(4)或球头(5)的中心相交,并形成中心轴线(A2)。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凸起(6.1;6.2)分别与所述球头(5)、窝(4)是一体的。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凸起(6.1;6.2)具有的高度分别最大为球头、窝的直径的40%。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凸起(6.1;6.2)具有的高度分别最大为球头、窝的直径的20%。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凸起(6.1;6.2)在其基部具有的最大直径分别为球头、窝的直径的75%。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凸起(6.1;6.2)在其基部具有的最大直径分别为球头、窝的直径的50%。
11.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述窝(4)至少是半球形的。
12.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽(7)具有的宽度等于或大于所述凸起(6.1;6.2)的最大直径。
13.根据权利要求12所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的宽度在所述凸起的最大宽度的100%至125%之间。
14.根据权利要求12所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的宽度在所述凸起的最大宽度的100%至105%之间。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的宽度在所述凸起的最大宽度的100.005%至100.100%之间。
16.根据权利要求13或14所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的宽度在所述凸起的最大宽度的100.01%至100.05%之间。
17.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的横截面是半圆或更小。
18.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的底部基本上是平的。
19.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽(7)设置在所述窝(4)的表面上,并且其中所述凹槽(7)仅跨越所述窝(4)的圆周边缘和顶点之间的距离的一部分。
20.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述球头(5)是圆顶形的形式或球截形的形式。
21.根据权利要求20所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽(7)设置在所述球头(5)上,并且其中所述凹槽(7)仅跨越所述圆顶的圆周边缘和顶点之间的距离的一部分或仅跨越所述球截形的两个圆周边缘之间的部分。
22.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述人造关节植入物设置有彼此相对定位的两个凸起(6.1;6.2),使得当球头插入到窝中,两个凸起位于凹槽中时,球头可围绕两个不同的轴线旋转,即
(i)围绕穿过两个凸起的中心轴线(A2);和
(ii)围绕与由凹槽沿着延伸的大圆限定的平面正交的、并与中心轴线(A2)正交的轴线(A3);但防止窝围绕与中心轴线(A2)和正交的轴线(A3)均正交的第一旋转轴线(A1)旋转。
23.根据权利要求22所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述两个凸起(6.1;6.2)具有不同的形状。
24.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽(7)的深度最大为所述凸起(6.1;6.2)的高度的400%。
25.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽(7)的深度最大为所述凸起(6.1;6.2)的高度的200%。
26.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的长度至少是所述凹槽(7)的深度的200%。
27.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,所述凹槽的长度至少是所述凹槽(7)的深度的400%。
28.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,在虚拟半球表面上测量的所述凹槽(7)的面积AG与窝的总面积AS之间的关系AG/AS在1:40至1:10的范围内。
29.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,在虚拟半球表面上测量的所述凹槽(7)的面积AG与窝的总面积AS之间的关系AG/AS在1:30至1:15的范围内。
30.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,在其虚拟半球表面的基部测量的所述凸起的底面积AB与窝的总面积AS之间的关系AB/AS最大为1:55。
31.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,在其虚拟半球表面的基部测量的所述凸起的底面积AB与窝的总面积AS之间的关系AB/AS最大为20:1。
32.根据权利要求30所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,AB/AS的关系在1:17至1:11.5的范围内。
33.根据权利要求30所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,AB/AS的关系在1:14至1:12的范围内。
34.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其中,所述第一旋转轴线(A1)与所述第四旋转轴线(A4)之间的距离在为5mm到15mm的范围内。
35.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的人造关节植入物(1),其特征在于,球头(5)被附加到具有对称平面(21)的假体柄(12;17)。
