Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with at least two card slots for placing the user identification cards, such as a dual-card dual-standby mobile phone or a multi-card multi-standby mobile phone, if the number of the user identification cards is more than two, one of the user identification cards can be regarded as a main card, and the other user identification cards can be regarded as auxiliary cards.
The network mode mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention may include: 5G, 4G +, 3G, 2G, etc., the primary card is typically used as a data card, and supports more network modes than the secondary card, for example: the primary card supports 5G, 4G +3G and 2G, while the secondary card may only support 3G and 2G. When the same subscriber identity card is set as a primary card, all network modes may be supported, and when the same subscriber identity card is set as a secondary card, only the network mode of the low system may be supported. After installing the subscriber identity module card or switching the functions of the main card and the auxiliary card, the user usually performs network searching operation.
Taking an SIM card supporting only an LTE network as an example, referring to the schematic diagram of the network searching method in the prior art shown in fig. 1, after the SIM card is inserted into a mobile phone, it is determined whether the SIM card is a secondary card, and if not, the network is normally searched and registered in the LTE network. If the SIM card is the auxiliary card, the mobile phone searches for the 3G network and the 2G network according to the network searching sequence, because the SIM card only supports the LTE network, the network cannot be searched, and then the timer is started, the network is searched again when the timer is overtime, the network is searched in such a way circularly all the time, the electric quantity of the mobile phone is consumed in vain, and the cruising performance of the mobile phone is influenced. Based on this, the embodiments of the present invention provide a network searching control method and apparatus for a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a network searching control method for a mobile terminal is shown, where the method includes the following steps:
step S202, when the network searching operation of the user identification card as the auxiliary card is started, whether the network mode supported by the user identification card is matched with the network mode corresponding to the auxiliary card function of the mobile terminal is judged.
The Subscriber Identity cards of this embodiment include an sim (Subscriber Identity module) card and a usim (universal Subscriber Identity module) card, i.e., a Subscriber Identity card and a global Subscriber Identity card. The subscriber identity card may be a JIO SIM card, a telecommunication card, a mobile card, a link card, or the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The subscriber identity card as the sub-card refers to a card opposite to the main card among the dual cards installed in the mobile terminal, and generally, the mobile terminal prefers the main card to perform network data transmission. For a mobile terminal provided with at least two card slots for accommodating user identification cards, when the user identification cards are set as auxiliary cards of the mobile terminal, the network searching operation of the user identification cards is started.
In an optional embodiment, the step of determining whether the network mode supported by the subscriber identity card matches the network mode corresponding to the secondary card function of the mobile terminal may include: (1) acquiring a network mode supported by the user identification card, such as service judgment subscribed by the card number of the user identification card; (2) and judging whether the network mode supported by the current subscriber identity module card is matched with the network mode corresponding to the secondary card function of the mobile terminal where the subscriber identity module card is located, for example, judging whether the network mode and the network mode have the same network type, if so, matching, otherwise, not matching. The network types may include an LTE network, a WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) network, a GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) network, and the like.
And step S204, if not, triggering the auxiliary card protocol stack of the mobile terminal to enter a power saving mode.
If the network mode supported by the subscriber identity module card is not matched with the network mode corresponding to the secondary card function of the mobile terminal, the secondary card protocol stack of the mobile terminal is triggered to enter a power saving mode, wherein the power saving mode can be a pre-configured mode, such as only a call function and a short message function are reserved, the screen brightness is reduced, the screen display time is shortened, and the like.
In the method of this embodiment, when the mobile terminal starts a network searching operation of a subscriber identity module card serving as a secondary card, it is determined whether a network mode supported by the subscriber identity module card matches a network mode corresponding to a secondary card function of the mobile terminal; and if not, triggering the secondary card protocol stack of the mobile terminal to enter a power saving mode. When the network mode supported by the subscriber identity module card is judged not to be matched with the network mode corresponding to the secondary card function of the mobile terminal, the secondary card protocol stack of the mobile terminal is triggered to enter a power saving mode, the operation of circularly searching the network is not performed, and the power consumption caused by network searching is saved, so the cruising performance of the mobile terminal is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to another flowchart of the network searching control method of the mobile terminal shown in fig. 3, the method is further detailed based on the above embodiment, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S302, starting the network searching operation of the user identification card as the auxiliary card.
For a mobile terminal provided with at least two card slots for accommodating user identification cards, when the user identification cards are set as auxiliary cards of the mobile terminal, the network searching operation of the user identification cards is started. Generally, the method for setting the subscriber identity module card as the secondary card includes the steps of adopting default settings of the mobile terminal and manually setting by a user, so that the embodiment provides the following two triggering methods for starting the network searching operation: (1) detecting that the subscriber identity card is installed as a secondary card; (2) it is detected that the subscriber identity card is configured as a secondary card.
The triggering manner in (1) includes that the subscriber identity module card is installed as the secondary card after being inserted into a default secondary card slot of the mobile terminal, and the insertion manner of the subscriber identity module card includes that the mobile terminal is inserted in a power-off state or that the mobile terminal is inserted in a power-on state (hot plug).
The triggering manner in (2) above includes that the user identification card is manually configured as the secondary card by the user after being inserted into the mobile terminal, or the user identification card is manually configured as the secondary card by the user in the operation process.
Step S304 is to determine whether the subscriber identity card is a specific type card, and the specific type card supports only a first network mode different from a network mode corresponding to a sub-card function of the mobile terminal. If yes, go to step S306; if not, go to step S312: and normally searching the network, and performing subsequent network registration process to ensure the normal use of the user identification card of the non-specific card.
In consideration of the cost problem and the fact that a user only can adopt one user identification card for network data transmission at the same time in practical application, the auxiliary card function of some brands of mobile terminals only supports a low-standard network, for example, the auxiliary card function only supports a 2G (GSM and the like) network, a 3G (WCDMA and the like) network and the like, and does not support an LTE network; considering that the high-standard network coverage of the home location is better, some user identification cards only support the high-standard network in the home location, for example, the JIO SIM card only supports the LTE network in the home location; when the subscriber identity module card only supporting the high-standard network is applied to the mobile terminal with the function of the auxiliary card only supporting the low-standard network, the subscriber identity module card is the specific type card.
The user identification cards are provided with own identifications, and the identifications of the specific type of cards corresponding to the user identification cards are stored in the mobile terminal, so that whether the user identification cards are the specific type of cards can be judged by comparing whether the identifications of the user identification cards belong to the identifications of the specific type of cards.
Step S306, detecting whether the user identification card is located in the home location. If yes, determining that the network mode supported by the subscriber identity module card is not matched with the network mode corresponding to the auxiliary card function, and executing step S308; if not, step S310 is performed.
Step S308, triggering the secondary card protocol stack of the mobile terminal to enter a power saving mode.
In this embodiment, two implementation manners for triggering the secondary card protocol stack of the mobile terminal to enter the power saving mode are provided, which are respectively (a) or (b) below:
(a) configuring the network searching object of the user identification card as a network mode supported by the user identification card; and when the network searching result of the subscriber identity card is detected to be empty, the auxiliary card protocol stack enters a power saving mode.
The network mode supported by the subscriber identity module card is a first network mode different from the network mode corresponding to the auxiliary card function of the mobile terminal, and when the first network mode is configured for the subscriber identity module card, the network searching result of the subscriber identity module card is null because the auxiliary card function of the mobile terminal does not support the first network mode; when the network searching result of the subscriber identity module card is detected to be empty, the auxiliary card protocol stack can enter a power saving mode, so that the power consumption caused by network searching is reduced, the cruising performance of the mobile terminal is improved, and the user experience is improved.
(b) And stopping the network searching operation of the subscriber identity module card, and switching the running mode of the mobile terminal to a power saving mode.
The mode can be understood as a forced mode, and power consumption caused by network searching can be greatly saved by stopping the network searching operation of the subscriber identity module and switching the running mode of the mobile terminal to a power saving mode, so that the user experience is further improved.
Step S310, a network searching operation corresponding to a second network mode is set for the subscriber identity card, where the second network mode is a network mode supported by the subscriber identity card in roaming.
The network mode of the subscriber identity card supported by roaming is different from the first network mode, so the second network mode can be matched with the network mode corresponding to the secondary card function of the mobile terminal, for example, the network mode of the JIO SIM card at the roaming place is determined by a partner operator at the roaming place, and 2G (GSM, etc.) network and 3G (WCDMA, etc.) network are supported. In order to meet the requirement of the specific card in the roaming scene, when the subscriber identity module is in the roaming state, the network searching operation corresponding to the second network mode is set for the subscriber identity module, so that the normal use of the specific card in the roaming place is ensured.
In an optional embodiment, considering that the second network mode may not be completely the same as the network mode corresponding to the secondary card function of the mobile terminal, the network searching object of the subscriber identity module card in the roaming area is configured as an intersection of the second network mode and the network mode corresponding to the secondary card function. For example, the second network mode includes an LTE network, a GSM network, and a WCDMA network, and the network mode corresponding to the function of the secondary card includes a GSM network and a WCDMA network, the network searching object of the subscriber identity card in the roaming area is configured as a GSM network and a WCDMA network, so that the subscriber identity card searches for networks in the order of WCDMA → GSM. Therefore, the waste of network searching resources in the network searching process is avoided, the network searching loss of the specific card in the roaming place is reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
The present embodiment further provides a specific application scenario of the foregoing embodiment, referring to a network searching flow diagram of a mobile terminal shown in fig. 4, taking a subscriber identity module card as a jit SIM card and a mobile terminal as a mobile phone as an example, a specific flow is as follows:
1. the JIO SIM card is inserted into the handset. Here, the JIO SIM card supports only LTE network in home, and the auxiliary card function of the mobile phone supports only 2G and 3G networks.
2. And judging whether the JIO SIM card is in a default auxiliary card slot or not. If yes, entering the flow 3; and if not, normally searching the network and registering to the LTE network.
3. It is determined whether the above-mentioned JIO SIM card is in a roaming state. If yes, searching the network normally: LTE → WCDMA → GSM; if not, go to flow 4.
4. And only configuring an LTE network searching function for the JIO SIM card.
5. The auxiliary card function of the mobile phone does not support the LTE network.
6. The mobile phone enters a power-saving mode and does not search for the network any more.
The above contents simply describe the operations of inserting the JIO SIM card into the mobile phone and the like, and the processes experienced when the mobile phone enters the power saving mode, and the JIO SIM card is only configured with the LTE network searching function, so that the mobile phone enters the power saving mode, network searching is not performed any more, the power consumption caused by network searching is reduced, the cruising performance of the mobile phone is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
In order to verify the effectiveness of the method provided in this embodiment, four mobile phones are selected to simultaneously and respectively perform the standby power consumption test, and the test results are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001447648690000101
