Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are illustrative of the present invention and not limited to the following examples.
As shown in the figure, the stage lamp comprises a base 1, a U-shaped bracket 2 and a lamp tube 3, wherein the U-shaped bracket 2 is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the base 1 and can rotate along the horizontal direction, the lamp tube 3 is rotatably arranged on the U-shaped bracket 2 through a rotating shaft locking mechanism of the stage lamp and can rotate along the vertical direction, and a lamp holder 4 with a heat radiation system, a dimming effect control platform 6, a CMY color mixer 5 and a light spot focusing and multilevel homogenizing device 7 are sequentially arranged in the lamp tube 3 from bottom to top.
The U-shaped bracket 2 is rotationally arranged on the base 1 through a rotating shaft locking mechanism, the rotating shaft locking mechanism comprises a fixed base plate 8, a rotating shaft 9, a fixed disc 10, a locking piece 11 and an adjusting handle 12, a pivoting hole 13 matched with the rotating shaft 9 is formed in the upper side of the fixed base plate 8, one end of the rotating shaft 9 is rotationally arranged in the pivoting hole 13, the fixed disc 10 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 9 and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 9, notches 14 are formed in the outer side of the fixed disc 10 at equal intervals, a clamping block 15 matched with the notches 14 is arranged on the upper side of the locking piece 11, one end of the locking piece 11 is hinged to the fixed base plate 8, the adjusting handle 12 is fixed at the other end of the locking piece 11, and when the adjusting handle 12 rotates upwards, the clamping block 15 is clamped in the notch 14 in the outer side of the fixed disc 10; the locking piece 11 is provided with a strip-shaped limiting hole 16, a limiting column 17 is perpendicular to the fixed substrate 8, one end of the limiting column 17 is fixed on the fixed substrate 8, and the other end of the limiting column 17 is arranged in the limiting hole 16 and can freely slide along the limiting hole 16; the A column 18 is perpendicular to the fixed substrate 8, one end of the A column 18 is fixed on the fixed substrate 8, an A hole 19 matched with the A column 18 is formed in the locking piece 11, and the locking piece 11 is sleeved on the A column 18 through the A hole 19; two sides of the fixed base plate 8 are provided with side plates 20 which are perpendicular to the fixed base plate 8, a fixed window 21 which is arranged along the vertical direction is arranged on one side of the side plate 20, one end of an adjusting handle 12 is fixed at the end part of a locking piece 11, and the other end of the adjusting handle 12 passes through the fixed window 21 and is arranged in the fixed window 21 in a sliding way; a pressing mechanism is arranged between a locking piece 11 and a fixed base plate 8, the pressing mechanism is structurally characterized in that two C holes 22 and D holes 23 which are arranged up and down are formed in the locking piece 11, a B hole 24 is formed in the fixed base plate, when the locking piece 11 rotates to the uppermost end along a hinging point, the C hole 22 is overlapped with the B hole 24, when the locking piece 11 rotates to the lowermost end along the hinging point, the D hole 23 is overlapped with the B hole 24, a pressing plate 25, a pressing block 26 and a ball 27 are arranged on the other side, opposite to the locking piece 11, of the fixed base plate 8, the ball 27 is arranged in the B hole 24, one end of the B hole 24 is larger than the other end, the diameter of the ball 27 is larger than the B hole 24, the ball part penetrates through the B hole 24, the pressing plate 25 is made of elastic materials, one end of the pressing plate 25 is fixed on the fixed base plate 8 through the pressing block 26, the other end of the pressing plate 25 is provided with a small hole 28 with the diameter smaller than the ball 27, and the ball is arranged between the small hole 28 and the B hole 24.
The upper end of the lamp tube 3 is provided with a heat dissipation mechanism, the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a supporting plate 29, a partition plate 30, a fan 31, an induced air channel 32, a fixed plate 33, a filter screen 34 and a shell 35, the supporting plate 29 is perpendicular to the partition plate 30, the lower ends of the two supporting plates 29 are respectively fixed on the edges of two sides of the partition plate 30, the fan 31 is fixed on the supporting plate 29, the induced air channel 32 is arranged on the fan 31, the fixed plate 33 is fixed on the supporting plate 29, the filter screen 34 is arranged between the fixed plate 33 and the shell 35, and the shell 35 is fixed on the supporting plate 29; the middle of the partition plate 30 is provided with a through hole for light to pass through, two sides of the support plate 29 are provided with side plates 36 perpendicular to the support plate, the side plates 36 are provided with air outlets 37 matched with the air inducing channels 32, the air inducing channels 32 are spiral casing type air inducing channels, the air inducing channels 32 are fixed on the support plate 29 through bolts, one end of each air inducing channel 32 is communicated with the fan 31, and the other end of each air inducing channel 32 is arranged on the air outlets 37 of the side plates 36 and communicated with the air outlets 37; the fixed plate 33 is provided with an air outlet matched with the fan, the fixed plate 33 is provided with a screw hole corresponding to the position of the induced air channel, and a bolt penetrates through the screw holes of the fixed plate 33 and the induced air channel 32 to fix the fixed plate 33 and the induced air channel 32 on the support plate 29; a rubber ring 38 is arranged on the air inlet of the fixed plate 33, a pressing plate 39 is arranged on the outer side of the rubber ring 38, a through hole matched with the air outlet of the fixed plate 33 is formed in the pressing plate 39, and the rubber ring 38 is tightly pressed and fixed on the air outlet of the fixed plate 33 through the pressing plate 39; corresponding screw holes are formed in the filter screen 34, the shell 35 and the pressing plate 39, and bolts penetrate through the screw holes in the filter screen 34, the shell 35 and the pressing plate 39 to fix the filter screen 34, the shell 35 and the pressing plate 39 on the supporting plate 29; the upper end of the shell 35 is provided with a grid air inlet 40 matched with the shape of the filter screen 34, and the lower end of the shell 35 is provided with a semicircular notch 41 matched with the rotating shaft.
The lamp holder 4 with the heat radiation system comprises a supporting platform 42, a light source 43, a reflective main cup 44, a supporting plate 45, a bottom bracket 46, two upper fans 47, two lower fans 48, a lamp shell 49 and a glass sheet 50, wherein the reflective main cup 44 is sleeved on the light source 43, the lower end of the light source 43 is fixed on the supporting plate 45, the bottom bracket 46 is fixed on the lower side of the supporting plate 45, a through hole matched with the opening of the upper end of the reflective main cup 44 is formed in the middle of the supporting platform 42, the supporting platform 42 is arranged above the reflective main cup 44, the lamp shell 49 is fixed on the upper side of the supporting platform 42 and covers the through hole of the supporting platform 42 completely, the glass sheet 50 is fixed on the upper side of the lamp shell 49, the two upper fans 47 and the two lower fans 48 are fixed on the supporting platform 42, the two upper fans 47 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the through hole of the supporting platform 42, one end of an upper fan induced air channel 51 is connected with the upper fans 47, the other end of the upper fan induced air channel 51 is fixed on the side of the lamp shell 49 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the lamp shell 49, one end of the lower fans 52 is oppositely arranged on the two sides of the through hole of the supporting platform 42, one end of the lower fan induced air channel 52 is connected with the lower fans 48, the other end of the lower fans 52 is fixedly arranged on the other end of the upper fan channel 53 and extends to the side of the upper fan section 53, and extends on the side of the support plate 45; the glass sheet 50 is fixed in a structure that a groove matched with the glass sheet 50 in shape is formed in the upper side of the lamp housing 49, the glass sheet 50 is arranged in the groove in the upper side of the lamp housing 49, a pressing plate 54 is arranged on the upper side of the glass sheet 50 in a covering manner, four corners of the pressing plate 54 are fixed on the upper side of the lamp housing 49 through bolts to lock and fix the glass sheet 50 in the groove, and a light hole for transmitting light is formed in the pressing plate 54; the glass sheet 50 is a V-shaped glass sheet, the light holes of the pressing plate 54 are octagonal through holes, the fixing structure of the upper fan air guide channel 51 and the lamp shell 49 is that the upper fan air guide channel 51 is an L-shaped channel, through holes matched with the end parts of the upper fan air guide channel 51 are formed in the side face of the lamp shell 49, screw hole seats 55 are arranged on two sides of the through holes of the lamp shell 49, screw hole lugs 56 are arranged on two sides of the end parts of the upper fan air guide channel 51, and the end parts of the upper fan air guide channel 55 are inserted into the through holes of the lamp shell 49 and are fixed through bolts; the two sides of the supporting plate 45 are provided with side plates 57 which are vertically turned upwards, the side plates 57 are provided with small holes matched with the lower fan induced air channels 52, the lower ends of the lower fan induced air channels 52 penetrate through the supporting platform 42 to extend downwards and are fixedly connected with one sides of the small holes on the side plates 57, the air duct extension sections 53 are horizontally fixed on the supporting plate 45, one ends of the air duct extension sections 53 are fixed on the other sides of the small holes on the side plates 57 and are communicated with the lower fan induced air channels 52, and inclined openings are formed in the upper sides of the other ends of the air duct extension sections 53; the support platform 42 both sides are provided with the runing rest 58, and runing rest 50 perpendicular to support platform 42 sets up and runing rest 50 lower extreme and support platform 42 both sides border fixed connection, and runing rest 50 upper end is opened has pivot hole 59, is provided with the fin on the bottom and drags 46.
The CMY color mixer includes a chassis 60, a first lens group, a second lens group, a third lens group, a fourth lens group, a first timing belt mechanism 61, a second timing belt mechanism 62, a third timing belt mechanism 63, a fourth timing belt mechanism 64, a first motor 65, a second motor 66, a third motor 67, and a fourth motor 68, the first lens group, the second lens group, the third lens group, and the fourth lens group are disposed one time up and down and slidably disposed with respect to the chassis 60, the first timing belt mechanism 61, the second timing belt mechanism 62, the third timing belt mechanism 63, and the fourth timing belt mechanism 64 are driven by the first motor 65, the second motor 66, the third motor 67, and the fourth motor 68, respectively, and two components of the first lens group, the second lens group, the third lens group, and the fourth lens group are disposed on both side timing belts of the first timing belt mechanism 61, the second timing belt mechanism 62, the third timing belt mechanism 63, and the fourth timing belt mechanism 64, respectively, and are driven by the first timing belt mechanism 61, the second timing belt mechanism 62, the third timing belt mechanism 63, and the fourth timing belt mechanism 64 in opposite directions; the first motor 65, the second motor 66, the third motor 67 and the fourth motor 68 are fixed on the chassis 60, the first timing belt mechanism 61 includes a first driving wheel 69, a first driven wheel 70 and a first timing belt 71, the first timing belt 71 is disposed on the first driving wheel 69 and the first driven wheel 70, the second timing belt mechanism 62 includes a second driving wheel 72, a second driven wheel 73 and a second timing belt 74, the second timing belt 74 is disposed on the second driving wheel 72 and the second driven wheel 73, the third timing belt mechanism 63 includes a third driving wheel 75, a third driven wheel 76 and a third timing belt 77, the third timing belt 77 is disposed on the third driving wheel 75 and the third driven wheel 76, the fourth timing belt mechanism 64 includes a fourth driving wheel 78, a fourth driven wheel 79 and a fourth timing belt 80, and the fourth timing belt 80 is disposed on the fourth driving wheel 78 and the fourth driven wheel 79; the second driving wheel 72 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the second motor 66, the second driven wheel 73 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the third motor 67 and can rotate freely, the third driven wheel 76 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the second motor 66 and can rotate freely, and the third driving wheel 75 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the third motor 67; four groups of guide rod mechanisms 81 are arranged on the chassis 60, each group of guide rod mechanisms 81 comprises two guide rods which are arranged up and down, two groups of guide rod mechanisms 81 are arranged between synchronous belts on two sides of the synchronous belt mechanism, and the other two groups of guide rod mechanisms are arranged on the inner side of the synchronous belt mechanism; the device comprises a first lens group, a second lens group, a third lens group and a fourth lens group, wherein one side of each lens group is provided with a through hole matched with a guide rod, one side of each lens group is sleeved on the guide rod through the through hole and is arranged in a sliding manner with the guide rod, one side of each through hole is provided with a clamping groove used for being clamped between adjacent teeth of a synchronous belt, two component clamping grooves of the same lens group are arranged on different sides of each through hole and are respectively clamped on synchronous belts on two sides of the same synchronous belt mechanism, the other side of each lens group is provided with a U-shaped opening matched with the guide rod, and the other side of each lens group is arranged on the guide rod in a sliding manner through the U-shaped opening; the two side through holes and the U-shaped openings of the first lens group and the fourth lens group are arranged in the same direction, and the two side through holes and the U-shaped openings of the second lens group and the third lens group are arranged in the same direction and opposite to the arrangement direction of the first lens group and the fourth lens group; the first lens group and the fourth lens group are arranged on two groups of guide rod mechanisms between synchronous belts at two sides of the synchronous belt mechanism in a sliding way, the fourth lens group is arranged on an upper guide rod, the second lens group and the third lens group are arranged on two groups of guide rod mechanisms at the inner side of the synchronous belt mechanism in a sliding way, and the third lens group is arranged on the upper guide rod; four touch-sensitive switches 81 are disposed on the chassis 60, and the four touch-sensitive switches 81 respectively correspond to the first lens group, the second lens group, the third lens group and the fourth lens group.
