本发明公开了一种汽车清洁剂的配方,包括按重量份计的C8‑10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯4~13份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁‑钠络合物6~12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5~8份、三聚磷酸盐6~10份、乙醇4~6份、三梨酸钾8~12份、乙基纤维素2~4份、3‑磷酸甘油酸3~6份、阴离子表面活性剂11~2份、三聚磷酸钠5~9份、非离子表面活性剂12~3份、异丙醇1~3份和纳米钛溶胶1~2份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够有效清除汽车外表面的污渍,并且其具有清洁能力强、清洗时间短、对基材无腐蚀、对人体无刺激、使用后不留痕迹等优点,并且能够在汽车外表面形成一层保护膜,在一定时间内防止灰尘积聚。

本发明涉及清洁剂领域,具体的说,是一种汽车清洁剂的配方。
背景技术
清洁剂主要由表面活性剂、杀菌剂、抛光剂、进口参透剂以及独特光亮因子等环保技术高科技配制而成的液体瓷砖清洁剂;具有强力的除污力以及渗透力、杀菌力和抛光光亮性等特性。能迅速彻洁净王-漆立净 瓷砖清洁剂 (液态)(4张)底清除各类瓷砖表面、缝隙里的顽固污垢。独特的渗透力及抛光光亮因子更能迅速去除石灰垢,水泥垢,填缝剂垢,水锈,电焊印,铝划痕,金属划痕,黑垢,霉垢,水垢,各类油漆,各类胶,各类重油污等,当它涂在清洗物体表面时,与污垢结合或融解,但它需要流水清洗掉其残留物。节水清洁剂可利用本身的特性少用或不用水,起到节水的目的。家庭日用品清洗剂品种繁多,其中有专为居室用的清洗家具、地板、墙壁、门窗玻璃的硬表面清洁剂,有洗涤玻璃器皿、塑料用具、珠宝装饰品的专用洗涤剂,有厨房用的清洗餐具、灶具、油烟机和瓷砖的专用洗涤剂,还有厕卫专用的浴盆、便池清洁剂与除臭剂以及地毯清洁剂等。厨房用洗洁精的主要成分是多种表面活性剂和助洗剂,包括烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸二乙醇胺及3-磷酸甘油酸等,还有专门清洗浴盆、冰箱、瓷砖、首饰、炉灶等的各种洗涤剂,成分配方大致脱不开上述几种物质的范围。

本发明的目的在于提供一种去污能力强、能够去除胶水、油污、双面胶的多功能的汽车清洁剂的配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:一种汽车清洁剂的配方,包括按重量份计的C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯4~13份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物6~12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5~8份、三聚磷酸盐6~10份、乙醇4~6份、三梨酸钾8~12份、乙基纤维素2~4份、3-磷酸甘油酸3~6份、阴离子表面活性剂11~2份、三聚磷酸钠5~9份、非离子表面活性剂12~3份、异丙醇1~3份和纳米钛溶胶1~2份。

所述的异丙醇为磷酸乙二胺、磷酸丙二胺、二甲苯、氟乙基纤维素、硫酸铵、氯化铵、硫酸亚铁、氢氧化铵中的一种或多种。

实施例1:
本实施例中,一种汽车清洁剂的配方,包括按重量份计的C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯4~13份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物6~12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5~8份、三聚磷酸盐6~10份、乙醇4~6份、三梨酸钾8~12份、乙基纤维素2~4份、3-磷酸甘油酸3~6份、阴离子表面活性剂11~2份、三聚磷酸钠5~9份、非离子表面活性剂12~3份、异丙醇1~3份和纳米钛溶胶1~2份。其配置方法包括以下几个步骤:
步骤S1:按重量份计配置上述成分;
步骤S2:在20~26℃环境下,将C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸盐、乙醇、三梨酸钾和乙基纤维素混合均匀得到A混合物,在60~70℃的环境下将3-磷酸甘油酸、阴离子表面活性剂1、三聚磷酸钠、非离子表面活性剂1和纳米钛溶胶混合均匀得到B混合物;
步骤S3:将A混合物添加到B混合物中得到C混合物,向C混合物中添加异丙醇并在60~70℃的环境下保温10~15分钟;
步骤S4:将保温后的C混合物使用乳化机以10000~15000rpm的转速剪切混合。
实施例2:
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例中,一种汽车清洁剂的配方,包括按重量份计的C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯5份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、三聚磷酸盐6份、乙醇4份、三梨酸钾10份、乙基纤维素2份、3-磷酸甘油酸3份、阴离子表面活性剂11份、三聚磷酸钠5份、非离子表面活性剂12份、异丙醇1份和纳米钛溶胶1份。本实施例中,其他未描述的内容与上述实施例的内容相同,故不赘述。
