步骤S1:按重量份计配置二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物5~12份、三乙胺6~12份、烷基醚硫酸酯盐5~8份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6~10份、三丙二醇甲醚4~6份、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠10~12份、三油醇磷酸酯2~4份、五水偏硅酸钠3~6份、柠檬精油1~2份、三梨酸钾5~9份、十二烷基葡糖苷2~3份、活化剂1~3份和纳米钛溶胶1~2份;
步骤S2:在20~26℃环境下,将二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物、三乙胺、烷基醚硫酸酯盐、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠、三丙二醇甲醚、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠和三油醇磷酸酯混合均匀得到A混合物,在60~70℃的环境下将五水偏硅酸钠、柠檬精油、三梨酸钾、十二烷基葡糖苷和纳米钛溶胶混合均匀得到B混合物;
步骤S3:将A混合物添加到B混合物中得到C混合物,向C混合物中添加活化剂并在60~70℃的环境下保温10~15分钟;
步骤S4:将保温后的C混合物使用乳化机以10000~15000rpm的转速剪切混合。

Claims (9)

1.一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下几个步骤:
步骤S1:按重量份计配置二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物5~12份、三乙胺6~12份、烷基醚硫酸酯盐5~8份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6~10份、三丙二醇甲醚4~6份、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠10~12份、三油醇磷酸酯2~4份、五水偏硅酸钠3~6份、柠檬精油1~2份、三梨酸钾5~9份、十二烷基葡糖苷2~3份、活化剂1~3份和纳米钛溶胶1~2份;
步骤S2:在20~26℃环境下,将二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物、三乙胺、烷基醚硫酸酯盐、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠、三丙二醇甲醚、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠和三油醇磷酸酯混合均匀得到A混合物,在60~70℃的环境下将五水偏硅酸钠、柠檬精油、三梨酸钾、十二烷基葡糖苷和纳米钛溶胶混合均匀得到B混合物;
步骤S3:将A混合物添加到B混合物中得到C混合物,向C混合物中添加活化剂并在60~70℃的环境下保温10~15分钟;
步骤S4:将保温后的C混合物使用乳化机以10000~15000rpm的转速剪切混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S1中的二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物5份、三乙胺6份、烷基醚硫酸酯盐5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6份、三丙二醇甲醚4份、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠10份、三油醇磷酸酯2份、五水偏硅酸钠3份、柠檬精油1份、三梨酸钾5份、十二烷基葡糖苷2份、活化剂1份和纳米钛溶胶1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S1中的二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物7份、三乙胺7份、烷基醚硫酸酯盐5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6份、三丙二醇甲醚4份、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠10份、三油醇磷酸酯2份、五水偏硅酸钠3份、柠檬精油1份、三梨酸钾5份、十二烷基葡糖苷2份、活化剂2份和纳米钛溶胶1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S1中的二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物9份、三乙胺9份、烷基醚硫酸酯盐6份、椰子油脂肪酸二三丙二醇甲醚酰8份、三丙二醇甲醚4份、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠11份、三油醇磷酸酯3份、五水偏硅酸钠5份、柠檬精油2份、三梨酸钾5份、十二烷基葡糖苷2份、活化剂3份和纳米钛溶胶1份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S1中的二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物12份、三乙胺12份、烷基醚硫酸酯盐8份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠10份、三丙二醇甲醚6份、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠12份、三油醇磷酸酯4份、五水偏硅酸钠6份、柠檬精油2份、三梨酸钾9份、十二烷基葡糖苷3份、活化剂3份和纳米钛溶胶2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的活化剂为磷酸乙二胺、磷酸丙二胺、二甲苯、氟三油醇磷酸酯、硫酸铵、氯化铵、硫酸亚铁、氢氧化铵中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S2中,在26℃环境下,将二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物、三乙胺、烷基醚硫酸酯盐、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠、三丙二醇甲醚、桂酰荃肌氨酸钠和三油醇磷酸酯混合均匀得到A混合物,在70℃的环境下将五水偏硅酸钠、柠檬精油、三梨酸钾、十二烷基葡糖苷和纳米钛溶胶混合均匀得到B混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S3中,向C混合物中添加活化剂并在60℃的环境下保温15分钟。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S4中,将保温后的C混合物使用乳化机以15000rpm的转速剪切混合。
