本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢背包架底梁用的粉煤灰。所述的粉煤灰按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未30‑60份、氧化钙粉未20‑30份、硼砂10‑20份、元明粉10‑30份、三氧化二铝粉未20‑40份、三氧化二铁粉未20‑40份、二氧化钛粉未10‑20份、白云石粉末10‑30份、三氧化硫粉未5‑10份。本发明显著提高了产品的力学性能,解决了安全隐患,同时也提高了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉煤灰,特别是一种电梯轿厢背包架的底梁用的粉煤灰,属于电梯制造领域。
背景技术
粉煤灰,是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物。我国火电厂粉煤灰的主要氧化物组成有些为:SiO2、Al2O3、FeO、Fe2O3、CaO、TiO2等。随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加,成为我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一。大量的粉煤灰不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。因此,申请人经过反复试验,将粉煤灰与水泥、矿渣、砂等材料进行混合制造生成电梯轿厢背包架底梁,但是因为常规的粉煤灰配比较不合理,导致产品的强度和使用寿命并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种电梯轿厢背包架底梁用的粉煤灰。本发明显著提高了产品的力学性能,解决了安全隐患,同时也提高了使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案:一种电梯轿厢背包架底梁用的粉煤灰,所述的粉煤灰按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未30-60份、氧化钙粉未20-30份、硼砂10-20份、元明粉10-30份、三氧化二铝粉未20-40份、三氧化二铁粉未20-40份、二氧化钛粉未10-20份、白云石粉末10-30份、三氧化硫粉未5-10份。
上述的电梯轿厢背包架底梁用的粉煤灰中,所述的粉煤灰按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未45份、氧化钙粉未25份、硼砂15份、元明粉25份、三氧化二铝粉未30份、三氧化二铁粉未30份、二氧化钛粉未15份、白云石粉末20份、三氧化硫粉未5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明对电梯轿厢背包架底梁结构用的粉煤灰进行了优选,与常规的粉煤灰相比,本发明制得的混石土背包架底梁具有更好的承重性能,经试验该加强筋从1米高度处颠落无明显开裂现象,经试验,本发明制得的底梁的强度可达到C30的标注,静耐载压力3000kg,经模拟测试十年后强度大于原设计强度的60%,效果非常明显。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:采用本发明的电梯轿厢背包架,构成如图1和图2所示,所述的电梯轿厢背包架包括轿厢1底部的底梁2,底梁2上方设有侧梁3,侧梁3上方设有上横梁4,所述的底梁包括框条5,框条5内设有矿石条主体6;所述的框条5的中部设有金属夹板7,金属夹板7的两侧各设有多根钢筋8。所述的矿石条主体按重量份包括水260份、铝酸钙水泥550份、高岭土120份、粉煤灰150份、硫酸铝70份、矿渣200份、砂1500份、环氧树脂800份、聚丙烯酰胺50份。所述的粉煤灰按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未45份、氧化钙粉未25份、硼砂15份、元明粉25份、三氧化二铝粉未30份、三氧化二铁粉未30份、二氧化钛粉未15份、白云石粉末20份、三氧化硫粉未5份。所述的矿渣按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未200份、氧化钙粉未80份、三氧化二铝粉未50份、碳酸锂25份、三氧化二铁粉未30份、氧化铜粉未50份、钼酸锌20份。
实施例2:采用本发明的电梯轿厢背包架,构成如图1和图2所示,所述的电梯轿厢背包架包括轿厢1底部的底梁2,底梁2上方设有侧梁3,侧梁3上方设有上横梁4,所述的底梁包括框条5,框条5内设有矿石条主体6;所述的框条5的中部设有金属夹板7,金属夹板7的两侧各设有多根钢筋8。所述的矿石条主体按重量份包括水300份、铝酸钙水泥580份、高岭土110份、粉煤灰120份、硫酸铝50份、矿渣120份、砂1700份、环氧树脂1000份、聚丙烯酰胺40份。所述的粉煤灰按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未60份、氧化钙粉未20份、硼砂15份、元明粉30份、三氧化二铝粉未20份、三氧化二铁粉未40份、二氧化钛粉未10份、白云石粉末15份、三氧化硫粉未7份。所述的矿渣按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未200份、氧化钙粉未70份、三氧化二铝粉未70份、碳酸锂30份、三氧化二铁粉未45份、氧化铜粉未56份、钼酸锌12份。

1.一种电梯轿厢背包架底梁用的粉煤灰用的粉煤灰,其特征在于:所述的粉煤灰按重量份包括二氧化硅粉未30-60份、氧化钙粉未20-30份、硼砂10-20份、元明粉10-30份、三氧化二铝粉未20-40份、三氧化二铁粉未20-40份、二氧化钛粉未10-20份、白云石粉末10-30份、三氧化硫粉未5-10份。
