Abstract
The invention provides a totally-enclosed sealed dust cover structure for coal mine conveying equipment, which comprises a cover seat, a cover body, a fan, a collecting cabin, a collecting plate, a filter plate, a cover body air suction port and a collecting plate air suction port, wherein the cover seat with an integral structure is arranged on the bottom surface of the cover body, and at least one fan is arranged on the top surface of the cover body in a sitting manner; the fan is electrically connected with an external equipment power supply; the top surface of the inner cavity of the cover body is welded with a collecting cabin, and the bottom side of the collecting cabin is provided with a collecting plate through bolts; at least three filter plates are sequentially arranged on the bottom surface of the collecting plate from left to right, a coal conveying structure of the conveying device is shielded in the filter plates to form dust prevention, and in order to enable functions to be more perfect, a suction structure with filtering is arranged in the dust cover, and the dust prevention suction structure is utilized to suck dust on an external air filtering device outside the dust suction cover, so that functions are enhanced while dust prevention is achieved.

Background
The coal mine conveying equipment is large equipment for conveying the coal mine mined in the coal mine outwards, or small conveying equipment for conveying the coal mine in situ according to production requirements when the coal mine is processed in the open air, wherein the coal mine is widely applied to the small conveying equipment, and has no reasonable-structure protection device in the conveying process, so that coal cinder dust can appear in the conveying process, and the working environment is influenced.
