本发明涉及纸板技术领域，尤其是一种防水包装用纸板，包括主体层，所述主体层的上下两侧均设置有面层，所述面层远离主体层的一侧粘接有防水薄膜，所述主体层与面层之间均设置有夹层，所述夹层包括瓦楞纸层，所述瓦楞纸层内设置有加强层，所述瓦楞纸层的下部通过胶水与主体层固定连接，所述瓦楞纸层的上部涂抹有防水蜡层，所述防水蜡层的上部与面层固定连接，本发明结构简单，制作方便，提高了纸板的防水效果，保证包装纸板的韧性，防止折断，从而保证了包装纸板的强度，而且还延长了纸板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸板技术领域，尤其涉及一种防水包装用纸板。
背景技术
目前市场上的包装纸板大多为瓦楞纸板，瓦楞包装纸板加工简单，成本低，已成为机器、电子产品、家用电器等用品的主要包装材料，但瓦楞包装纸板的在使用时，其强度不够，很容易被折断、变形，不能有效的保护被包装物品的质量，给客户造成潜在的影响，另外瓦楞包装纸板的并不具备防水功能，若包装纸板被浸湿，则对被包装的物品会存在很大的安全隐患和损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在防水效果差，抗压能力低等缺点，而提出的一种防水包装用纸板。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种防水包装用纸板，包括主体层，所述主体层的上下两侧均设置有面层，所述面层远离主体层的一侧粘接有防水薄膜，所述主体层与面层之间均设置有夹层，所述夹层包括瓦楞纸层，所述瓦楞纸层内设置有加强层，所述瓦楞纸层的下部通过胶水与主体层固定连接，所述瓦楞纸层的上部涂抹有防水蜡层，所述防水蜡层的上部与面层固定连接。
优选的，所述瓦楞纸层与主体层之间设置有间隙，所述间隙内插设有加强杆。
优选的，所述加强杆为纸屑与胶水压合而成。
优选的，所述加强层为横向加强筋与纵向加强筋交错而成的网板，所述网板设置在瓦楞纸层的中部。
本发明提出的一种防水包装用纸板，有益效果在于：通过在主体层与面层之间设置夹层，并在主夹层内设置瓦楞纸层，能够增强纸板的抗压效果，同时在瓦楞纸层与主体层之间的间隙内插设加强杆，能够进一步的提高纸板的抗压能力，提高纸板的使用寿命，通过在瓦楞纸层远离主体层的一面喷涂防水蜡层，能够有效地提高防水效果，本发明结构简单，制作方便，提高了纸板的防水效果，保证包装纸板的韧性，防止折断，从而保证了包装纸板的强度，而且还延长了纸板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2，一种防水包装用纸板，包括主体层1，主体层1的上下两侧均设置有面层2，面层2远离主体层1的一侧粘接有防水薄膜3，主体层1与面层2之间均设置有夹层4，夹层4包括瓦楞纸层41，瓦楞纸层41内设置有加强层5，加强层5为横向加强筋51与纵向加强筋52交错而成的网板，网板设置在瓦楞纸层41的中部，增强纸板的硬度，保证增强纸板的抗压性能。
瓦楞纸层41的下部通过胶水与主体层1固定连接，瓦楞纸层41的上部涂抹有防水蜡层42，防水蜡层42的上部与面层2固定连接，瓦楞纸层41与主体层1之间设置有间隙，间隙内插设有加强杆43，加强杆43为纸屑与胶水压合而成，保证该纸板兼具防水与抗压功能，提高纸板的使用寿命，保证包装纸板的韧性，防止折断，从而保证了包装纸板的强度。

1.一种防水包装用纸板，包括主体层（1），所述主体层（1）的上下两侧均设置有面层（2），其特征在于：所述面层（2）远离主体层（1）的一侧粘接有防水薄膜（3），所述主体层（1）与面层（2）之间均设置有夹层（4），所述夹层（4）包括瓦楞纸层（41），所述瓦楞纸层（41）内设置有加强层（5），所述瓦楞纸层（41）的下部通过胶水与主体层（1）固定连接，所述瓦楞纸层（41）的上部涂抹有防水蜡层（42），所述防水蜡层（42）的上部与面层（2）固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水包装用纸板，其特征在于：所述瓦楞纸层（41）与主体层（1）之间设置有间隙，所述间隙内插设有加强杆（43）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水包装用纸板，其特征在于：所述加强杆（43）为纸屑与胶水压合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水包装用纸板，其特征在于：所述加强层（5）为横向加强筋（51）与纵向加强筋（52）交错而成的网板，所述网板设置在瓦楞纸层（41）的中部。
