The seat cushion support 132 is mainly used for connecting the seat 152 to seat for children; the backrest support 134 is mainly used for connecting a backrest for leaning of a child when the child is sitting and for supporting when the child is lying down.
The seat cushion support 132 comprises a first U-shaped rod 1321 and a second U-shaped rod 1322, wherein two ends of the first U-shaped rod 1321 are rotatably connected with two ends of the second U-shaped rod 1322 to form a frame structure; the first U-shaped bar 1321 includes oppositely spaced connecting bars, which are fixedly connected to the middle portion of the support bar 114, respectively.
The back support 134 is U-shaped, and both ends of the back support 134 are rotatably connected to the first U-shaped rod 1321, thereby adjusting an angle between the back support 134 and the seat cushion support 132.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, a locking lever 154 is further connected between the first leg 1211 and the second leg 1221, and one end of the locking lever 154 is hinged to the first leg 1211 and the other end is hinged to the second leg 1221. The locking lever 154 is used to lock the first and second legs 1211, 1221 relative to the bracket 110, preventing rotation of the first and second legs 1211, 1221 relative to the bracket 110.
The lower end of the supporting rod 114 is provided with a connecting seat 152, and the second supporting leg 1221 is rotatably connected with the supporting rod 114 through the connecting seat 152.
As shown in fig. 4, the locking lever 154 includes a lever body and a barb plate 1542, the barb plate 1542 being coupled to the lever body. A barb groove 1544 is formed between the edge of the barb plate 1542 and the locking bar 154; the barb plate 1542 is further provided with a U-shaped groove 1546, the U-shaped groove 1546 extends perpendicular to the direction of the rod body, and the perpendicular is not required to be absolutely perpendicular, but can have an error.
The connecting seat 152 is further provided with a rotating rod 156, one end of the rotating rod 156 is hinged with the connecting seat 152, the other end of the rotating rod 156 is provided with a first pin 1562, and the first pin 1562 is connected with the connecting seat through an extension spring. The rotation lever 156 has a rotation tendency under the action of the tension spring. In the use state of the child cart, the first pin 1562 is pulled by the extension spring to be clamped into the barb groove 1544, thereby realizing locking.
The connecting seat 152 is further provided with an unlocking assembly 160, the unlocking assembly 160 comprises an unlocking plate 162 and a pedal 164, the unlocking plate 162 is hinged with the connecting seat 152, and the pedal 164 is connected with the unlocking plate 162. The unlocking plate 162 is provided with a bar-shaped hole, a second pin 1622 is arranged in the bar-shaped hole, and the second pin 1622 is connected with the unlocking plate 162 through a compression spring. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a compression spring is disposed in the bar-shaped hole, one end of the compression spring is connected to the unlocking plate 162, the other end is connected to the second pin 1622, and the second pin 1622 is perpendicular to the layout of the unlocking plate 162.
In the use state, the second pin 1622 is abutted with the edge portion of the barb plate close to the U-shaped groove, and by stepping on the pedal 164, the second pin 1622 can slide along the edge of the barb plate into the U-shaped groove 1546 and is abutted with the bottom of the U-shaped groove 1546.
In this embodiment, the bracket 110, the first leg 1211, the second leg 1221 and the locking lever 154 form a quadrilateral structure, and all the connection modes are hinged; therefore, the four members can move relatively without locking, the reliability of the entire stroller is poor, and the locking structure 150 is required to lock in the use state. In addition, in order to further improve the reliability of the stroller, two locking structures 150 are provided, which are respectively located at two sides of the stroller, to lock the quadrilateral structures at two sides.
The working principle and specific operation method of the locking structure 150 and the unlocking component 160 are as follows:
In use, the stroller frame is deployed such that the edge of the barb plate 1542 on the lock lever 154 hits the first pin 1562 at the end of the turn lever 156, and the first pin 1562 drops into the barb groove 1544 along the edge of the barb plate 1542, thereby effecting locking. When the child push is required to be retracted, one of the two pedals is stepped on by foot, the pedal 164 and the unlocking plate 162 rotate together around the hinge shaft, the second pin 1622 moves along the edge of the barb plate 1542 and finally falls into the bottom of the U-shaped groove 1546, the compression spring applies torque to the locking lever 154 through the bottom of the U-shaped groove 1546, and the locking lever 154 has a rotating tendency; at this time, since the other locking structure 150 is locked, the locking lever 154 cannot rotate, and the other pedal 164 needs to be stepped on, so that the second pins 1622 on both sides fall into the bottoms of the corresponding U-shaped grooves 1546. At this time, both first pins 1562 slide out of the barb groove 1544 along the edge of the barb groove 1544, thereby unlocking.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the upper end and the lower end of the bracket 110 are merely for convenience of description, and reference is made to fig. 1 and fig. 2, and when the directions of the drawings are changed, the orientations of the upper end and the lower end are correspondingly changed.
Example 2:
This embodiment provides a stroller (not shown) comprising a insulating canopy, a seat cushion, a backrest, and the stroller frame of embodiment 1, the insulating canopy being connected to the insulating canopy support, the seat cushion being connected to the seat cushion support 132, and the backrest being connected to the backrest support 134. The backrest support 134 is connected to the insulating canopy support by a connecting strap, the length of which is adjustable.
The isolation awning, the seat cushion and the backrest can be arranged according to actual conditions, and the description is omitted in this embodiment.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations may be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
