Abstract

本发明提供一种汽车油箱的阀体,所述阀体焊接在汽车油箱上,所述阀体包括上罩、以及与上罩结合的阀体组件,所述上罩包括上罩内层件和上罩外层件,所述上罩内层件为POM材料的注塑件。本发明阀体的外罩由内外两层材料组成,外层HDPE材料与油箱焊接,内层POM材料防止汽油蒸汽渗透;两层材料采用相互抱死的结构以防止泡油膨胀后产生间隙,达到减少渗透的目的。

汽车油箱的阀体
技术领域
本发明属于汽车燃油系统的技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车油箱的阀体。
背景技术
《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》(以下简称“轻型车国六标准”)将于2020年实施。国六排放标准对汽车燃油系统中原材料的耐汽油渗透性能有了更严的要求。目前的国五排放标准的车型,塑料油箱上安装的坡度排气阀外罩一般使用单层的HDPE材料,由于HDPE材料本身耐汽油蒸汽渗透性能较差,所以不能满足未来的国六排放标准。
高密度聚乙烯(High Density Polyethylene,简称为“HDPE”)又称低压聚乙烯,是一种结晶度高、非极性面呈一定程度的半透明状,HDPE具有优良的耐大多数生活和工业用化学品的特性。
因此需要开发一种能够满足国六排放标准的,能够降低汽油蒸汽渗透的新型阀体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用相互抱死的结构以防止泡油膨胀后产生间隙、达到减少渗透的汽车油箱的阀体。
本发明提供一种汽车油箱的阀体,所述阀体焊接在汽车油箱上,所述阀体包括上罩、以及与上罩结合的阀体组件,所述上罩包括上罩内层件和上罩外层件,所述上罩内层件为POM材料的注塑件。
优选地,所述上罩内层件作为二次注塑模具的内置件。
优选地,所述上罩外层件注塑包络在上罩内层件。
优选地,所述上罩外层件为HDPE材料制成的。
优选地,上罩内层件设有多个凸起,上罩外层件设有与所述多个凸起配合的多个凹槽。
优选地,所述凸起和凹槽分别位于上罩内层件和上罩外层件的圆周周围,阀体组件位于多个凸起或多个凹槽之间。
优选地,上罩与阀体组件采用摩擦焊接的方式形式完整的坡度排气阀。
本发明阀体的外罩由内外两层材料组成,外层HDPE材料与油箱焊接,内层POM材料防止汽油蒸汽渗透;两层材料采用相互抱死的结构以防止泡油膨胀后产生间隙,达到减少渗透的目的。

具体实施方式
本发明汽车油箱的阀体为一种用于汽车塑料油箱上的耐汽油蒸汽渗透的阀体,如图1至图6所示,本汽车油箱为塑料油箱5,本发明汽车油箱的阀体包括上罩1、以及与上罩1结合的阀体组件2,在本实施例中,上罩1与阀体组件2采用摩擦焊接的方式形式完整的坡度排气阀。本发明阀体采用热板焊的方式焊接在塑料油箱5上。
其中,上罩1包括上罩内层件3和上罩外层件4;上罩内层件3为POM材料的注塑件;把上罩内层件3作为二次注塑模具的内置件,上罩外层件4为HDPE材料制成的,进一步把上罩外层件4注塑包络在上罩内层件3上,最终形成一个复合注塑的双层材质的上1。
上罩内层件3设有多个凸起31,上罩外层件4设有与所述多个凸起31配合的多个凹槽41,通过凸起31和凹槽41的相互配合,让上罩内层件3和上罩外层件4相互抱死。
在本实施例中,多个凸起31和凹槽41位于上罩内层件3和上罩外层件4的圆周周围,阀体组件2位于多个凸起31或凹槽41之间。
POM材料为聚甲醛(英文:polyformaldehyde)热塑性结晶聚合物,其被誉为“超钢”或者“赛钢”,又称聚氧亚甲基。英文缩写为POM。通常甲醛聚合所得之聚合物,聚合度不高,且易受热解聚。可用作有机化工、合成树脂的原料,也用作药物熏蒸剂。
本发明上罩1使用复合注塑(或者叫二次注塑)的方式形成低渗透组件,上罩1的两层材料之间的互相抱死的结构,能防止泡油后材料膨胀引起的分离。
本发明汽车油箱的阀体结构原理:
本发明阀体是使用热板焊的方式焊接在塑料油箱5上的,由于HDPE是热板焊必须使用的材料,但是HDPE材料耐汽油蒸汽渗透较差,汽油蒸汽分子(碳氢化合物)能渗透HDPE材料的壁厚排放到外界造成污染。所以本发明内置一层POM材料(上罩内层件3),POM材料耐汽油渗透性能很好,可以非常有效的防止汽油蒸汽分子渗透出去。由于HDPE材质泡油耐久后容易膨胀,膨胀后两层材料之间会发生分离现象导致排放增加,所以本发明的两层材料之间采用互相抱死的结构(见B处放大图),有效防止了HDPE层的膨胀,使得两层材料紧密包络在一起。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种等同变换,这些等同变换均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种汽车油箱的阀体,所述阀体焊接在汽车油箱上,所述阀体包括上罩、以及与上罩结合的阀体组件,其特征在于:所述上罩包括上罩内层件和上罩外层件,所述上罩内层件为POM材料的注塑件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油箱的阀体,其特征在于:所述上罩内层件作为二次注塑模具的内置件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油箱的阀体,其特征在于:所述上罩外层件注塑包络在上罩内层件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油箱的阀体,其特征在于:所述上罩外层件为HDPE材料制成的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油箱的阀体,其特征在于:上罩内层件设有多个凸起,上罩外层件设有与所述多个凸起配合的多个凹槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车油箱的阀体,其特征在于:所述凸起和凹槽分别位于上罩内层件和上罩外层件的圆周周围,阀体组件位于多个凸起或多个凹槽之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油箱的阀体,其特征在于:上罩与阀体组件采用摩擦焊接的方式形式完整的坡度排气阀。
