技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及类肤触感面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对纺织品的需求已经不再仅仅局限于舒适、保暖、御寒，而是趋向于对产品外观的美化及织物的功能等方面的需求。服装面料有直接接触皮肤类和非接触皮肤类，直接接触皮肤类的面料，安全程度较高，夏季的服装和内衣多采用直接接触皮肤类的标准制造，但是由于直接接触皮肤类的面料，普通材质对皮肤会有一定程度的刺激，尤其化纤材料更是过敏源，长久穿着，皮肤触感差，不亲和皮肤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种触感良好，类似于皮肤接触的面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种转印类肤触感面料，包括触肤层，所述触肤层外依次设有支撑层、导汗层和外层，所述触肤层与支撑层采用聚氨酯胶固定，所述导汗层与支撑层和外层采用缝合固定；所述触肤层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用聚酯纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用大豆蛋白纤维织成；所述支撑层采用棉纤维织成；所述导汗层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用苎麻纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成；所述外层采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种织物转移膜，包括双向拉伸聚酯BOPET薄膜，在所述BOPET薄膜表面上依次设置离型层、着色层、镀铝层和底胶层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
触肤层与皮肤直接接触，
触感良好，面料整体透气效果好，排汗效果佳，对于长期贴身穿着，类似于皮肤触感，不产生过敏及排斥。
本发明主要用于服装、鞋帽和头巾等的转印。
