本发明提供了一种气动剪刀,包括气缸、机座和剪刀,剪刀由固定刀片和活动刀片组成,其中气缸的本体固定于所述机座上,气缸轴与固定刀片后端固定连接,固定刀片和活动刀片通过枢轴点连接,气动剪刀还包括有一驱动装置;气缸工作时,带动剪刀沿气缸轴运动方向作往复运动,同时所述驱动装置驱动剪刀的固定刀片和活动刀片在打开、闭合两种状态下切换,当剪刀的固定刀片和活动刀片处于闭合状态时,所述固定刀片前端和活动刀片前端啮合。本发明提供的气动剪刀能够自动修剪,省力省时,而且工件合格率高,具有非常好的推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气动剪刀,属于机械设备领域。
背景技术
]随着时代的进步,科技的不断创新,人们也越来越注重效率的提高。
现有技术中人们用剪刀手动减去毛边或者剪断胶带等,这种方法不仅费时,而且需要消耗劳动力,由于是人工操作,长时间的操作会造成操作工视觉疲劳,同时对工件的修剪必然会有所影响,以至于使整个工作完成效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的技术问题,提供一种气动剪刀。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种气动剪刀,包括气缸、机座和剪刀,所述剪刀由固定刀片和活动刀片组成,其中气缸的本体固定于所述机座上,气缸轴与固定刀片后端固定连接,固定刀片和活动刀片通过枢轴点连接,气动剪刀还包括有一驱动装置,气缸工作时,带动剪刀沿气缸轴运动方向作往复运动,同时驱动装置驱动剪刀作打开闭合动作,当剪刀闭合时固定刀片前端和活动刀片前端啮合。
进一步地,以上所述的气动剪刀,其中所述驱动装置包括导向槽,所述导向槽设置在所述机座上,所述导向槽由第一部分和第二部分两部分组成,第一部分和第二部分为两个直线段且两部分连接处为圆弧导角,第一部分向内靠近剪刀,活动刀片的第二部分与固定刀片平行设置,活动刀片后端为一个拨杆,拨杆上设置有销,销在导向槽中滑动。
进一步地,以上所述的气动剪刀,其中所述的气动剪刀可用于自动贴胶带机。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:气动剪刀能够自动修剪,省力省时,而且工件合格率高,具有非常好的推广价值。

其中驱动装置包括导向槽3,导向槽3设置在机座4上,导向槽3由第一部分31和第二部分32两部分组成,第一部分31和第二部分32为两个直线段且两部分连接处为圆弧导角,第一部分31向内靠近剪刀,第二部分32与固定刀片21平行设置,活动刀片后端222为一个拨杆,拨杆上设置有销23。
气缸工作时,气缸轴11向上移动,固定刀片21随气缸轴11向上移动,由于活动刀片22与固定刀片21连接,即气缸轴11能带动剪刀向上运动,销23在导向槽3中向上运动,由于导向槽3第一部分31与第二部分32的特殊设计,当销23运动到弧形位置时,即能驱动剪刀作打开动作。
当气缸轴11向下移动时,剪刀随着气缸轴11向下运动,销23同时向下滑动,当到达导向槽3底部,剪刀成闭合状,固定刀片前端211和活动刀片前端221啮合。
当然,导向槽3也可以设置在活动刀片后端222的拨杆上,同时销23设置在机座4上,同样能够达到一样的技术效果。
本发明的气动剪刀可用于自动贴胶带机。
本发明的优点体现在气动剪刀能够自动修剪,省力省时,而且工件合格率高,具有非常好的推广价值。
本发明尚有多种具体的实施方式,凡采用等同替换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种气动剪刀,包括气缸(1)、机座(4)和剪刀,所述剪刀由固定刀片(21)和活动刀片(22)组成,其特征在于:气缸(1)的本体固定于所述机座(4)上,气缸轴(11)与固定刀片后端(212)固定连接,固定刀片(21)和活动刀片(22)通过枢轴点(24)连接,气动剪刀还包括有一驱动装置;气缸工作时,带动剪刀沿气缸轴(11)运动方向作往复运动,同时所述驱动装置驱动剪刀的固定刀片(21)和活动刀片(22)在打开、闭合两种状态下切换,当剪刀的固定刀片(21)和活动刀片(22)处于闭合状态时,所述固定刀片前端(211)和活动刀片前端(221)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动剪刀,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括导向槽(3),所述导向槽(3)设置在所述机座(4)上,所述导向槽(3)由第一部分(31)和第二部分(32)两部分组成,第一部分(31)和第二部分(32)为两个直线段且两部分连接处为圆弧导角,第一部分(31)向内靠近剪刀,第二部分(32)与固定刀片(21)平行设置,活动刀片后端(222)为一个拨杆,拨杆上设置有销(23),销(23)在导向槽(3)中滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动剪刀,其特征在于:所述的气动剪刀可用于自动贴胶机。
