Abstract

本发明涉及一种拧螺钉用的起子头及具有该起子头的电动起子。该电动起子包括杆体、起子本体及起子头。该杆体的一端连接该起子本体。该杆体的另一端连接该起子头。该起子头的顶端设置至少一卡掣片及至少一弹性块。该卡掣片包括两个相对的侧面。每一弹性块与一卡掣片对应。每一弹性块贴合或镶嵌在与该弹性块相对应的卡掣片的两个相对的侧面上。本发明中通过卡掣片的弹性块与螺钉的槽口之间的摩擦力,使得电动起子能够轻易吸附该螺钉并将该螺钉进行拧固,从而解决在无磁环境中或在螺钉的槽口的有限空间的条件下难以对螺钉进行吸附并拧固的问题。

一种起子头及具有该起子头的电动起子
技术领域
本发明涉及拧固及吸附装置,尤其涉及一种拧螺钉用的起子头及具有该起子头的电动起子。
背景技术
现有技术中,起子头吸附螺钉的方式有两种。一种是磁力吸附方式,即利用起子头的磁力吸附螺钉。但是,该种吸附螺钉的方式不适用于无磁环境的操作环境中。另外一种是真空吸附方式,即利用起子头的真空吸头吸引螺钉。但是,该种方式中螺钉的槽口必须设置有足够大的吸附空间,供吸头深入。因而以上两种吸附螺钉的方式都具有一定的局限性,不能在一些限定的条件下使用。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种起子头及具有该起子头的起子以满足在多种条件下拧固并吸附螺钉。
一种起子头,该起子头的顶端设置至少一卡掣片,该卡掣片包括两个相对的侧面,该起子头还包括至少一弹性块,每一弹性块与一卡掣片对应,每一弹性块贴合或镶嵌在与该弹性块相对应的卡掣片的两个相对的侧面上。
一种电动起子,包括杆体、起子本体及起子头,该杆体的一端连接该起子本体,该杆体的另一端连接该起子头,该起子头的顶端设置至少一卡掣片,该卡掣片包括两个相对的侧面,该起子头还包括至少一弹性块,每一弹性块与一卡掣片对应,每一弹性块贴合或镶嵌在与该弹性块相对应的卡掣片的两个相对的侧面上。
本发明中的电动起子的卡掣片上贴有弹性块,当电动起子的卡掣片伸入到螺钉的十字槽中时,通过卡掣片的弹性块与螺钉的槽口之间的摩擦力,该电动起子能够轻易吸附该螺钉并将该螺钉进行拧固,从而解决了在无磁环境中及在螺钉的槽口的有限空间的条件下难以对螺钉进行吸附并拧固的问题。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,所示为本发明一实施方式中电动起子1的整体示意图。该电动起子1包括杆体11、起子本体12及起子头13。该杆体11的一端连接该起子本体12,该杆体11的另一端连接该起子头13。本实施方式中,该起子头13由硬质合金制成。请一并参考图2-3,该起子头13的顶端130设置至少一卡掣片131。本实施方式中,该卡掣片131为一菱形结构。该卡掣片131包括两个相对的侧面132。本实施方式中,该起子头13包括四个相互连接的卡掣片131,该四个连接的卡掣片131形成“十字”型结构。在其他实施方式中,该起子头13包括两个相互连接的卡掣片131,该两个相互连接的卡掣片131形成“一字”型结构。
该起子头13还包括至少一弹性块133。该每一弹性块133与一卡掣片131对应,且每一弹性块133贴合或镶嵌在与该弹性块133相对应的卡掣片131的两个相对的侧面132上。本实施方式中,该弹性块133为楔形结构。在一实施方式中,该弹性块133为弹性软材料制成的贴片。在另一实施方式中,该弹性块133为弹性金属片。
该起子本体12的表面设置有开关121。该开关121用于响应用户的按压操作控制该杆体11及连接在该杆体11上的起子头13转动或中断起子头13的转动。
请参考图2,该螺钉2包括头部21及螺纹杆22。该头部21上设置有十字槽23。当电动起子1的卡掣片131伸入到螺钉2的十字槽23中时,该贴合在卡掣片131的两个相对侧面132上的弹性块133抵压在该十字槽23的两个槽边231上且该弹性块133与该十字槽23的两个槽边231过盈接触,从而增大卡掣片131与螺钉2之间的摩擦力。因而,当电动起子1的卡掣片131伸入到螺钉2的十字槽23中时,通过卡掣片131的弹性块133与螺钉2的十字槽23之间的摩擦力,该电动起子1能够轻易吸附该螺钉2并将该螺钉2进行拧固。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照以上较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换都不应脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种起子头,该起子头的顶端设置至少一卡掣片,该卡掣片包括两个相对的侧面,其特征在于,该起子头还包括至少一弹性块,每一弹性块与一卡掣片对应,每一弹性块贴合或镶嵌在与该弹性块相对应的卡掣片的两个相对的侧面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的起子头,其特征在于,该弹性块为弹性软材料制成的贴片。
3.如权利要求1所述的起子头,其特征在于,该起子头为硬质合金制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的起子头,其特征在于,该弹性块为弹性金属片。
5.如权利要求1-4所述的任一起子头,其特征在于,该弹性块为楔形结构。
6.一种电动起子,包括杆体、起子本体及起子头,该杆体的一端连接该起子本体,该杆体的另一端连接该起子头,该起子头的顶端设置至少一卡掣片,该卡掣片包括两个相对的侧面,其特征在于,该起子头还包括至少一弹性块,每一弹性块与一卡掣片对应,每一弹性块贴合或镶嵌在与该弹性块相对应的卡掣片的两个相对的侧面上。
7.如权利要求6所述的电动起子,其特征在于,该弹性块为弹性软材料制成的贴片。
8.如权利要求6所述的电动起子,其特征在于,该起子头为硬质合金制成。
9.如权利要求6所述的电动起子,其特征在于,该弹性块为弹性金属片。
10.如权利要求6-9所述的任一电动起子,其特征在于,该弹性块为楔形结构。
