本发明属于钎焊材料技术领域,特别涉及一种无银的环保焊条。
背景技术
在工业生产中,焊接设备和焊条是常用的工具和材料。很多厂商还是沿用以前的老的高银产品来焊接管道,比如最常见的45银,35银,25银的材料。银是贵金属,其成本随着市场一路走高,企业的成本压力骤然加大;虽然现在有些厂家已经更换了更低银的产品,可是由于银在成分里,价格在竞争日益激烈的今天,还是优势不大。另外,普通的焊条采用的大多含有有毒有污染的成分物质,在焊接生产中会挥发出来,产生有毒的蒸气,对人体有危害。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保焊条,材料简单易得,制造成本低,对环境无污染,而且焊接效果好,强度高,能很好的替代含银焊料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种环保焊条,是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:铜 35-45%,锌15-20%,硅15-10%,锡10-5%,稀土7-5%,钛8-3%,铋10-12%。
所述的环保焊条中,所述组分按照质量百分比分别为:铜 40%,锌18%,硅12%,锡7%,稀土6%,钛6%,铋11%。
所述的环保焊条中,所述稀土为轻稀土。
有益效果:
本发明材料简单易得,制造成本低,对环境无污染,而且焊接效果好,强度高,能很好的替代含银焊料。
