Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型空调滤清器,包括:框体、过滤芯、玻璃纤维层、炭布涂纳米银杀菌层、活性炭颗粒吸附层,框体的上部固定有炭布涂纳米银杀菌层,框体的下部固定有过滤芯,在炭布涂纳米银杀菌层的上面、下面分别固定有玻璃纤维层,活性炭颗粒吸附层固定连接在上下玻璃纤维层之间。本发明不仅可以过滤大小颗粒物,而且有效地除臭杀菌和过滤PM2.5,还有去异味,刹菌之功效。同时不影响原始透风量,风机阻力小,耗电低特优点,更加适应新能源汽车。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气过滤技术,特别涉及一种空调滤清器。
背景技术
汽车空调滤清器又称空调格,其作用是过滤从外界进入车厢内部的空气,供驾乘人员呼吸;原来过滤物质主要是指空气中的小颗粒物、花粉、工业废气和灰尘;随作环境的影响加重,现在空气的PM2.5微小颗粒物,更严重的空气污染已达不到过滤效果。所以为了驾乘人员的身体健康,开发一种适应现在环境下的空调滤清器更为重要。
空调滤清器一般分为两大类,普通型空调滤清器和活性碳系列空调滤清器。普通型空调滤清器是用一种多为白色环保过滤布经过折叠和组装而成。活性炭空调滤清器是由两块环保布中间夹有小颗粒活性碳经过复合成活性炭布生经过折叠组装成空调滤清器。汽车空调滤清器一般都安装在汽车副驾驶室前玻璃下仓位置。因为它的拆装和操作过程非常简单;所以车主可以自行更换也可到维修厂更换。
空调滤清器的更换周期一般是20000公里左右,但跟据车用的环境不同而更换周了不相同,所以应当跟据实际情况更换。
目前,市场上的两种空调滤清器:普通型的因布薄,过气量大,但是过精度相当低,不能有效过滤PM2.5微小颗粒物,它只有一层过滤布因此对刹菌除臭没有效果,是一种原始过滤器;活性炭过滤器,它因有活性炭所以具有吸附性,可以静化空气,它的缺点是炭粒复合后不能动,所以造成过风量很小,从而造成风机负荷重,耗电大,对以后的电动汽车影响很大;因风量小,特别是夏天降温慢,对驾驶仓的舒适度起到了很大的影响。
所以无论是普通的空调滤清器还是炭布滤清器已不能满足人们的驾乘需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服了现在空调滤清器的不足,提供一种不仅可以过滤大小颗粒物,而且有效地除臭杀菌和过滤PM2.5的新型空调滤清器。
为了达到现在的效果,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种新型空调滤清器,包括:框体、过滤芯、玻璃纤维层、炭布涂纳米银杀菌层、活性炭颗粒吸附层,框体的上部固定有炭布涂纳米银杀菌层,框体的下部固定有过滤芯,在炭布涂纳米银杀菌层的上面、下面分别固定有玻璃纤维层,活性炭颗粒吸附层固定连接在上下玻璃纤维层之间。
所述炭布涂纳米银杀菌层是普通炭布涂纳米银杀菌层。
所述活性炭颗粒吸附层为蜂窝状除臭层。
所玻璃纤维为玻璃纤维静电吸附网去PM2.5。
所述的过滤芯包括一具有V型波纹过滤层,以增大过滤面积;
所述炭布涂纳米银杀菌层和炭布涂纳米银杀菌层拆成V字形。
所述蜂窝状活性炭颗粒吸附层中的炭,采用椰子壳为原料精制而成放入蜂窝状孔中,两边用胶网封闭,这样炭颗粒可以自由在孔中活动,同时对通过的空气也起到了很好的吸附与净化作用,从而更进一部净化了空气。
本发明中把过滤芯原来的炭布层改成了玻璃纤维加普通滤布层,减少了炭布的对空气的阻碍,从而增加了透气量,新增加了玻璃纤维网,因玻璃纤维网带静电,有强的静电吸附性,所以可以有效地过滤PM2.5细小颗粒;纳米银离子涂于普通滤布层有有效的杀菌作用;活性炭颗粒装于蜂窝状的网中起到吸附与静化空气作用,而此炭粒可以自由地活动,因此不会阻碍空气的流动。
本发明玻璃纤维去PM2.5层21,普通炭布涂纳米银杀菌层22,蜂窝状活性炭颗粒吸附层23 一体组装成型组合成过滤层,其结构简单、紧凑、稳固、外型美观。
本发明去PM2.5采用玻璃纤维网21具有较强的静电吸附性,可以有效地吸附微小颗粒,同时此纤维为网状对空气流通没有任何阻力。普通炭布涂纳米银杀菌层22可有效地对所进空气起到消毒杀菌的作用。
本发明不仅可以过滤大小颗粒物,而且有效地除臭杀菌和过滤PM2.5, 还有去异味,刹菌之功效。同时不影响原始透风量,风机阻力小,耗电低特优点,更加适应新能源汽车。

下面结合具体实施和附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种新型空调滤清器,包括框体1、过滤芯2、玻璃纤维层21、炭布涂纳米银杀菌层22、活性炭颗粒吸附层23,框体1的上部固定有炭布涂纳米银杀菌层22,框体1的下部固定有过滤芯2,在炭布涂纳米银杀菌层22的上面、下面都分别固定有玻璃纤维层21,活性炭颗粒吸附层23固定连接在上下玻璃纤维层21之间。
所述炭布涂纳米银杀菌层22是普通炭布涂纳米银杀菌层。
所述活性炭颗粒吸附层23为蜂窝状除臭层。
所玻璃纤维21为玻璃纤维静电吸附网去PM2.5。

1.一种新型空调滤清器,包括:框体、过滤芯、玻璃纤维层、炭布涂纳米银杀菌层、活性炭颗粒吸附层,其特征在于:框体的上部固定有炭布涂纳米银杀菌层,框体的下部固定有过滤芯,在炭布涂纳米银杀菌层的上面、下面分别固定有玻璃纤维层,活性炭颗粒吸附层固定连接在上下玻璃纤维层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空调滤清器,其特征在于:所玻璃纤维为玻璃纤维静电吸附网。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型空调滤清器,其特征在于:所述的过滤芯包括具有V型波纹过滤层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型空调滤清器,其特征在于:所述炭布涂纳米银杀菌层和炭布涂纳米银杀菌层拆成V字形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型空调滤清器,其特征在于:所述活性炭颗粒吸附层为蜂窝状除臭层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型空调滤清器,其特征在于:所述活性炭颗粒吸附层中的炭,采用椰子壳为原料精制而成,放入蜂窝状孔中,两边用胶网封闭。
