本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗慢性唇炎的中药。
背景技术
慢性唇炎又称为慢性非特异性唇炎，是唇部的一种慢性、非特异性、炎症性病变，主要表现为唇部肿胀、充血、唇红脱屑、皲裂，表面渗出有结痂等。唇部干燥脱屑、发痒灼痛。部分患者唇周皮肤亦可受累。由于反复发作，致使唇部长期肿胀。局部淋巴组织慢性增生。因唇部干胀发痒，患者常不自主伸舌舔唇，引起皲裂肿胀明显，使病情进一步加重。病情时轻时重，寒冷干燥季节易发，为临床常见病。中医称唇风。病因不清，可能：1、长期的外部刺激如气候寒冷干燥、高温作业、化妆品等。2、慢性物理化学刺激，如吸烟、饮洒、舔唇、咬唇习惯，吹奏乐器，反复的日光曝晒等。3、外伤处理不当或感染反复发作。病程迁延，反复发作。
慢性唇炎属中医学唇风范畴。医宗金鉴：“唇风多在下唇生，阳明胃经风火攻，初起发痒色红肿，久裂流水火燎疼”。中医认为导致本病的病因病机主要是风热之邪侵袭人体，与脾胃湿热相搏，内不能疏泄，外不能透达，郁于口唇而致本病发生。风邪外袭，郁久化燥，风燥相搏，阻于口唇，早期见唇干燥脱屑、皲裂。日久风盛血燥，耗伤津血，无以营养肌肤；营卫失和，闭塞肌腠，血虚血燥，口唇干甚，出现深裂、渗血，血燥不能荣唇而糜烂破溃。
发明内容
针对上述，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性唇炎的中药，其配方合理，具有滋阴养胃、健脾和胃、除湿清热的功效，可有效治疗慢性唇炎。
本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种治疗慢性唇炎的中药，由以下重量份原料制备而成：防风8-10份、芥穗8-10份、薄荷5-8份、连翘10-12份、焦栀子10-12份、黄芩5-10份、生扁豆5-10份、莲子心5-8份、白术5-8份、丝瓜络7-9份、蝉蜕7-9份、生薏仁7-9份、姜半夏5-7份、通草5-7份。
优选地，所述的治疗慢性唇炎的中药，由以下重量份原料制备而成：防风9份、芥穗9份、薄荷6.5份、连翘11份、焦栀子11份、黄芩7.5份、生扁豆7.5份、莲子心6.5份、白术6.5份、丝瓜络8份、蝉蜕8份、生薏仁8份、姜半夏6份、通草6份。

一种治疗慢性唇炎的中药的制备方法为：将防风8份、芥穗8份、薄荷5份、连翘10份、焦栀子10份、黄芩5份、生扁豆5份、莲子心5份、白术5份、丝瓜络7份、蝉蜕7份、生薏仁7份、姜半夏5份、通草5份等中药干药原料净选、清洗、灭菌，加水至药物总量的8倍，浸泡30分钟，然后倒入高压锅中焖煮，煮沸后继续焖煮6分钟停火，过滤，即得中药。
实施例2
一种治疗慢性唇炎的中药的制备方法为：将防风9份、芥穗9份、薄荷6.5份、连翘11份、焦栀子11份、黄芩7.5份、生扁豆7.5份、莲子心6.5份、白术6.5份、丝瓜络8份、蝉蜕8份、生薏仁8份、姜半夏6份、通草6份等中药干药原料净选、清洗、灭菌，加水至药物总量的9倍，浸泡35分钟，然后倒入高压锅中焖煮，煮沸后继续焖煮7分钟停火，过滤，即得中药。
实施例3
一种治疗慢性唇炎的中药的制备方法为：将防风10份、芥穗10份、薄荷8份、连翘12份、焦栀子12份、黄芩10份、生扁豆10份、莲子心8份、白术8份、丝瓜络9份、蝉蜕9份、生薏仁9份、姜半夏7份、通草7份等中药干药原料净选、清洗、灭菌，加水至药物总量的10倍，浸泡40分钟，然后倒入高压锅中焖煮，煮沸后继续焖煮8分钟停火，过滤，即得中药。
本发明自2017年初到目前为止，共治愈22例慢性唇炎患者，目前未见复发的患者。
典型病例：
覃某,男,36岁,患者自诉口唇糜烂结痴一月余，患者唇部肿胀色红、灼热痒痛，心悸烦躁，倦怠无力，舌红苔少，脉细无力。曾用西药多种药物治疗无效，给予服用本发明中药，服用七天后唇部疼痛现象基本消失，病损部位有明显愈合趋势，后巩固服用了七天，病症消除，唇部外观恢复正常。
