本发明公开了一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子7‑9份、山苍子2‑3份、绵马贯众3‑5份、苍耳草6‑8份、生地黄2‑3份、侧伯叶5‑7份、肉桂3‑5份、绞股蓝6‑9份、紫茎泽兰5‑8份、茜草5‑8份、增效剂1‑3份。本发明杀菌剂配伍科学合理,具有杀菌广普、见效快、持效时间长,不会产生抗药性等优点,且可在自然界降解,来源于自然,不会污染环境及农产品,在环境和人体中不会形成积累毒性,对人和牲畜相对安全。

一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂。
背景技术
稻瘟病是水稻重要病害之一,可引起大幅度减产,严重时减产40~50%,甚至颗粒无收。世界各稻区均有发生,其中以叶部、节部发生为多,发生后可造成不同程度减产,尤其穗颈瘟或节瘟发生早而重,可造成白穗以致绝产。近年来,广东稻瘟病年发生面积不少于50万亩,而且出现逐年增加趋势,局部大爆发并不少见,目前,稻瘟病可能发生在省域内的任何年头、任何季节。主要危害叶片、茎秆、穗部。因危害时期、部位不同分为苗瘟、叶瘟、节瘟、穗颈瘟、谷粒瘟。苗瘟发生于三叶前,由种子带菌所致,病苗基部灰黑,上部变褐,卷缩而死,湿度较大时病部产生大量灰黑色霉层,即病原菌分生孢子梗和分生孢子。叶瘟在整个生育期都能发生,分孽至拔节期危害较重。节瘟常在抽穗后发生,初在稻节上产生褐色小点,后渐绕节扩展使病部变黑,易折断,发生早的形成枯白穗,仅在一侧发生的造成茎秆弯曲。穗颈瘟初形成褐色小点,放展后使穗颈部变褐,也造成枯白穗;发病晚的造成秕谷,枝梗或穗轴受害造成小穗不实。谷粒瘟产生褐色椭圆形或不规则斑,可使稻谷变黑;有的颖壳无症状,护颖受害变褐,使种子带菌。常用的药剂春雷霉素,甲基硫菌灵、三环唑已多年使用,已产生抗性,防治水稻稻瘟病不理想。

针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子7-9份、山苍子2-3份、绵马贯众3-5份、苍耳草6-8份、生地黄2-3份、侧伯叶5-7份、肉桂3-5份、绞股蓝6-9份、紫茎泽兰5-8份、茜草5-8份、增效剂1-3份。
优选地,所述的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子8份、山苍子2.5份、绵马贯众4份、苍耳草7份、生地黄2.5份、侧伯叶6份、肉桂4份、绞股蓝7.5份、紫茎泽兰6.5份、茜草6.5份、增效剂2份。
进一步地,所述的增效剂为脱乙酰壳多糖或壳寡糖。
进一步地,所述的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法是:将上述除增效剂以外的原料晾干粉碎,在乙醇中浸泡3-6小时,进行循环提取3-4次,每次提取50-60分钟,合并提取液,将提取液置于旋转蒸发仪中真空浓缩,浓缩液中加入增效剂,搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。
本发明的优点是:本发明杀菌剂配伍科学合理,具有杀菌广普、见效快、持效时间长,不会产生抗药性等优点,且可在自然界降解,来源于自然,不会污染环境及农产品,在环境和人体中不会形成积累毒性,对人和牲畜相对安全。

一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子7份、山苍子2份、绵马贯众3份、苍耳草6份、生地黄2份、侧伯叶5份、肉桂3份、绞股蓝6份、紫茎泽兰5份、茜草5份、增效剂1份。
所述的增效剂为脱乙酰壳多糖。
所述的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法是:将上述除增效剂以外的原料晾干粉碎,在乙醇中浸泡3小时,进行循环提取3次,每次提取50分钟,合并提取液,将提取液置于旋转蒸发仪中真空浓缩,浓缩液中加入增效剂,搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。
实施例2
一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子8份、山苍子2.5份、绵马贯众4份、苍耳草7份、生地黄2.5份、侧伯叶6份、肉桂4份、绞股蓝7.5份、紫茎泽兰6.5份、茜草6.5份、增效剂2份。
所述的增效剂为脱乙酰壳多糖。
所述的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法是:将上述除增效剂以外的原料晾干粉碎,在乙醇中浸泡4.5小时,进行循环提取4次,每次提取55分钟,合并提取液,将提取液置于旋转蒸发仪中真空浓缩,浓缩液中加入增效剂,搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。
实施例3
一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子9份、山苍子3份、绵马贯众5份、苍耳草8份、生地黄3份、侧伯叶7份、肉桂5份、绞股蓝9份、紫茎泽兰8份、茜草8份、增效剂3份。
所述的增效剂为壳寡糖。
所述的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法是:将上述除增效剂以外的原料晾干粉碎,在乙醇中浸泡6小时,进行循环提取4次,每次提取60分钟,合并提取液,将提取液置于旋转蒸发仪中真空浓缩,浓缩液中加入增效剂,搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。

1.一种防治水稻稻瘟病的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子7-9份、山苍子2-3份、绵马贯众3-5份、苍耳草6-8份、生地黄2-3份、侧伯叶5-7份、肉桂3-5份、绞股蓝6-9份、紫茎泽兰5-8份、茜草5-8份、增效剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:木姜子8份、山苍子2.5份、绵马贯众4份、苍耳草7份、生地黄2.5份、侧伯叶6份、肉桂4份、绞股蓝7.5份、紫茎泽兰6.5份、茜草6.5份、增效剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于所述的增效剂为脱乙酰壳多糖或壳寡糖。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于所述的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法是:将上述除增效剂以外的原料晾干粉碎,在乙醇中浸泡3-6小时,进行循环提取3-4次,每次提取50-60分钟,合并提取液,将提取液置于旋转蒸发仪中真空浓缩,浓缩液中加入增效剂,搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。
