Abstract

Description

液体运送贮存容器
本发明涉及一种液体运送贮存容器，包括托盘形下框、具有四个侧壁的塑料内置容器、上下底、在上底成形的可封闭注入口和在侧壁下部分成形的具有排放附件的排出口、由垂直和水平网格条或薄板壳组成的外壳、和固定到外壳上的拆卸式金属或塑料保护盖，该保护盖上具有通向由螺盖封闭的内置容器注入口的中心通孔(DE3819911C2)。
在将热液体和不断冷却的液体充满公知的输送贮存容器中时，由于在内置容器中产生的负压作用使塑料内置容器的上底部下沉。其不利在于：人们不能用商业上通用的螺丝板手打开在内置容器上底部成形的注入口的封闭盖。另外若将搅拌器装到注入口上时，也会产生内置容器上底部下沉的危险。
本发明的目的在于提高塑料内置容器上底部的稳定性，避免在内外力的作用下具有注入口的上底部下沉。
上述目的的技术解决方案在于这种液体运送贮存容器，包括托盘形下框、具有四个侧壁的塑料内置容器、上下底、在上底成形的可封闭注入口和在侧壁下部上成形的具有排放附件的排出口、由垂直水平网格条或薄板壳组成的外壳、和固定到外壳上的拆卸式金属或塑料保护盖，该保护盖具有通向由螺盖封闭的内置容器注入口的中心通孔，其中，在内置容器的上底上形成了固定耳柄，在保护盖上设置了在将保护盖固定到运送容器的外壳上时贯通固定耳柄的槽，以及设有穿过向上超过保护盖的内置容器的固定耳柄的固定件。
通过将塑料内置容器的上底部固定到输送贮存容器的保护盖上更消除了在内外力作用下的具有注入口的上底部的下沉。将内置容器的上底部挂到输送贮存容器的保护盖上可以减小上底部的壁厚，从而减小容器的运送重量并节省了材料费用。

作为单用和多用途容器使用的液体运送贮存容器1(如图1)具有作为主构件的具有侧壁2a-2d的可更换长方体形聚乙烯内置容器2、作为安放底的下底3和具有通过螺盖6封闭的注入口5的上底4以及在端侧2a下部上形成的具有排放龙头的排出口7、由垂直水平交叉金属网格条9、10构成的外壳8、固定到外壳8上的用于内置容器2的拆卸式金属保护盖11，在该盖上设有通向内置容器2的注入口5的中心通孔12、具有由薄板制成的形状吻合承接塑料内置容器2的底盘14的托盘形下框13。
由角支腿和中间支腿15、16和底架17或滑板确定了一定的底盘14离地间距，以便为了搬运运送贮存容器1而从底盘14的四侧插入搬运设备如铲车的抓臂。支腿15、16和底架17或滑板由金属或导电塑料如含有导电碳黑成份的聚乙烯制成。运送贮存容器1的托盘形下框13的长宽尺寸符合欧洲标准。
在运送贮存容器1的塑料内置容器2和外壳8之间设置了具有四侧壁18a-18d的金属支承部件18。
在将液体装入运送贮存容器1和从容器1排放液体时由塑料内置容器2表面与液体的摩擦形成的电荷通过支承部件18、外壳8、底盘14、角支腿和中间支腿15、16以及底架17传到地下。
内置容器2的上底4包括一个具有注入口5和两个向外突起的部分20、21的中间部19，突起部在将容器2注入液体到容器2的95％时形成空腔22、23。由于外界温度的升高，在上述空腔中积有由液体蒸发的气体。
在中间部19和内置容器2的上底的两个向外突起部分20、21之间的凸缘24、25上设置两个固定耳柄26、27。
在运送容器1的保护盖11的通孔12的下降件28区域内设置了在将保护盖11固定到外壳8的垂直网格条9上端上时贯通固定耳柄26、27的相应槽29、30。
为了将内置容器2的上底4固定到运送容器1的保护盖11上，塑料或金属开口销穿过向上超过盖的内置容器2的固定耳柄26、27。

Claims (5)

1.液体运送贮存容器，包括托盘形下框、具有四个侧壁的塑料内置容器、上下底、在上底成形的可封闭注入口和在侧壁下部上成形的具有排放附件的排出口、由垂直水平网格条或薄板壳组成的外壳、和固定到外壳上的拆卸式金属或塑料保护盖，该保护盖具有通向由螺盖封闭的内置容器注入口的中心通孔，其特征在于，在内置容器(2)的上底(4)上形成了固定耳柄(26、27)，在保护盖(11)上设置了在将保护盖(11)固定到运送容器(1)的外壳(8)上时贯通固定耳柄(26、27)的槽(29、30)，以及设有穿过向上超过保护盖(11)的内置容器(2)的固定耳柄(26、27)的固定件。
