本发明公开了一种光伏组件粘结密封装置,主要由铝边框、钢化玻璃、热塑性弹性体、接线盒、硅橡胶、焊带、EVA材质和电池片组成,所述的钢化玻璃两端设有铝边框,铝边框内侧设有硅橡胶,两个铝边框内下侧通过热塑性弹性体相连接,热塑性弹性体下侧中心位置设有接线盒,钢化玻璃下方热塑性弹性体上方设有电池片,电池片与接线盒之间通过焊带相连接,电池片周围铝边框内填充EVA材质。本发明无腐蚀,不会对粘接面产生损害;优越的密封性能,在各种苛刻条件下保持优良的抗击穿性能;使用简单,从包装物中挤出直接使用,室温下快速固化成耐用的弹性橡胶。

本发明属于粘结密封技术领域,具体涉及一种光伏组件粘结密封装置。
背景技术
硅酮密封胶以其优异的耐老化特点广泛应用到许多领域,不仅应用于建筑行业,也应用于光伏组件的粘结和密封。不过由于光伏建筑一体化是对光伏系统和建筑系统的整合,这种整合对密封材料提出了更高的要求,现有的建筑用密封胶和光伏组件用密封胶均无法完全满足光伏建筑体系对密封胶的要求,市场迫切需要专门针对光伏建筑系统的不同密封需求开发多种光伏建筑专用硅酮密封胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种光伏组件粘结密封装置,已解决上述方案中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种光伏组件粘结密封装置,主要由铝边框、钢化玻璃、热塑性弹性体、接线盒、硅橡胶、焊带、EVA材质和电池片组成,所述的钢化玻璃两端设有铝边框,铝边框内侧设有硅橡胶,两个铝边框内下侧通过热塑性弹性体相连接,热塑性弹性体下侧中心位置设有接线盒,、钢化玻璃下方热塑性弹性体上方设有电池片,电池片与接线盒之间通过焊带相连接,电池片周围铝边框内填充EVA材质。
所述的电池片设有四个。
所述的四个电池片之间通过焊带相连接。
本发明无腐蚀,不会对粘接面产生损害; 优越的密封性能, 在各种苛刻条件下保持优良的抗击穿性能; 优异的耐侯性,户外使用可抵抗紫外光、臭氧、水分、酸、碱的不良影响,耐老化性能好; 使用简单,从包装物中挤出直接使用,室温下快速固化成耐用的弹性橡胶。

如图1所示,一种光伏组件粘结密封装置,主要由铝边框1、钢化玻璃2、热塑性弹性体3、接线盒4、硅橡胶5、焊带6、EVA材质7和电池片8组成,所述的钢化玻璃2两端设有铝边框2,铝边框2内侧设有硅橡胶5,两个铝边框1内下侧通过热塑性弹性体3相连接,热塑性弹性体3下侧中心位置设有接线盒,4、钢化玻璃2下方热塑性弹性体3上方设有电池片8,电池片8与接线盒4之间通过焊带6相连接,电池片8周围铝边框1内填充EVA材质7;所述的电池片8设有四个;所述的四个电池片8之间通过焊带相连接。

1.一种光伏组件粘结密封装置,主要由铝边框、钢化玻璃、热塑性弹性体、接线盒、硅橡胶、焊带、EVA材质和电池片组成,其特征在于:所述的钢化玻璃两端设有铝边框,铝边框内侧设有硅橡胶,两个铝边框内下侧通过热塑性弹性体相连接,热塑性弹性体下侧中心位置设有接线盒,、钢化玻璃下方热塑性弹性体上方设有电池片,电池片与接线盒之间通过焊带相连接,电池片周围铝边框内填充EVA材质。
