The conveying device is a conveying belt, the goods are conveyed to the lower part of the magnetic detector through the conveying belt, the magnetic detector detects the goods passing through the conveying belt one by one, if the goods are found to be not provided with the magnetic ink marks, the detection is automatically stopped, the magnetic detector gives out an error signal, the signal is transmitted to the information processing system of the charging verification system to be processed, meanwhile, an error prompt is displayed on the prompt and alarm display screen, and an acousto-optic alarm is given out to prompt the customer to operate again and inform a market supervisor of processing.
The isolation device is arranged on the conveyor belt, every two commodities are isolated through the isolation device, and when a customer puts the commodities into the conveyor belt, the commodities must be isolated according to the requirement of the magnetic detector so as to prevent the commodities from being indistinguishable by the magnetic detector; after the magnetic detector identifies the magnetic ink mark of each commodity, the identification quantity is compared with the quantity of the commodities scanned by the bar code scanner of the commodity scanning payment system, and when the identification quantity is consistent with the quantity of the commodities scanned by the bar code scanner of the commodity scanning payment system, a settlement link can be entered, otherwise, an error alarm is given.
The whole self-service payment operation flow is as follows:
a self-service commodity payment system is arranged at an exit of a supermarket, wherein a cash register platform 1, a cash register 3, a bar code scanner 5, a POS machine 7 and the like are all placed towards a cash register channel so as to allow customers to pay by scanning codes in a self-service manner; a charge verification system is provided at the cash register 3. When a customer determines that the commodity is needed to be purchased, the commodity is placed on the unsettled commodity area 2 of the cash register platform 1, the customer takes out the purchased commodity in front of the cash register 3 by himself and scans the code of the commodity, after code scanning identification, the barcode scanner 5 or the cash register 3 can make a sound of 'dropping', the code scanning is indicated to be correct, the cash register records the commodity price, the commodity quantity and other information, and meanwhile, first scanning information formed by first scanning is transmitted to an information processing system of a charging verification system to serve as first scanning information. A magnetic ink mark attaching device installed on the bar code scanner 5 simultaneously attaches a magnetic ink mark to the code-scanned commodity; then the customer puts the goods which have been scanned and coded on the conveyor belt 9, and sends the goods to the goods area 15 which has been scanned, when the conveyor belt passes through the magnetic detector 10 of the charging verification system, the magnetic detector 10 scans the magnetic ink marks of the goods on the conveyor belt, and transmits the scanning information of the magnetic ink marks to the information processing system 12 of the charging verification system to be recorded as the quantity of the purchased goods as the second scanning information; the magnetic detector 10 will also transmit the second scan information to the information processing system 12 of the charge verification system and compare it with the first scan information until all articles have been scanned. If the payment is verified to be correct by the non-error alarm of the charging verification system until the scanning of all commodities is finished, and at the moment, the customer clicks an end frame on a keyboard of the cash register 3, a price two-dimensional code is generated on a screen of the POS machine 7, and the customer scans the two-dimensional code by a mobile phone to carry out electronic payment (which can be WeChat or Paibao and the like). POS machine 7 receives the settlement information, conveys cash registering machine 3 to give printing information, and the printer prints the shopping receipt, and this information also conveys in information processing system 12 simultaneously, shows on suggestion and warning display screen 11: the shopping is finished, thanks to light! And outputs a signal to information handling system 12. information handling system 12 opens automatic door sill 14 through which the customer can complete the purchase.
If the magnetic detector 10 finds that the article is marked by non-magnetic ink in the middle of secondary scanning of the article, or the quantity of the article is not equal to that of the article for the first time, the magnetic detector 10 sends out error information and transmits the error information to the information processing system 12, and the information processing system 12 processes the error information and displays the error information on the prompt and alarm display screen 11: and (5) processing the shopping error. And gives sound and light alarm to prompt the customer to operate again and inform the shop supervisor to process.
The automatic threshold is closed before settlement is not completed and an alarm is given if someone passes through the area.
If there is a problem with the equipment or operation during the payment process by scanning, the customer can press the help-seeking button 6 to give an audible and visual signal through the information processing system 12 to inform the staff of the store to assist the processing. In the process, a monitoring camera 8 arranged on a cash register platform always takes a picture of the shopping settlement process and transmits the picture to a multi-path monitor 13 for display and storage for a market supervisor to monitor and process.

It can be seen from the above embodiments that the present invention also relates to a comparison type anti-missing detection method for self-service clearing in shopping mall, which is characterized in that the customer scans the identification code of the purchased commodity and pays according to the final scanning result: a charging verification system is arranged beside the commodity scanning payment system, and when a customer scans purchased commodities by himself, a magnetic ink mark is attached to the scanned commodities; after the customer scans the purchased commodities, the customer checks and confirms all the commodities through a charging verification system, the magnetic detector identifies all the commodities sent by the customer through magnetic ink marks, the magnetic ink marks are arranged on all the commodities after the magnetic ink marks are checked and confirmed, the customer pays the cost of the purchased commodities through electronic payment or card swiping after the magnetic ink marks are checked and confirmed, after the cost is paid, the charging verification system sends out all the commodities, the customer takes away the purchased commodities by himself, and the transaction is completed.
The magnetic ink mark is attached to the scanned commodity by the magnetic ink mark attaching device on the commodity scanning payment system when a customer scans the identification code of the purchased commodity by self, so that the magnetic ink mark is attached to the scanned commodity, and the magnetic detector is used for preventing missing detection when the commodity passes through the charging verification system.
The commodity passes through the charge verification system for verification and confirmation, namely the commodity passes through the magnetic detector when passing through the charge verification system, the detection and confirmation are carried out by utilizing the magnetic ink mark, if the commodity passing through the charge verification system is magnetic, the commodity normally passes through, otherwise, the magnetic detector of the charge verification system gives out an error signal, the error signal is transmitted to the information processing system of the charge verification system for processing, meanwhile, an error prompt is displayed on a prompt and alarm display screen, and a sound and light alarm is given out to prompt a customer to operate again and inform a market supervisor of processing.
The customer sends the purchased commodities into the charging verification system in sequence according to the operation requirements of the charging verification system, and a monitoring system is arranged above the charging verification system to monitor the commodity sending process.
The checking of the commodities without errors comprises two modes of checking and confirming whether all commodities have magnetic ink marks or not and whether the commodity quantity information is the same or not.
The payment comprises two payment modes of payment and card swiping payment through a mobile phone in an electronic payment mode.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. all or most of money receiving channels of the shopping mall can be opened, the queuing waiting time of customers is reduced, the payment efficiency of the customers and the shopping mall is improved, and the commercial image of the shopping mall is improved.
2. The number of cashiers can be greatly reduced, the staff cost of the shopping mall can be reduced, and the economic and social benefits of the shopping mall can be improved (the cost of the manual wages of the current shopping mall is high).
3. The method can lay a foundation for the technology and operation of future self-service unmanned supermarkets (or self-service unmanned shopping malls).
4. Shopping data and other information of the mobile phone of the customer can be collected more widely through the big data platform.
In order to meet the requirement that people who do not use smart phones and electronic payment do not need to shop, a supermarket can keep a plurality of counters and store cash by supermarket staff.
