In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, the computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: displaying material information in a material information input interface, wherein the material information comprises a plurality of units used by materials; popping up a multi-unit quantity input frame on a material information input interface, and acquiring the quantity corresponding to each unit input by a user through the multi-unit quantity input frame; and converting the quantity corresponding to each unit according to a conversion rate between different units in preset special unit data corresponding to the materials to obtain the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit in the corresponding material information, and displaying the real receiving quantity in a real receiving quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program may further perform the steps of: acquiring a special unit data newly-increased instruction; creating newly-added special unit data according to the special unit data newly-added instruction, wherein the newly-added special unit data comprises a unit code, and displaying the newly-added special unit data in a special unit data setting interface; and acquiring the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and the different unit through the special unit data setting interface, and adding the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and the different unit into the special unit data.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program may further perform the steps of: displaying material information through a material information setting interface; and acquiring the selected special unit data through the material information setting interface, and establishing a corresponding relation between the selected special unit data and the material information.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program may further perform the steps of: acquiring the actual receiving quantity input by a user through a material information input interface; and converting the real receiving quantity according to the conversion rate among different units in the special unit data corresponding to the material to obtain the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit in the corresponding material information, and displaying the comprehensive unit quantity in the comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program may further perform the steps of: and combining the quantity corresponding to each unit input by the user with the corresponding unit, and displaying the combined quantity and unit in a comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: displaying material information in a material information input interface, wherein the material information comprises a plurality of units used by materials; popping up a multi-unit quantity input frame on a material information input interface, and acquiring the quantity corresponding to each unit input by a user through the multi-unit quantity input frame; and converting the quantity corresponding to each unit according to a conversion rate between different units in preset special unit data corresponding to the materials to obtain the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit in the corresponding material information, and displaying the real receiving quantity in a real receiving quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor may further perform the steps of: acquiring a special unit data newly-increased instruction; creating newly-added special unit data according to the special unit data newly-added instruction, wherein the newly-added special unit data comprises a unit code, and displaying the newly-added special unit data in a special unit data setting interface; and acquiring the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and the different unit through the special unit data setting interface, and adding the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and the different unit into the special unit data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor may further perform the steps of: displaying material information through a material information setting interface; and acquiring the selected special unit data through the material information setting interface, and establishing a corresponding relation between the selected special unit data and the material information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor may further perform the steps of: acquiring the actual receiving quantity input by a user through a material information input interface; and converting the real receiving quantity according to the conversion rate among different units in the special unit data corresponding to the material to obtain the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit in the corresponding material information, and displaying the comprehensive unit quantity in the comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor may further perform the steps of: and combining the quantity corresponding to each unit input by the user with the corresponding unit, and displaying the combined quantity and unit in a comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method for inputting material information in an ERP system comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a display mode of material information selected by a user, and displaying the material information in a material information input interface according to the display mode, wherein the material information comprises a plurality of units used by materials;
popping up a multi-unit quantity input frame on the material information input interface, and acquiring the quantity corresponding to each unit input by a user through the multi-unit quantity input frame; the quantity comprises a comprehensive unit quantity or an actual receiving quantity;
combining the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit input by the user with the corresponding unit, and displaying the combined quantity and unit in a comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information;
acquiring a unit conversion mode corresponding to the material, converting the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit according to a preset conversion rate between different units in the special unit data corresponding to the material and the unit conversion mode to obtain the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit in the material information, and displaying the real receiving quantity in a real receiving quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information;
or acquiring the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit input by a user through the material information input interface, converting the real receiving quantity according to the conversion rate among different units in the special unit data corresponding to the material to obtain the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit in the material information, and displaying the comprehensive unit quantity in the comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to said displaying material information in a material information entry interface:
acquiring a special unit data newly-increased instruction;
creating newly-added special unit data according to the special unit data newly-added instruction, wherein the newly-added special unit data comprise unit codes, and displaying the newly-added special unit data in a special unit data setting interface;
the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and the different unit is obtained through a special unit data setting interface, and the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and the different unit is added to the special unit data.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to said displaying material information in a material information entry interface:
displaying material information through a material information setting interface;
and acquiring the selected special unit data through the material information setting interface, and establishing a corresponding relation between the selected special unit data and the material information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the display modes include the same unit display or different unit displays.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the user selects the material information display mode to be the same unit display mode, acquiring the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit input by the user through the material information input interface;
combining the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit input by the user with the corresponding unit, and displaying the combined quantity and unit in a real receiving quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information;
and obtaining the conversion rate among different units in the special unit data corresponding to the material, converting the actual receiving quantity to obtain the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit in the material information, and displaying the comprehensive unit quantity in the comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
6. A material information input device in an ERP system is characterized by comprising:
the material information display module is used for acquiring a display mode of material information selected by a user and displaying the material information in a material information input interface according to the display mode, wherein the material information comprises a plurality of units used by the material;
the material quantity input module is used for popping up a multi-unit quantity input frame on the material information input interface and acquiring the quantity corresponding to each unit input by a user through the multi-unit quantity input frame; the quantity comprises a comprehensive unit quantity or an actual receiving quantity;
the material information display module is further used for combining the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit input by the user with the corresponding unit, and displaying the combined quantity and unit in a comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information;
the quantity conversion module is used for acquiring a unit conversion mode corresponding to the material, converting the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit according to the unit conversion mode according to the conversion rate between different units in the preset special unit data corresponding to the material to obtain the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit in the material information, and displaying the real receiving quantity in the real receiving quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information; or acquiring the real receiving quantity corresponding to each unit input by a user through the material information input interface, converting the real receiving quantity according to the conversion rate among different units in the special unit data corresponding to the material to obtain the comprehensive unit quantity corresponding to each unit in the material information, and displaying the comprehensive unit quantity in the comprehensive unit quantity field corresponding to each unit in the material information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a special unit data newly-increased instruction;
a special unit data creating module for creating new special unit data according to the special unit data adding instruction, wherein the new special unit data comprises a unit code and is displayed in a special unit data setting interface;
and the special unit data setting module is used for acquiring the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and different units through a special unit data setting interface and adding the conversion rate between the unit input by the user and different units into the special unit data.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the material information display module is used for displaying material information through a material information setting interface;
and the corresponding relation establishing module is used for acquiring the selected special unit data through the material information setting interface and establishing the corresponding relation between the selected special unit data and the material information.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 5 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
