Abstract
The invention is suitable for the technical field of electronic equipment, and provides a touch screen and electronic equipment. The touch screen comprises a cover plate and an induction film which are integrally overlapped, the area of the induction film is smaller than that of the cover plate, and the position of the induction film is staggered with one end or two opposite ends of the cover plate. The electronic equipment comprises the touch screen and the middle frame. The first connecting part and the second connecting part with different heights can be arranged on the middle frame of the electronic equipment, so that the sensing film higher than the plane of the cover plate can be superposed on the lower second connecting part. Or a first connecting part and a second connecting part with the same height are correspondingly arranged on the middle frame of the electronic equipment, a common film with lower cost is firstly pasted on the cover plate, and then the common film is connected with the first connecting part; and the induction film is directly pasted on the second connecting part, so that the connection between the touch screen and the middle frame is not influenced. Therefore, the material cost of the induction film is saved, and the connection between the touch screen and the middle frame cannot be influenced.

Background
The touch screen is an induction display device capable of receiving input signals of a contact and the like, when a graphic button on the screen is contacted, a touch feedback system on the screen can drive various connecting devices according to a pre-programmed program, and can be used for replacing a mechanical button panel and manufacturing vivid video and audio effects by means of a display picture. As a latest input device, the touch screen is the simplest, convenient and natural man-machine interaction mode at present. The multimedia interactive device gives the multimedia a brand-new appearance and is a brand-new multimedia interactive device with great attractiveness.
The touch screen mainly comprises a cover plate and an induction film, the existing cover plate and the existing film are the same in size, the existing cover plate and the existing film are stacked and connected together to form a composite cover plate, and at present, the composite cover plate is connected with a middle frame of the electronic equipment in a glue dispensing or double-sided glue mode. However, the sensing film does not need to be made to be the same as the cover plate in size, because the top of the electronic device needs to be provided with the camera, the receiver and other component areas, and the bottom of the electronic device needs to be provided with the touch key area, and the sensing film is not needed to cover the electronic device, and only the cover plate cover needs to cover and protect the electronic device. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment has the advantages that: the touch screen of the embodiment reduces the area of the sensing film and saves the material cost. In addition, because a part of the area is not provided with the sensing film, the sensing film and the cover plate form a step, two surfaces with different heights of the step make the touch screen inconvenient to be directly connected with the middle frame, and in order to make the step not affect the connection between the touch screen and the middle frame, the connection between the touch screen and the middle frame is realized through the following two ways.
(1) The middle frame of the electronic device is correspondingly provided with the first connecting part and the second connecting part which are different in height, the second connecting part is equivalent to a concave area, and then a higher step plane on the touch screen is enabled to be higher than the sensing film on the plane of the cover plate and can be superposed on the lower second connecting part.
(2) Correspondingly arranging a first connecting part and a second connecting part which have the same height on a middle frame of the electronic equipment, firstly pasting a common film which only has a filling function and is low in cost on an area of the cover plate staggered with the induction film, and then connecting the common film with the first connecting part; and the response film is then directly pasted on the second connecting portion, and at this moment, the bottom surface of ordinary film can with the bottom surface parallel and level of response film, can not influence the touch screen and be connected with the center.
Therefore, the material cost of the induction film is saved, and the connection between the touch screen and the middle frame cannot be influenced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a touch screen 1 of an electronic device provided in this embodiment includes a cover plate 11 and a sensing film 12, where the cover plate 11 and the sensing film 12 are stacked into a whole, an area of the sensing film 12 is smaller than an area of the cover plate 11, and a position of the sensing film 12 is staggered from an end of the cover plate 11. One end of the cover plate 11 is provided with a sound outlet 111 for electronic equipment to make sound, and the position of the induction film 12 is staggered with the sound outlet 111.
Referring to fig. 2, a connection portion 121 for connecting to a middle frame of an electronic device extends from a partial position of an end of the sensing film 12. The sensing film 12 forms a step with the cover plate 11 at an end close to the sound outlet 111, and the sensing film 12 also forms a step with the cover plate 11 at a peripheral edge position.
Because some electronic devices, such as mobile phones, tablet computers and other terminal devices, the area of the end of the electronic device far away from the sound outlet 111 where the touch key needs to be installed does not need to be covered by the sensing film 12, and only the cover plate 11 needs to cover and protect the area. For such situations, the touch screen 1 of the present embodiment may also have other structural changes, please refer to fig. 3, which shows another touch screen structure, in which the positions of the sensing films 12 are staggered from the two opposite ends of the cover plate 11, that is, the positions of the sensing films 12 corresponding to the two ends of the cover plate 11 have no sensing films 12.
When the touch screen 1 of the embodiment is applied to an electronic device, the area of the sensing film 12 can be reduced, and the material cost can be saved.
Accordingly, since a portion of the area is not provided with the sensing film 12, the sensing film 12 and the cover plate 11 form a step, and two surfaces with different heights of the step make the touch screen 1 inconvenient to be directly connected with the middle frame, so that the step does not affect the connection of the touch screen with the middle frame. The embodiment also correspondingly provides the electronic device 100 matched with the touch screen 1 for use.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, an electronic device 100 provided in this embodiment includes a touch screen 1 and a middle frame 2 with any one of the above structures. The cover plate 11 of the touch screen 1 and the induction film 12 are overlapped into a whole to form a composite cover plate, and the composite cover plate is fixed in the middle frame 2. A first connecting portion 21 and a second connecting portion 22 are arranged in the middle frame 2, the first connecting portion 21 is higher than the second connecting portion 22, and steps are formed between the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22.
The first connection portion 21 is offset from the sensing film 12, the second connection portion 22 is located corresponding to the sensing film 12, the cover plate 11 is connected to the first connection portion 21 at an area offset from the sensing film 12, and the edge area of the sensing film 12 is connected to the second connection portion 22.
In order to realize the omnibearing sealing connection between the composite cover plate and the middle frame 2, the end area inside the middle frame 2 and the edge area inside the middle frame 2 are both provided with the second connecting parts 22, so that the end part of the composite cover plate and the position of the side edge can be connected with the middle frame 2.
In order to increase the connection area between the composite cover plate and the middle frame 2, the connection firmness between the composite cover plate and the middle frame is enhanced, and meanwhile, the area of the induction film 12 is not increased as much as possible. The second connecting portion 22 is extended toward the first connecting portion 21 at a local position close to the first connecting portion 21, and forms a recessed region extending into the second connecting portion 22. Correspondingly, a connecting part 121 for connecting with the middle frame 2 extends from a local position of the end part of the sensing film 12, and the shape of the second connecting part 22 of the middle frame 2 is matched with the shape of the connecting part 121 of the sensing film 12.
In the electronic device 100 of the embodiment, the frame 2 is correspondingly provided with the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 with different heights, the second connecting portion 22 is equivalent to a recessed area, and then the sensing film 12 on the touch screen 1 with a higher step plane, i.e. higher than the plane of the cover plate 11, can be stacked on the lower second connecting portion 22. Therefore, the material cost of the induction film is saved, and the connection between the touch screen and the middle frame cannot be influenced.
In practical applications, the region of the cover plate 11 staggered from the sensing thin film 12 is bonded to the first connection portion 21 through the glue layer 3, and the glue layer 3 is formed by dispensing glue. In order to adapt to the height difference between the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 without increasing the thickness of the sensing film 12, the edge region of the sensing film 12 is bonded to the second connecting portion 22 by the double-sided adhesive tape 4, and the double-sided adhesive tape 4 has a larger thickness relative to the adhesive layer, so as to thicken the sensing film 12. Optionally, the glue layer 3 has a thickness of 0.1 cm, and the double-sided tape 4 has a thickness of 0.25 cm.
Example two:
referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment provides another electronic device 100 'including a touch screen 1' and a middle frame 2 ', where the touch screen 1' includes a cover plate 11 'and a sensing film 12', and unlike the first embodiment, the touch screen 1 'further includes a common film 13' that only plays a role of filling. Since the common film 13 ' has no induction effect, the manufacturing cost is much lower than that of the induction film 12 ', and the common film 13 ' is bonded with the cover plate 11 ' through a glue layer 14 '.
The middle frame 2 ' is provided with a first connecting portion 21 ' and a second connecting portion 22 '. The cover plate 11 ' is bonded to the top surface of the common film 13 ' through a glue layer 14 in a region staggered from the sensing film 12 ', the bottom surface of the common film 13 ' is bonded to the first connection portion 21 ' through another glue layer 3, and the edge region of the sensing film 12 ' is connected to the second connection portion 22 '. Because the common film 13 'is used for filling, the first connecting portion 21' and the second connecting portion 22 'do not need to form steps, that is, the top surfaces of the first connecting portion 21' and the second connecting portion 22 'can be made into the structure of the same horizontal plane, thereby simplifying the structure of the middle frame 2' and the manufacturing process.
It can be seen that, in the electronic device 100 ' of the embodiment, the frame 2 ' is correspondingly provided with the first connecting portion 21 ' and the second connecting portion 22 ' having the same height, the common film 13 ' with lower cost and only having the filling function is firstly adhered to the region of the cover plate 11 ' staggered from the sensing film 12 ', and then the common film 13 ' is connected with the first connecting portion 21 '; the sensing film 12 'is directly adhered to the second connecting portion 22', and the bottom surface of the common film 13 'is flush with the bottom surface of the sensing film 12', so that the connection between the touch screen 1 'and the middle frame 2' is not affected.
