Abstract
A large-area uniform downward exhaust workbench mainly comprises a downward exhaust workbench main body, a purifying device, a fan, a frequency converter and an air pipe; the lower exhaust workbench main body consists of a workbench shell, a porous pore plate workbench surface, a triangular rectifying structure, a rectifying slit, a rectifying bottom plate, an elbow, a reducer pipe, an air pipe, a liquid discharge pipeline, a liquid discharge valve, an automatic control device and a flip invisible handle. The workbench can effectively improve the exhaust uniformity when one side of the large-area workbench is exhausted, solves the technical problem that the exhaust poison on one side is difficult to effectively control when the large-area workbench is used for operation, and effectively controls the poison concentration when the large-area workbench is used for operation, thereby protecting the occupational health of workers, realizing the automatic control of the exhaust device of the large-area workbench and achieving the purpose of energy conservation.

The invention particularly provides a large-area uniform lower exhaust workbench, which comprises a lower exhaust workbench main body, a purifying device, a fan, a frequency converter and an air pipe; the lower exhaust workbench main body consists of a workbench shell, a porous pore plate workbench surface, a triangular rectifying structure, a rectifying slit, a rectifying bottom plate, an elbow, a reducer pipe, an air pipe, a liquid discharge pipeline, a liquid discharge valve, an automatic control device and a flip invisible handle.
The porous pore plate workbench surface is formed by splicing a plurality of panels and is provided with a plurality of round hole ventilation structures. The triangular rectifying structures are connected with the workbench shell and are arranged below the porous pore plate workbench surface, and rectifying slits are reserved between the triangular rectifying structures and the workbench shell and used for adjusting wind speed and wind direction so as to ensure the uniformity of exhaust air under the whole workbench; the bottom plate of the workbench shell is composed of an inclined rectifying bottom plate, and the bottom plate and the triangular rectifying structure jointly form a ventilation and diversion channel; a liquid discharge pipeline is arranged at the bottom end of the rectifying plate and used for collecting liquid flowing down from the holes of the worktable surface; a liquid discharge valve is also arranged on the liquid discharge pipeline to realize the on-off control of liquid discharge of the liquid distribution pipeline; one end of the rectifying plate is directly connected with the triangular rectifying mechanism, the other end of the rectifying plate is connected with the elbow and the reducer pipe, and the reducer pipe is communicated with the air pipe; the purification device is arranged behind the air pipe and in front of the fan.
Preferably, the length of the large-area uniform downward exhaust workbench is not less than 2.5m, and the width is not less than 1.2m.
Preferably, the porous hole plate workbench surface is formed by splicing 4 plates, and each plate is provided with round holes with the aperture not more than 6mm and is formed according to staggered arrangement.
Preferably, the triangular rectifying structure is an isosceles triangle structure, the length of the bottom edge is not more than 440mm, the number of the triangular rectifying structure is not more than 4, and the distance between the top of the triangular rectifying structure and the workbench surface of the porous pore plate is not more than 50mm.
Preferably, the expansion angle of the rectifying slits is between 70 and 85 degrees, the number of the rectifying slits is not less than 5, and the width of the rectifying slits is gradually increased along the air pipe to the opposite side; more preferably, the number of the rectifying slits is 5, and the widths are 40mm, 45mm, 50m, 70m and 95mm respectively.
Preferably, the inclination angle of the rectifying bottom plate is 5-15 degrees, and the spilled liquid is discharged periodically through the liquid discharge pipeline and the liquid discharge valve.

In the working process, overflowed and leaked waste liquid passes through the holes of the porous plate workbench surface 2 and the outer surface of the triangular rectifying structure 3, enters the rectifying bottom plate 5 through the rectifying slit 4, slides down to the bottom end of the rectifying bottom plate 5 by means of the gravity of the waste liquid, and is discharged from the liquid discharge pipeline 9 by opening the liquid discharge valve 10.

A large-area uniform lower exhaust workbench comprises a lower exhaust workbench main body, a purifying device, a fan, a frequency converter and an air pipe; the lower exhaust workbench main body consists of a workbench shell, a porous pore plate workbench surface, a triangular rectifying structure, a rectifying slit, a rectifying bottom plate, an elbow, a reducer pipe, an air pipe, a liquid discharge valve, an automatic control device and a flip invisible handle; the porous pore plate workbench surface is formed by splicing a plurality of panels and is provided with a plurality of round hole ventilation structures; the triangular rectifying structures are connected with the workbench shell and are arranged below the porous pore plate workbench surface, and rectifying slits are reserved between the triangular rectifying structures and the workbench shell and used for adjusting wind speed and wind direction so as to ensure the uniformity of exhaust air under the whole workbench; the bottom plate of the workbench shell is composed of an inclined rectifying bottom plate, and the bottom plate and the triangular rectifying structure jointly form a ventilation and diversion channel; a liquid discharge pipeline is arranged at the bottom end of the rectifying plate and used for collecting liquid flowing down from the holes of the worktable surface; a liquid discharge valve is also arranged on the liquid discharge pipeline to realize the on-off control of liquid discharge of the liquid distribution pipeline; one end of the rectifying plate is directly connected with the triangular rectifying mechanism, the other end of the rectifying plate is connected with the elbow and the reducer pipe, and the reducer pipe is communicated with the air pipe; the purification device is arranged behind the air pipe and in front of the fan;
the expansion angle of the rectifying slits is 70-85 degrees, the number of the rectifying slits is not less than 5, and the width of the rectifying slits gradually increases along the direction from the air pipe to the opposite side;
the inclination angle of the rectifying bottom plate is 5-15 degrees, and spilled liquid is discharged periodically through the liquid discharge pipeline and the liquid discharge valve.
