Abstract
本发明公开一种LED路灯灯泡,包括灯体铝导热支架、LED驱动电源及LED光源板;LED光源板固定在灯体铝导热支架外侧,LED驱动电源固定在灯体铝导热支架腔体内部;灯体铝导热支架顶部设有腔体封堵板,灯体铝导热支架内部设有腔体导流隔板,灯体铝导热支架底部设有腔体导风隔板;腔体导流隔板上固定有导流风扇。本发明的腔体导流隔板把灯体铝导热支架分割成两个相互导通的腔体,腔体内导流风扇运转时,外部冷空气导入灯体铝导热支架,并通过热交换后排除腔体,从而带走LED光源板工作时散发的热量,大大提高了散热效果。因为外部空气是在灯泡内部流通,不会逸出到灯泡体外,也不会污染路灯灯具的发光体密闭空间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED路灯灯泡,特别涉及一种管腔导风、热管辅助导热、风扇强制对流三合一强散热效果的大功率可无线远程多级调光的LED路灯灯泡。
背景技术
传统路灯高压钠灯灯泡是安装在路灯反光罩和防护玻璃所形成的密闭腔体内的,灯具工作产生的热量散热不畅并容易产生热堆积,高压钠灯的工作耐温高,但是LED灯具承受不了这么高的温度,容易发生烧毁,甚至引发火灾。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种管腔导风、热管辅助导热、风扇强制对流三合一强散热效果的大功率可无线远程多级调光的LED路灯灯泡。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的LED路灯灯泡,包括灯体铝导热支架、LED驱动电源及LED光源板;LED光源板固定在灯体铝导热支架外侧,LED驱动电源固定在灯体铝导热支架腔体内部;灯体铝导热支架顶部设有腔体封堵板,灯体铝导热支架内部设有腔体导流隔板,灯体铝导热支架底部设有腔体导风隔板;腔体导流隔板上固定有导流风扇。
作为改进,还包括灯体内塑料支架、灯体旋转塑料支架;灯体内塑料支架套装在灯体铝导热支架外侧,灯体旋转塑料支架套装在灯体内塑料支架外侧,灯体旋转塑料支架与灯罩安装接口驳接,灯体旋转塑料支架设有调节螺栓。调节螺栓可以松紧调节,以方便调整灯泡的发光面指向角度。本发明的发光角度可在150度内调整。
作为改进,还包括DC电源板、PCB支架、无线调光控制板、天线及天线馈线;天线馈线与天线驳接并固定在腔体封堵板上,天线馈线与无线调光控制板连接; DC电源板、无线调光控制板分别插装在PCB支架上,PCB支架固定在灯体铝导热支架上;无线调光控制板通过线路与LED驱动电源连接。本发明具有远程无线控制功能,可根据实际需要分时段进行调光控制,以达到最大化节能的目的。无线调光控制板、DC电源板与散热器件物理隔热,所以不会受到灯泡发热的影响,而大大延长了电气部件的使用寿命。
作为改进,LED驱动电源还设有温感器,温感器与无线调光控制板相连接。LED驱动电源与LED光源板贴近安装,实际温度几乎无差别。温感器将温度反馈给无线调光控制板,无线调光控制板相应调整工作电流,确保LED光源板灯珠不会高出温度极限。
作为改进,还包括导热热管;导热热管插入灯体铝导热支架内部的圆柱形管腔内。导热热管起到辅助导热的作用。
作为改进,还包括太阳花散热器、太阳花散热风扇、内导流管、外导流管及导流管接头;两个太阳花散热器安装在灯体铝导热支架底部,太阳花散热风扇安装在两个太阳花散热器之间;导流管接头安装在太阳花散热器圆孔内;外导流管驳接导流管接头,外导流管可以延长弯曲,找阴凉的地方引入凉风;内导流管穿过两个太阳花散热器圆孔,通过腔体导风隔板圆孔伸入灯体铝导热支架腔体内,内导流管与外导流管相连接。
作为改进,导流风扇、太阳花散热风扇均采用长寿命的磁悬浮散热风扇;太阳花散热风扇的换风方式为吸风式,以减少灰尘堆积。
作为改进,还包括散热器防尘罩;散热器防尘罩套在太阳花散热器外侧,散热器防尘罩固定在灯体内塑料支架上。散热器防尘罩可以有效过滤蚊虫、柳絮、树叶等等可能堵塞翘片散热结构的异物进入。
有益效果:1、本发明的灯泡的LED光源板、灯体铝导热支架、LED驱动电源等散热部件部件是安装在路灯反光罩和防护玻璃所形成的密闭空间内部的。而无线调光控制板、DC电源板、太阳花散热器、太阳花散热风扇等散热部件是在该腔体外工作的,内外两个部分的之间是通过热传导和热对流腔体相连接的,密闭空间内发热部件热量及时传递外部散热部件散热,从而避免了密闭空间内部的热堆积;2、本发明的腔体导流隔板把灯体铝导热支架分割成两个相互导通的腔体,腔体内导流风扇运转时,导流管把外部冷空气导入灯体铝导热支架,并通过热交换后排除腔体,从而带走LED光源板工作时散发的热量,大大提高了散热效果。因为外部空气是在灯泡内部流通,不会逸出到灯泡体外,也不会污染路灯灯具的发光体密闭空间。

如图1-15所示,本发明的LED路灯灯泡,包括天线1、天线馈线2、LED光源板5、灯体铝导热支架7、PCB支架8、LED驱动电源10、无线调光控制板11、灯体旋转塑料支架12、DC电源板13、灯体内塑料支架14、、太阳花散热风扇16、太阳花散热器15、太阳花散热器17、内导流管18、散热器防尘罩19、导流管接头20、导热热管22;
LED光源板5固定在灯体铝导热支架7外侧,LED驱动电源10固定在灯体铝导热支架7腔体内部;灯体铝导热支架7顶部设有腔体封堵板3,灯体铝导热支架7内部设有腔体导流隔板6,灯体铝导热支架7底部设有腔体导风隔板9;腔体导流隔板6上固定有导流风扇4,导流风扇4采用磁悬浮散热风扇;导热热管22插入灯体铝导热支架7内部的圆柱形管腔内;
天线馈线2与天线1驳接并固定在腔体封堵板3上,天线馈线2与无线调光控制板11连接; DC电源板13、无线调光控制板11分别插装在PCB支架8上,PCB支架8固定在灯体铝导热支架7上;无线调光控制板11通过线路与LED驱动电源10连接;
灯体内塑料支架14套装在灯体铝导热支架7外侧,灯体旋转塑料支架12套装在灯体内塑料支架14外侧,灯体旋转塑料支架12与灯罩安装接口驳接,灯体旋转塑料支架12设有调节螺栓12; LED驱动电源10设有温感器,温感器与无线调光控制板相连接;太阳花散热器15、17安装在灯体铝导热支架7底部,太阳花散热风扇16安装在太阳花散热器15、17之间,太阳花散热风扇16采用磁悬浮散热风扇,换风方式为吸风式;导流管接头20安装在太阳花散热器17圆孔内;外导流管21驳接导流管接头20,外导流管21可以延长弯曲,找阴凉的地方引入凉风;内导流管18穿过太阳花散热器15、17圆孔,通过腔体导风隔板9圆孔伸入灯体铝导热支架7腔体内,内导流管18与外导流管21相连接;散热器防尘罩19套在太阳花散热器15、17外侧,散热器防尘罩19固定在灯体内塑料支架14上。

1.一种LED路灯灯泡,包括灯体铝导热支架(7)、LED驱动电源(10)及LED光源板(5);其特征在于:所述LED光源板(5)固定在灯体铝导热支架(7)外侧,LED驱动电源(10)固定在灯体铝导热支架(7)腔体内部;所述灯体铝导热支架(7)顶部设有腔体封堵板(3),灯体铝导热支架(7)内部设有腔体导流隔板(6),灯体铝导热支架(7)底部设有腔体导风隔板(9);所述腔体导流隔板(6)上固定有导流风扇(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯泡,其特征在于:还包括灯体内塑料支架(14)、灯体旋转塑料支架(12);所述灯体内塑料支架(14)套装在灯体铝导热支架(7)外侧,灯体旋转塑料支架(12)套装在灯体内塑料支架(14)外侧,灯体旋转塑料支架(12)与灯罩安装接口驳接,灯体旋转塑料支架(12)设有调节螺栓(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯泡,其特征在于:还包括DC电源板(13)、PCB支架(8)、无线调光控制板(11)、天线(1)及天线馈线(2);所述天线馈线(2)与天线(1)驳接并固定在腔体封堵板(3)上,天线馈线(2)与无线调光控制板(11)连接;所述DC电源板(13)、无线调光控制板(11)分别插装在PCB支架(8)上,PCB支架(8)固定在灯体铝导热支架(7)上;所述无线调光控制板(11)通过线路与LED驱动电源(10)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED驱动电源(10)还设有温感器;所述温感器与无线调光控制板相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯泡,其特征在于:还包括导热热管(22);所述导热热管(22)插入灯体铝导热支架(7)内部的圆柱形管腔内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯灯泡,其特征在于:还包括太阳花散热器(15、17)、太阳花散热风扇(16)、内导流管(18)、导流管接头(20)及外导流管(21);所述太阳花散热器(15、17)安装在灯体铝导热支架(7)底部,太阳花散热风扇(16)安装在太阳花散热器(15、17)之间;所述导流管接头(20)安装在太阳花散热器(17)圆孔内;所述外导流管(21)驳接导流管接头(20),内导流管(18)穿过太阳花散热器(15、17)圆孔,通过腔体导风隔板(9)圆孔伸入灯体铝导热支架(7)腔体内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED路灯灯泡,其特征在于:所述导流风扇(4)、太阳花散热风扇(16)均采用磁悬浮散热风扇;太阳花散热风扇(16)的换风方式为吸风式。
8.根据权利要求6所述的LED路灯灯泡,其特征在于:还包括散热器防尘罩(19);所述散热器防尘罩(19)套在太阳花散热器(15、17)外侧,散热器防尘罩(19)固定在灯体内塑料支架(14)上。
