技术领域
本发明涉及淋膜纸技术领域，尤其涉及一种耐潮耐热淋膜纸。
背景技术
淋膜纸就是将塑料粒子通过流延机涂覆在纸张表面的复合材料，主要特点就是此复合材料可以防油、防水(相对的)、可以热合。目前国内淋膜纸的生产，尤其是耐潮耐热淋膜纸的生产技术不成熟，淋膜纸存在耐高温性和耐潮新差的问题。
因此，提供一种具有良好耐高温和耐潮性能的淋膜纸，成为淋膜纸技术领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐潮耐热淋膜纸，其解决了淋膜纸耐高温性能和耐潮性能不足的问题。
为达此目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种耐潮耐热淋膜纸，包括木浆原纸层，木浆原纸层的一侧由内至外依次设置有丙烯酸树脂层、胶粘层、铝箔层以及聚酰亚胺层，所述铝箔层呈波浪形设置，所述铝箔层朝向所述胶粘层一侧设置有网格，所述铝箔层朝向所述聚酰亚胺层一侧的波谷设置有凹槽，所述木浆原纸层的另一侧由内至外依次设置有玻璃纤维层、硅油层以及淋膜层。
其中，所述木浆原纸层的厚度为120～280μm，例如可以为120μm、140μm、160μm、180μm、200μm、220μm、250μm或280μm。
其中，所述丙烯酸树脂层的厚度为8～16μm，例如可以为8μm、9μm、10μm、12μm、13μm、14μm、15μm或16μm。
其中，所述胶粘层为聚氯乙烯胶层或脲醛树脂胶层，所述胶粘层的厚度为20～30μm，例如可以为20μm、22μm、23μm、24μm、25μm、26μm、28μm或30μm。
其中，所述铝箔层为10～30μm，例如可以为10μm、15μm、18μm、20μm、25μm、28μm或30μm。

本实施例中提供的耐潮耐热淋膜纸，包括木浆原纸层1，木浆原纸层1的一侧由内至外依次设置有丙烯酸树脂层2、胶粘层3、铝箔层4以及聚酰亚胺层5，木浆原纸层1的另一侧由内至外依次设置有玻璃纤维层6、硅油层7以及淋膜层8。
聚酰亚胺层5具有很好的耐高温和阻燃性能，构成阻止高温的侵袭的第一道防线，铝箔层4具有隔热、阻燃和防水性能，能够将热量和水分阻挡在外界，构成第二道防线，同时，铝箔层4呈波浪形设置，有利于水分在铝箔层4的波谷聚集，铝箔层4朝向胶粘层3一侧设置有网格，方便与胶粘层3粘合，铝箔层4朝向所述聚酰亚胺层5一侧的波谷设置有凹槽，方便聚集的水分的向外渗出；另外，胶粘层3具有良好的粘性，可以牢牢粘附丙烯酸树脂层2和铝箔层4，丙烯酸树脂层2具有良好的防水透气性能，干燥快，能够阻止水分进入到木浆原纸层1中，另外，玻璃纤维层6具有良好的隔热、阻燃和机械性能，硅油层7保证了防水和透气性，防潮性好，阻止水分的侵入。本发明的耐潮耐热淋膜纸具有良好的耐高温和防潮性能。
