技术领域
本发明涉及淋膜纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐潮耐热淋膜纸。
背景技术
淋膜纸就是将塑料粒子通过流延机涂覆在纸张表面的复合材料,主要特点就是此复合材料可以防油、防水(相对的)、可以热合。目前国内淋膜纸的生产,尤其是耐潮耐热淋膜纸的生产技术不成熟,淋膜纸存在耐高温性和耐潮新差的问题。
因此,提供一种具有良好耐高温和耐潮性能的淋膜纸,成为淋膜纸技术领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐潮耐热淋膜纸,其解决了淋膜纸耐高温性能和耐潮性能不足的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种耐潮耐热淋膜纸,包括木浆原纸层,木浆原纸层的一侧由内至外依次设置有丙烯酸树脂层、胶粘层、铝箔层以及聚酰亚胺层,所述铝箔层呈波浪形设置,所述铝箔层朝向所述胶粘层一侧设置有网格,所述铝箔层朝向所述聚酰亚胺层一侧的波谷设置有凹槽,所述木浆原纸层的另一侧由内至外依次设置有玻璃纤维层、硅油层以及淋膜层。
其中,所述木浆原纸层的厚度为120~280μm,例如可以为120μm、140μm、160μm、180μm、200μm、220μm、250μm或280μm。
其中,所述丙烯酸树脂层的厚度为8~16μm,例如可以为8μm、9μm、10μm、12μm、13μm、14μm、15μm或16μm。
其中,所述胶粘层为聚氯乙烯胶层或脲醛树脂胶层,所述胶粘层的厚度为20~30μm,例如可以为20μm、22μm、23μm、24μm、25μm、26μm、28μm或30μm。
其中,所述铝箔层为10~30μm,例如可以为10μm、15μm、18μm、20μm、25μm、28μm或30μm。
其中,所述聚酰亚胺层的厚度为20~40μm,例如可以为20μm、22μm、25μm、30μm、32μm、35μm、38μm或40μm,所述玻璃纤维层的厚度为30~40μm,例如可以为30μm、31μm、32μm、33μm、34μm、36μm、38μm或40μm。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种耐潮耐热淋膜纸,包括木浆原纸层,木浆原纸层的一侧由内至外依次设置有丙烯酸树脂层、胶粘层、铝箔层以及聚酰亚胺层,所述铝箔层呈波浪形设置,所述铝箔层朝向所述胶粘层一侧设置有网格,所述铝箔层朝向所述聚酰亚胺层一侧的波谷设置有凹槽,所述木浆原纸层的另一侧由内至外依次设置有玻璃纤维层、硅油层以及淋膜层。聚酰亚胺层具有很好的耐高温和阻燃性能,构成阻止高温的侵袭的第一道防线,铝箔层具有隔热、阻燃和防水性能,能够将热量和水分阻挡在外界,构成第二道防线,同时,铝箔层呈波浪形设置,有利于水分在铝箔层的波谷聚集,铝箔层朝向胶粘层一侧设置有网格,方便与胶粘层粘合,铝箔层朝向所述聚酰亚胺层一侧的波谷设置有凹槽,方便聚集的水分的向外渗出;另外,胶粘层具有良好的粘性,可以牢牢粘附丙烯酸树脂层和铝箔层,丙烯酸树脂层具有良好的防水透气性能,干燥快,能够阻止水分进入到木浆原纸层中,另外,玻璃纤维层具有良好的隔热、阻燃和机械性能,硅油层保证了防水和透气性,防潮性好,阻止水分的侵入。本发明的耐潮耐热淋膜纸具有良好的耐高温和防潮性能。

本发明的耐潮耐热淋膜纸适用于制作耐高温包装材料。

本实施例中提供的耐潮耐热淋膜纸,包括木浆原纸层1,木浆原纸层1的一侧由内至外依次设置有丙烯酸树脂层2、胶粘层3、铝箔层4以及聚酰亚胺层5,木浆原纸层1的另一侧由内至外依次设置有玻璃纤维层6、硅油层7以及淋膜层8。
聚酰亚胺层5具有很好的耐高温和阻燃性能,构成阻止高温的侵袭的第一道防线,铝箔层4具有隔热、阻燃和防水性能,能够将热量和水分阻挡在外界,构成第二道防线,同时,铝箔层4呈波浪形设置,有利于水分在铝箔层4的波谷聚集,铝箔层4朝向胶粘层3一侧设置有网格,方便与胶粘层3粘合,铝箔层4朝向所述聚酰亚胺层5一侧的波谷设置有凹槽,方便聚集的水分的向外渗出;另外,胶粘层3具有良好的粘性,可以牢牢粘附丙烯酸树脂层2和铝箔层4,丙烯酸树脂层2具有良好的防水透气性能,干燥快,能够阻止水分进入到木浆原纸层1中,另外,玻璃纤维层6具有良好的隔热、阻燃和机械性能,硅油层7保证了防水和透气性,防潮性好,阻止水分的侵入。本发明的耐潮耐热淋膜纸具有良好的耐高温和防潮性能。
