本发明的一种木材用光固化防腐剂,其特征在于由以下成分组成:环氧丙烯酸树脂,丙烯酸树脂,二甲基硅油,苯丙乳液,三甲基六亚甲基二胺,木质纤维,阻燃剂,纳米碳酸钙,复合填料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液,脲醛树脂,和水。其质量百分比为:环氧丙烯酸树脂40‑50份,丙烯酸树脂10‑15份,二甲基硅油3‑5份,苯丙乳液20‑30份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺5‑10份,木质纤维3‑5份,阻燃剂6‑8份,纳米碳酸钙2‑3份,复合填料20‑30份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液20‑30份,脲醛树脂5‑10份,和水80‑100份。本发明的防腐剂:不但具有良好的防腐性能,可以提高强度、抗老化性和改善材料表面的光洁度以及抗腐蚀,制造方便、成本低、产品实用性强、使用简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐剂,具体的是一种木材用光固化防腐剂。
背景技术
丙烯酸树脂涂料已发展成为类型最多、综合性能最全的一类涂料品种。丙烯酸树脂涂料具有干燥时间短、柔韧性好、色浅、优良的保光保色性和户外耐候性等优点,但一般单组分丙烯酸树脂涂料对特殊底材的附着力不好,在一定程度上限制了它的应用。环氧树脂是涂料树脂中最重要的品种之一,分子结构中的芳环赋予涂膜良好的硬度和耐化学品性,而醚键便于分子链的旋转,又使涂膜具有一定的柔韧性。环氧树脂结构中含有的许多羟基和醚键,使涂膜对金属、陶瓷、玻璃、混凝土,木材等极性底材的附着力好,但是一般高相对分子质量的环氧树脂与丙烯酸树脂的相容性不好,且需要配套环氧固化剂使用,限制了高相对分子质量环氧树脂在单组分丙烯酸树脂中的应用。本发明先合成出侧链带有酸酐基团的丙烯酸树脂,再用环氧树脂对其进行改性,制得环氧改性丙烯酸树脂,用其制备的单组分环氧改性丙烯酸涂料具有优异的附着力、良好的硬度及光泽。
具体实施方式
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种木材用光固化防腐剂的技术方案。所述的一种木材用光固化防腐剂,其特征在于由以下成分组成 :环氧丙烯酸树脂,丙烯酸树脂,二甲基硅油,苯丙乳液,三甲基六亚甲基二胺,木质纤维,阻燃剂,纳米碳酸钙,复合填料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液,脲醛树脂,和水。其质量百分比为:环氧丙烯酸树脂40-50份,丙烯酸树脂10-15份,二甲基硅油3-5份,苯丙乳液20-30份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺5-10份,木质纤维3-5份,阻燃剂6-8份,纳米碳酸钙2-3份,复合填料20-30份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液20-30份,脲醛树脂5-10份,和水80-100份。
优选的,一种木材用光固化防腐剂,其质量百分比为:环氧丙烯酸树脂45份,丙烯酸树脂12份,二甲基硅油4份,苯丙乳液25份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺8份,木质纤维4份,阻燃剂7份,纳米碳酸钙2份,复合填料25份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液26份,脲醛树脂8份,和水80份。
本发明的防腐剂:不但具有良好的防腐性能,可以提高强度、抗老化性和改善材料表面的光洁度以及抗腐蚀,制造方便、成本低、产品实用性强、使用简单。

一种木材用光固化防腐剂,其质量百分比为:环氧丙烯酸树脂48份,丙烯酸树脂12份,二甲基硅油4份,苯丙乳液25份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺8份,木质纤维4份,阻燃剂7份,纳米碳酸钙2份,复合填料25份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液26份,脲醛树脂6份,和水90份。
实施例2
一种木材用光固化防腐剂,其质量百分比为:环氧丙烯酸树脂48份,丙烯酸树脂14份,二甲基硅油6份,苯丙乳液28份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺8份,木质纤维4份,阻燃剂7份,纳米碳酸钙3份,复合填料28份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液25份,脲醛树脂8份,和水80份。
实施例3
一种木材用光固化防腐剂,其质量百分比为:环氧丙烯酸树脂50份,丙烯酸树脂14份,二甲基硅油3份,苯丙乳液22份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺8份,木质纤维5份,阻燃剂8份,纳米碳酸钙3份,复合填料28份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液22份,脲醛树脂6份,和水95份。

1.一种木材用光固化防腐剂,其特征在于由以下成分组成:环氧丙烯酸树脂,丙烯酸树脂,二甲基硅油,苯丙乳液,三甲基六亚甲基二胺,木质纤维,阻燃剂,纳米碳酸钙,复合填料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液,脲醛树脂,和水。其质量百分比为:环氧丙烯酸树脂40-50份,丙烯酸树脂10-15份,二甲基硅油3-5份,苯丙乳液20-30份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺5-10份,木质纤维3-5份,阻燃剂6-8份,纳米碳酸钙2-3份,复合填料20-30份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳液20-30份,脲醛树脂5-10份,和水80-100份。
