Abstract
本发明涉及LED照明领域,雾化LED芯片发光产生的眩光,降低对视网膜的伤害。用于制造灯管及灯罩的改性塑料。其特征在于光学级聚丙烯塑料,粒径≤5微米。纯度达99.5%以上氧化钬粒径≤50纳米,添加量,重量比为2%‑9%。纯度达98%以上的硫酸钡,粒径≤80纳米,添加量,重量比为3%‑11%。成型后,在塑料内部形成以纳米氧化钬和纳米硫酸钡的网格布局,能有效地改善LED芯片发出的眩光,降低对视网膜的伤害及不舒服感觉。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,雾化由LED芯片发光产生的眩光,降低对视网膜的伤害,用于制造灯管及灯罩的改性塑料。
背景技术
LED芯片制造的灯具是环保、节能的环境友好型灯具,由于LED芯片工作在450-480纳米波段,所产生的光谱,在其光谱上覆有荧光剂。从而激发转为白光,在白光中会产生一部分眩光,对人体视网膜有伤害。
发明内容
本发明减少LED芯片工作时产生的眩光,使之透过灯管及灯罩产生的柔和光线,减少对人体及视网膜的不舒服的感觉。
为改善LED芯片产生的眩光缺陷,以添加雾化光谱的物质对光学塑料进行改性,使其保持高透光性,同时消除LED芯片工作时产生的眩光及不利光谱。
本发明在于提供一种纳米硫酸钡和纳米氧化钬与光学塑料复合材料的制备方法。
具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是,将硫酸钡和氧化钬制备至纳米级,由于将上述二物质制备至纳米级后,比表面积大,活化度高,雾化度好,添加量少,不但不破坏原光学塑料粒子基本力学性能,还能将其提高钢性及耐温性。其特征在于光学级聚丙烯塑料,粒径≤5微米。纯度达99.5%以上氧化钬粒径≤50纳米,添加量,重量比为2%-9%。纯度达98%以上的硫酸钡,粒径≤80纳米,添加量,重量比为3%-11%,按需要解决眩光强度的要求,选定适合的物料比,采用共混方法,共同投入振动混料机内,在转速≤500转/分,运转时间≤150分钟。
用以上改性塑料,在挤出机挤出的LED日光灯灯管,在电镜下,纳米氧化钬和纳米硫酸钡在塑料内部形成以纳米晶体的网格布局,能有效改善LED芯片发出的眩光,使之光线柔和,改善对视网膜的伤害及不舒服感觉。
本发明具有下述优点:形成以纳米氧化钬、纳米硫酸钡晶体为核心的复合物,在塑料内部产生网格布局,添加量少,不需要造粒,保持透明度,并提高了原塑料的物理性能。

1.一种LED灯管的改性塑料,其特征在于光学级聚丙烯塑料,粒径≤5微米。纯度达99.5%以上氧化钬粒径≤50纳米,添加量,重量比为2%-9%。纯度达98%以上的硫酸钡,粒径≤80纳米,添加量,重量比为3%-11%。
