As shown in fig. 1-3: the spray booth roller bed comprises an outer cover plate assembly 3, rollers 13 and a driving assembly 8, wherein a plurality of rollers 13 are arranged in the outer cover plate assembly 3 in parallel, independent chains 14 are respectively arranged between two adjacent rollers 13, each chain 14 is respectively connected with a chain wheel arranged on the two adjacent rollers 13, and each chain 14 is provided with a tensioning assembly 4. A paint scraping plate assembly 6 is arranged under the belt pulleys at the two ends of the roller 13. The drive assembly 8 is in driving connection with one of the rollers 13 by means of the drive tensioner assembly 7.
Side plates 10 are installed in the side walls of the outer cover plate assembly 3, and both ends of the rollers 13 are installed on both side plates 10. The upper end of the side plate 10 is connected with the upper cover plate 5, the upper cover plate 5 is connected with the lower cover plate 11, the cross section of the lower cover plate 11 is L-shaped, and belt pulleys at two ends of the roller 13 are wrapped in the side plate 10, the upper cover plate 5 and the lower cover plate 11. As shown in fig. 4 and 5: the drive tensioner assembly 7 includes a drive frame 7.1, a left baffle 7.5, a right baffle 7.6, side frames 7.3, a base plate 7.2, a tensioner shaft 7.9, a drive sprocket 7.7 and a roller chain 7.13. The drive frame 7.1 is fastened to the side plate 10 and the lower cover plate 11. The left baffle 7.5, the right baffle 7.6 and the side frame 7.3 are mutually connected and installed on the driving frame 7.1, and the bottom plate 7.2 is connected below the left baffle 7.5, the right baffle 7.6 and the side frame 7.3. The driving sprocket 7.7 is arranged at the left end of the tensioning shaft 7.9, the driving sprocket 7.7 and the tensioning shaft 7.9 are further provided with a spacer 7.10, and the spacer 7.10 can adjust the play and the pre-compression of the tensioning shaft 7.9 and protect the tensioning shaft 7.9 from being damaged. The slide block bearings 7.12 are sleeved on the tensioning shafts 7.9 on two sides of the driving sprocket 7.7, the left end of the tensioning shafts 7.9 together with the driving sprocket 7.7 and the slide block bearings 7.12 are arranged in a space formed by the driving frame 7.1, the left baffle plate 7.5, the right baffle plate 7.6, the side frames 7.3 and the bottom plate 7.2, and the right end of the tensioning shafts 7.9 is connected with the driving assembly 8. The lower ends of the slider bearings 7.12 are connected by means of a pull plate 7.8, the pull plate 7.8 being connected to the base plate by means of a connecting piece 7.14. The roller chain 7.13 passes through the drive frame 7.1 to connect the drive sprocket 7.7 to a drive sprocket on one of the rollers 13. The connection 7.14 can be used to adjust the height of the slider bearing 7.12 and thus the tightness of the roller chain 7.13. The side frame 7.3 is provided with a plurality of guide bars 7.4, and the guide bars 7.4 are matched with grooves on the sliding block bearing 7.12 to play a role in guiding and stabilize the direction of the sliding block bearing 7.12.
As shown in fig. 7: the paint scraping plate assembly 6 comprises a paint scraping plate 6.1 and a bracket 6.2, and a baffle plate assembly 6.3 is arranged below the paint scraping plate 6.1 and the bracket 6.2. Two sides of the paint scraping plate 6.1 are respectively connected with a bracket 6.2, and the brackets 6.2 are arranged on the side plate 10. The upper end of the paint scraper 6.1 has teeth which, in use, match with grooves on the pulleys at the ends of the roller 13.
As shown in fig. 8: the tensioning assembly 4 comprises a tensioning frame 4.1, a sprocket mounting plate 4.2 and a tensioning sprocket 4.3; the chain wheel mounting plate 4.2 is hinged to the tensioning frame 4.1 by a pin shaft 4.4, and two tensioning chain wheels 4.3 are mounted on the chain wheel mounting plate 4.2; the pin shaft 4.4 is positioned between the two tensioning chain wheels 4.3; a tensioning bolt 4.5 for adjusting the position of the tensioning chain wheel 4.3 is also mounted on the tensioning frame 4.1.
