The pressure gauge 8 is arranged on the rubber barrel 10, the pressure in the rubber barrel 10 can be displayed, the designated pressure range in the rubber barrel 10 is 0.1-0.6MPa, and the switch 5 of the electromagnetic valve 3 is controlled through the reading display of the pressure gauge 8.
In order to increase the pressure at the outlet of the adhesive outflow conduit 7, the inner diameter of the adhesive outflow conduit 7 becomes smaller at the connection with the high-pressure air discharge conduit 2, preferably 0.4 to 0.8 times the original inner diameter.
In the embodiment of the invention, the steel ball 6 is arranged in the adhesive 11 spraying section of the high-pressure air spraying pipeline 2, the diameter of the steel ball 6 is smaller than the inner diameter of the high-pressure air spraying pipeline 2 where the steel ball 6 is positioned, the passing area of the high-pressure air spraying pipeline 2 at the steel ball 6 is reduced, the flow speed of compressed air is increased, and the adhesive 11 is atomized once under the action of high-speed air to form small particles of the adhesive 11.
Specifically, the diameter of the steel ball 6 is 0.5-0.9 times of the inner diameter of the high-pressure air spraying pipeline 2.
