Background
At present, the elastic sheet is arranged in the wiring hole of the ammeter to effectively clamp the external wiring head, and the electric meter has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. However, people find that because the elastic sheet directly contacts with air in actual use, metal fatigue occurs after the external connector is plugged for a certain number of times, so that the clamping force on the external connector is greatly reduced, the measuring precision of the ammeter is greatly influenced, and certain potential safety hazards are caused.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the wiring assembly of the ammeter, which has the advantages of exquisite structure, convenient use and long service life, can effectively ignore the problem that the elastic sheet in the wiring hole is too early and has metal fatigue during use, and can provide stable clamping force for the external wiring head for a long time.

the fixed plate is fixedly connected in the ammeter, one end of the fixed plate is C-shaped, the movable plate is slidably connected in the ammeter and positioned in the C-shaped, the fixed spring plates are fixedly connected to the fixed plate and positioned in the wiring holes of the ammeter respectively, and the movable spring plates are fixedly connected to the movable plate and positioned in the wiring holes of the ammeter respectively;
the reinforcing plate comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate which are fixedly connected, the transverse plate is slidably connected in the ammeter and is positioned at one side of the movable elastic sheet far away from the fixed plate, the vertical plate is perpendicular to the fixed plate and abuts against the fixed plate, and the reinforcing spring abuts between the movable plate and the vertical plate;

The use of the invention can be divided into two phases: 1. before metal fatigue occurs on the movable elastic piece in the initial use stage, a force facing the fixed elastic piece is applied to the movable elastic piece through the reinforcing spring, so that the clamping force of the movable elastic piece and the fixed elastic piece to the external connector lug is effectively improved; 2. after the movable elastic sheet is subjected to metal fatigue in the later use period, the external wire connector can be pushed continuously after the external wire connector is normally inserted, so that the external wire connector can continuously inwards advance and jack up the sliding block, the reinforcing plate further presses the reinforcing spring and locks under the drive of the driving block, and the clamping force between the movable elastic sheet and the fixed elastic sheet is effectively ensured.
The invention has the characteristics of exquisite structure, convenient use, long service life and capability of providing stable clamping force for the external connector for a long time.

The invention is shown in figures 1-2, and comprises a fixed plate 1, a movable plate 2, a reinforcing plate 3, a reinforcing spring 4, a plurality of fixed elastic pieces 5, a plurality of movable elastic pieces 6 and a plurality of reinforcing components 7;
the fixed plate 1 is fixedly connected in the ammeter, one end of the fixed plate is C-shaped, the movable plate 3 is slidably connected in the ammeter and positioned in the C-shaped, the fixed spring plates 5 are fixedly connected to the fixed plate 1 and are respectively positioned in the wiring holes of the ammeter, and the movable spring plates 6 are fixedly connected to the movable plate 2 and are respectively positioned in the wiring holes of the ammeter; in this way, the movable elastic sheet can freely slide in the wiring hole along the length direction of the movable plate;
the reinforcing plate 3 comprises a transverse plate 31 and a vertical plate 32 which are fixedly connected, the transverse plate 31 is slidably connected in the ammeter and is positioned at one side of the movable elastic sheet 6 far away from the fixed plate 1, the vertical plate 32 is perpendicular to the fixed plate 1 and is abutted against the fixed plate 1, and the reinforcing spring 4 is abutted between the movable plate 2 and the vertical plate 32; therefore, a certain pressure is applied to the movable plate through the reinforcing spring, and a force facing the fixed elastic piece is applied to the movable elastic piece before metal fatigue occurs to the movable elastic piece, so that the clamping force of the movable elastic piece and the fixed elastic piece to the external connector lug is effectively improved;
the reinforcing components 7 are in one-to-one correspondence with the wiring holes and comprise sliding blocks 71 and driving blocks 72, the sliding blocks 71 are slidably connected in the ammeter and are arranged on one side of the wiring holes far away from the fixed plate 1, wedge faces are formed in the tops of the sliding blocks 71, and the driving blocks 72 are fixedly connected to the transverse plate 31 and are located on one side of the sliding blocks 71 far away from the movable elastic sheet 6. Therefore, after the movable elastic sheet is subjected to metal fatigue (the appearance of the movable elastic sheet is that the external connector is loose and the measured data is not fixed), the external connector can be pushed continuously after the external connector is normally inserted, so that the external connector can continuously move inwards and jack up the sliding block, the reinforcing plate further presses the reinforcing spring under the drive of the driving block, and the clamping force between the movable elastic sheet and the fixed elastic sheet is effectively ensured.
The sliding block 71 is L-shaped; the wiring assembly further comprises a reset block 8, one end of the reset block 8 extends out of the ammeter and is fixedly connected with the movable plate 2, and the reset block 8 is located on one side, opposite to the reinforcing spring 4, of the movable plate 2. Therefore, after the external wire connector is inserted into and jacked up against the sliding block, the driving block can be driven to slide and be clamped into the L shape, so that the reinforcing plate is locked, and stable and effective clamping force is provided between the movable elastic sheet and the fixed elastic sheet; when the external connector needs to be pulled out, the reset block can be pressed to push the movable plate to press the reinforcing spring, so that the external connector is loosened, and the sliding block can be reset freely.
The fixed plate 1 is provided with a plurality of fixed holes 10 for accommodating the external connection terminals, the movable elastic pieces are sleeved in the fixed holes, the movable plate 2 is provided with a plurality of movable holes 20 for accommodating the external connection terminals, and the fixed elastic pieces are sleeved in the movable holes. Thereby avoiding the problem of motion interference of the movable plate and the fixed plate to the external connector lug.
One side of the movable plate 2 is connected in the C shape of the fixed plate 1 in a sliding way. Thereby the sliding of the movable plate is more stable and smooth.
