An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and features of the following examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a crib 100 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a crib 100, which includes a bed frame body 110, a guardrail 120 and a positioning mechanism 200. One side of the guard rail 120 is hinged with the bed frame body 110, and the positioning mechanism 200 is used for connecting the other side of the guard rail 120 with the bed frame body 110. Due to the adoption of the positioning mechanism 200, when the guardrail 120 is connected with the bedstead body 110, the operation is convenient, the connection is firm, and the safety coefficient is high.
It should be understood that the positioning mechanism 200 provided in this embodiment is not only used for connecting the bed frame body 110 of the crib 100 with the guard rail 120, but also used for other two devices that can slide each other and have a supporting force. Furthermore, the positioning mechanism 200 provided in this embodiment may be sold in a matched manner.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a positioning mechanism 200 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, in the present embodiment, the bed frame body 110 includes a bed base 112, and a head rest 113 and a tail rest 114 respectively disposed at the head and tail of the bed base 112. The top of the head rest 113 and the tail rest 114 are provided with second fixing elements (not shown) respectively. The two guardrails 120 are respectively hinged with two sides of the bed seat 112, and one ends of the two guardrails 120, which are far away from the bed seat 112, are respectively provided with a first fixing piece 121. Each positioning mechanism 200 includes a first connector 210, a second connector 220, and a locking assembly 230. Each first connector 210 is connected to one end of one first fixing member 121, each second connector 220 is connected to one end of one second fixing member, and a locking assembly 230 is connected to the second connector 220 and serves to lock the first connector 210 and the second connector 220.
In this embodiment, the first fixing member 121 and the second fixing member are both connecting rods.
It will be appreciated that each guardrail 120 can rotate relative to the bed 112 between the two second links, and at this time, each of the first fixing member 121 and the second fixing member has a supporting effect on the first connecting member 210 and the second connecting member 220 located therebetween. That is, the first connector 210 has a supporting effect on the second connector 220. For convenience of description, in the present embodiment, the direction of the supporting force of the first connecting member 210 to the second connecting member 220 is defined as the first direction.
If there is only a first direction of the abutment force between the first connector 210 and the second connector 220, the first connector 210 and the second connector 220 may slide with respect to each other in a direction perpendicular to the contact surface of the first connector 210 and the second connector 220 in the first direction. Therefore, the connection between the first fixing member 121 and the second fixing member may be not tight, so that the first fixing member 121 slides down relative to the second fixing member, thereby causing a safety accident. The positioning mechanism 200 provided in this embodiment can well solve this problem and is simple to operate.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the first connector 210 of the positioning mechanism 200 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first connecting member 210 has a block shape, the first connecting member 210 has a first end surface 201 and a second end surface 202 opposite to each other, the first end surface 201 is used for connecting with the second fixing member, and the second end surface 202 is used for connecting with the second connecting member 220.

The first connector 210 has two card inlets 213 formed on one side thereof, and accordingly, the number of the card inlets 213 is two, and the two card inlets 213 are respectively communicated with the two first sliding grooves 212. It will be appreciated that two snap-in openings 213 are provided for the second connector 220 to snap into the first chute 212 such that the second connector 220 slides within the first chute 212.
It will be appreciated that one of the abutment walls of the first chute 212, which is disposed opposite the card inlet 213, acts as a stop for the second connector 220. That is, the second connecting piece 220 slides to the abutting wall along the extending direction of the first sliding groove 212, that is, slides to the position.
It can be understood that the second connecting piece 220 has an acting force on the bottom of the first sliding groove 212, in order to prevent the second connecting piece 220 from falling off from the first sliding groove 212 under the reaction force of the bottom of the groove after the second connecting piece 220 is clamped into the first sliding groove 212, in this embodiment, the side wall of the first sliding groove 212 is further provided with the second sliding groove 214, so that the connecting end of the first sliding groove 212 and the second sliding groove 214 forms a stop portion 216, and the stop portion 216 is used for being matched with the second connecting piece 220 to prevent the second connecting piece 220 from falling off in the reaction force direction of the bottom of the first sliding groove 212. Wherein the card inlet 213 communicates with the second chute 214.
Preferably, the second end surface 202 is further provided with two first through holes 215, and the two first through holes 215 are used for connecting the first connecting piece 210 with the first fixing piece 121 through screws.

The button key 232 is used for providing the acting force of the lock tongue 231, driving the lock tongue 231 to act to be received in the second connecting piece 220, and compressing the elastic reset piece 233. The elastic restoring member 233 is configured to drive the latch 231 to protrude from the second connecting member 220 and insert into the locking groove 211 under the restoring force after the button key 232 is released.
It should be appreciated that the primary function of the locking assembly 230 is to eject or retract the locking tongue 231 to effect locking or unlocking of the first connector 210 and the second connector 220. The push button key 232 and the elastic restoring member 233 serve to more automatically and conveniently operate the latch 231. The outer connector 234 is used as a connector, and mainly for convenience of assembly, in other preferred embodiments, the structure of the second connector 220 may be changed, so that one end of the latch 231 protrudes from the second connector 220, and the other end is directly connected to the second connector 220 through the elastic restoring member 233. Also, it should be appreciated that in other preferred embodiments, ejection and retraction of the latch 231 into the second connector 220 may also be accomplished by changing the internal structure of the locking assembly 230, such as by controlling the latch 231 via a small hydraulic cylinder or the like.
