本发明公开了一种新型隔音墙板，包括板体和封条，所述板体的一端的端面处开设有双榫槽，且另一端的端面处设有与双榫槽相匹配的双榫头，所述板体的侧壁的中间处设置有凸块，所述板体在位于凸块的两侧对称开设有凹槽，所述板体在相对凸块的另一侧开设有固定槽，所述固定槽的内部等距开设有若干个安装固定孔，所述板体通过在安装固定孔内安装螺丝与墙体固定连接，所述封条通过黏胶粘合固定在固定槽的内部，所述板体包括防火层、基板和橡胶层，所述基板位于防火层和橡胶层之间，所述防火层设置在板体的最外层，所述基板内开设有若干个横向贯穿基板的三角孔。本发明构思巧妙，隔音效果好，安装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑隔音技术领域，具体为一种新型隔音墙板。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加快，越来越多的人住进了商品房，改善了居住条件，但是现在的楼房墙体结构单一，易传播声音，楼上楼下的噪音问题越来越严重，困扰着都市的人们，影响生活和休息，而现有的隔音墙板体积大，安装不便，价格昂贵，因此有需要设计一种新型隔音墙板，体积小，安装简便，造价便宜，隔音效果好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型隔音墙板，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种新型隔音墙板，包括板体和封条，所述板体的一端的端面处开设有双榫槽，且另一端的端面处设有与双榫槽相匹配的双榫头，所述板体的侧壁的中间处设置有凸块，所述板体在位于凸块的两侧对称开设有凹槽，所述板体在相对凸块的另一侧开设有固定槽，所述固定槽的内部等距开设有若干个安装固定孔，所述板体通过在安装固定孔内安装螺丝与墙体固定连接，所述封条通过黏胶粘合固定在固定槽的内部，所述板体包括防火层、基板和橡胶层，所述基板位于防火层和橡胶层之间，所述防火层设置在板体的最外层，所述基板内开设有若干个横向贯穿基板的三角孔。
优选的，所述防火层为矿棉板或玻璃棉板。
优选的，所述封条的底部开设有与安装固定孔相匹配吻合的孔洞。
优选的，所述封条的外轮廓与固定槽的内轮廓相匹配吻合。
优选的，所述双榫头与双榫槽榫接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：此发明通过设置双榫头和双榫槽来进行榫接，使得墙板之间连接更加的牢固，同时又便于安装，通过在凸块的两侧对称开设有凹槽，将板体通过螺丝固定安装在墙体上的时候，板体与墙体之间形成空腔，使得整体与墙体的硬性接触点少，减少了声音传播的通道，大大提高了隔音效果，改善了生活休息环境，通过设置固定槽和封条，一是便于安装，二是使得整体更加的契合美观，同时清洗方便，通过在基板上开设三角孔，三角形稳定性好，在不影响其性能的同时降低整体的质量，便于搬运。

请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种新型隔音墙板，包括板体1和封条8，所述板体1的一端的端面处开设有双榫槽2，且另一端的端面处设有与双榫槽2相匹配的双榫头3，所述双榫头3与双榫槽2榫接，通过设置双榫头3和双榫槽2来进行榫接，使得墙板之间连接更加的牢固，同时又便于安装，所述板体1的侧壁的中间处设置有凸块4，所述板体1在位于凸块4的两侧对称开设有凹槽6，通过在凸块4的两侧对称开设有凹槽6，将板体1通过螺丝9固定安装在墙体上的时候，板体1与墙体之间形成空腔，使得整体与墙体的硬性接触点少，减少了声音传播的通道，大大提高了隔音效果，改善了生活休息环境，所述板体1在相对凸块4的另一侧开设有固定槽5，所述固定槽5的内部等距开设有若干个安装固定孔7，所述板体1通过在安装固定孔7内安装螺丝9与墙体固定连接，所述封条8通过黏胶粘合固定在固定槽5的内部，所述封条8的底部开设有与安装固定孔7相匹配吻合的孔洞，所述封条8的外轮廓与固定槽5的内轮廓相匹配吻合，通过设置固定槽5和封条8，一是便于安装，二是使得整体更加的契合美观，所述板体1包括防火层11、基板12和橡胶层13，所述防火层11为矿棉板或玻璃棉板，所述基板12位于防火层11和橡胶层13之间，所述防火层11设置在板体1的最外层，所述基板12内开设有若干个横向贯穿基板12的三角孔14，通过在基板12上开设三角孔14，三角形稳定性好，在不影响其性能的同时降低整体的质量，便于搬运。
工作原理：首先通过在安装固定孔7内安装螺丝9将板体1固定在墙体上，墙体与板体1之间形成空腔，减少与墙体之间的硬性连接面积，减少了声音传播的通道，大大提高了隔音效果，改善了生活休息环境，然后将封条8粘合安装在固定槽5内，确保整体的美观，使得整片平滑无死角，不会藏污纳垢，造成清洗不便，然后通过双榫头3和双榫槽2与另一块板体1之间进行榫接，安装简便。

1.一种新型隔音墙板，包括板体（1）和封条（8），其特征在于：所述板体（1）的一端的端面处开设有双榫槽（2），且另一端的端面处设有与双榫槽（2）相匹配的双榫头（3），所述板体（1）的侧壁的中间设置有凸块（4），所述板体（1）在位于凸块（4）的两侧对称开设有凹槽（6），所述板体（1）在相对凸块（4）的另一侧开设有固定槽（5），所述固定槽（5）的内部等距开设有若干个安装固定孔（7），所述板体（1）通过在安装固定孔（7）内安装螺丝（9）与墙体固定连接，所述封条（8）通过黏胶粘合固定在固定槽（5）的内部，所述板体（1）包括防火层（11）、基板（12）和橡胶层（13），所述基板（12）位于防火层（11）和橡胶层（13）之间，所述防火层（11）设置在板体（1）的最外层，所述基板（12）内开设有若干个横向贯穿基板（12）的三角孔（14）。
