Abstract

本发明涉一种抗弯曲板,其特征在于:所述抗弯曲板上下表面凌乱地布满多个凸起与多个凹陷,使得所述抗弯曲板沿各个方向都不能避开所述凸起和所述凹陷形成直线的折痕,所述凸起与所述凹陷的形状相同,分别为弧形或梯形。本发明抗弯曲强度好,可适用于多个领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及板料技术领域,特指一种抗弯曲板。
背景技术
一般的板材都是平的,其抗弯曲能力差,平板容易折弯,在墙梁墙面等建筑领域,为了提高板材的抗弯强度,会采用增加其厚度的方式来实现,但这样无疑大大增加了材料,增加了成本。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种抗弯曲板,每个方向的抗弯曲强度高,可以使用到多个领域,节约材料用料,重量轻,节约成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗弯曲板,其特征在于:所述抗弯曲板上下表面凌乱地布满多个凸起与多个凹陷,使得所述抗弯曲板沿各个方向都不能避开所述凸起和所述凹陷形成直线的折痕,所述凸起与所述凹陷的形状为弧形或梯形。
优选地,所述抗弯曲板为金属板,采用冲压成型。
优选地,所述抗弯曲板为塑料板。
本发明有益效果:
在板材的上下表面设有凸起及凹陷,使得板材往各个方向都不易被弯曲,在板材被弯曲时,凸起/凹陷就会阻碍,达到了抗弯曲的目的,采用这种方式,使得在板材的表面上不能形成直线的折痕,即不管往哪个方向弯曲都会碰到凸起或凹陷,抗弯曲强度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。
实施例1:如图1所示,一种抗弯曲板,所述抗弯曲板上下表面凌乱地布满多个凸起1与多个凹陷2,使得所述抗弯曲板沿各个方向都不能避开所述凸起1和所述凹陷2形成直线的折痕,即不管往哪个方向弯曲都会碰到凸起1或凹陷2,所述凸起1与所述凹陷2的形状为弧形。
实施例2:如图2所示,一种抗弯曲板,所述抗弯曲板上下表面凌乱地布满多个凸起1与多个凹陷2,使得所述抗弯曲板沿各个方向都不能避开所述凸起1和所述凹陷2形成直线的折痕,即不管往哪个方向弯曲都会碰到凸起1或凹陷2,所述凸起1与所述凹陷2的形状为梯形。
另外,所述抗弯曲板为金属板,采用冲压成型,一块金属板材,采用上、下模具冲压,及可加工完成,冲压后的金属板可以用作夹芯板,重量轻,强度高,也可以用于作为许多的建筑材料,箱壁等。
另外,所述抗弯曲板为塑料板,塑料板制作成这个结构,也同样具有抗弯曲的作用,提高了塑料板的抗弯曲能力。

1.一种抗弯曲板,其特征在于:所述抗弯曲板上下表面凌乱地布满多个凸起与多个凹陷,使得所述抗弯曲板沿各个方向都不能避开所述凸起和所述凹陷形成直线的折痕,所述凸起与所述凹陷的形状相同,分别为弧形或梯形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗弯曲板,其特征在于:所述抗弯曲板为金属板,采用冲压成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗弯曲板,其特征在于:所述抗弯曲板为塑料板。
