本发明涉及一种抗紫外纱线,其特征在于:包括:变色纤维、聚酯纤维和蚕丝纤维,所述变色纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为49%~57%,所述聚酯纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为18%~32%,所述蚕丝纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为13%~27%,所述变色纤维为一种光感变色纤维;本发明具有变色、抗菌、护肤及良好的吸湿性,从根本上解决了服装面料变色问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织纱线领域,尤其涉及一种抗紫外纱线。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于纺织品的要求也越来越高,已由原来的保暖、舒适性的基本要求转变为抗菌、消毒、防辐射、高弹性等各种功能性要求,功能型纱线的应用,解决了人们在日常生活中的各种问题,例如、抗紫外服装、耐高温服装、防辐射服装等等。
同时,服装的色彩要求也更高一层,目前大多数服装采用面料后处理或添加各种变色材料使服装可以进行变色,满足了人们的色彩感。但是对于涂料变色,由于受温度、阳光或外界条件的影响,也大大影响了变色服装面料的效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有变色、抗菌、抗紫外、护肤及良好的吸湿性,从根本上解决了服装面料变色问题的抗紫外纱线。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种抗紫外纱线,其创新点在于:包括 :变色纤维、聚酯纤维和蚕丝纤维,所述变色纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为49% ~ 57%,所述聚酯纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为 18% ~ 32%, 所述蚕丝纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为 13% ~ 27%,所述变色纤维为一种光感变色纤维;
所述光感变色纤维是以棉纤维为基体,添加有机光致变色材料制成;
所述抗紫外纱线为 S 向加捻并成螺旋型旋转。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明具有变色、抗菌、抗紫外、护肤及良好的吸湿性,从根本上解 决了服装面料变色问题。

光感变色纤维是以棉纤维为基体,添加有机光致变色材料制成;
变色纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为 55%,所述聚酯纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量百分比为 30%,所述蚕丝纤维在抗紫外纱线中所占重量 百分比为 15%;
抗紫外纱线为 S 向加捻并成螺旋型旋转。
