技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其是一种用于非驾驶位用的汽车座椅。
背景技术
现有的非驾驶位用的汽车座椅,包括坐体和与该坐体连接的靠体,从坐体到靠体上设有安全带。这种汽车座椅的安全性仅靠安全带进行控制,一旦发生碰撞事故,安全带的保护力度不够,因此这种安全座椅的安全性不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车座椅,它可以解决现有汽车座椅安全性不高的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种汽车座椅,包括坐体和靠体,所述靠体包括上面体、下面体和两个侧面体,所述上面体、下面体和两个侧面体形成内腔体,所述下面体与所述坐体连接,所述上面体和所述侧面体分别设有开口,所述开口处分别设有可开启的面板,所述内腔体于所述上面体开口和所述侧面体开口处分别设有气囊,所述气囊与气泵通过电磁阀连接,所述电磁阀与控制器连接,所述控制器与感应器连接。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述坐体下表面设有与所述气泵连接的底部气囊。
进一步的:所述上面体的气囊充气后向行车方向延伸,所述侧面体气囊充气后呈弧形对接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、在靠背上增加气囊,一旦发生碰撞时,感应器给出信号到控制器,控制器控制电磁阀开启,气泵对气囊充气,气囊突破面板向外延伸,起到保护坐在该汽车座椅上的乘客的作用,上面板的气囊保护乘客的头部,侧面板的气囊保护乘客的上半身。
2、坐体的底部设有的气囊,在发生碰撞时,底部气囊保护乘客的腿部,使得整个汽车座椅的安全性能进一步提高。
3、上面体的气囊向行车方向延伸,可以有效地保护到坐在该座椅上的乘客的头部,侧面体的气囊分别向乘客方向聚拢,可以有效地保护乘客的身体上部。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2和图3的汽车座椅所示的实施例,包括坐体1和靠体2,该靠体2包括上面体2-1、下面体和两个侧面体2-2,上面体2-1、下面体和两个侧面体2-2形成内腔体,该下面体与坐体1连接,上面体2-1和侧面体2-2分别设有开口,该开口处分别设有可开启的面板3,内腔体于上面体2-1的开口和侧面体2-2的开口处分别设有气囊2-3和气囊2-4,该气囊2-3与气泵4通过电磁阀5连接,该电磁阀5与控制器6连接,该控制器6与感应器7连接;坐体1的下表面设有与气泵4连接的底部气囊1-1;侧面体2-2的气囊2-4充气后呈弧形对接。
感应器7感应到车速在35公里/小时以上发生碰撞时,发送信号到控制器6,控制器6控制电磁阀5开启,对上面体2-1、两个侧面体2-2以及底部的气囊充气,充气后的气囊冲开上面体面板、侧面体面板向乘客的头部、上身、腿部方向延伸,从而起到充分保护乘客的作用。

1.一种汽车座椅,包括坐体和靠体,其特征在于:所述靠体包括上面体、下面体和两个侧面体,所述上面体、下面体和两个侧面体形成内腔体,所述下面体与所述坐体连接,所述上面体和所述侧面体分别设有开口,所述开口处分别设有可开启的面板,所述内腔体于所述上面体开口和所述侧面体开口处分别设有气囊,所述气囊与气泵通过电磁阀连接,所述电磁阀与控制器连接,所述控制器与感应器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述坐体下表面设有与所述气泵连接的底部气囊。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述得汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述上面体的气囊充气后向行车方向延伸,所述侧面体气囊充气后呈弧形对接。
