The distance between the upper grinding wheel and the lower grinding wheel and the contact point of the workpiece to be ground is smaller than the diameter of the workpiece to be ground. The existing online measuring device is usually arranged on the opposite side of the grinding wheel, and the measuring operation is required to be carried out after the device moves forwards during measurement, so that the processing time of a single piece is prolonged, and the production efficiency is reduced.

The maximum distance between the edges of the upper grinding wheel and the lower grinding wheel, which are close to each other, is smaller than the diameter of the workpiece to be ground, the connecting line length of the contact points of the upper grinding wheel and the workpiece to be ground is the chord length of the section of the workpiece to be ground, and the chord length is smaller than the diameter of the section of the workpiece to be ground, so that the diameter of the section of the workpiece to be ground is yielded, the upper toothed plate and the lower toothed plate are contacted with the same, and the measuring rule accurately measures the diameter of the workpiece to be ground. The toothed plate material hardness is greater than the material hardness of the workpiece to be ground, so that the measurement accuracy and the service life of the toothed plate are ensured.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

As shown in figure 2, the workpiece to be ground is contacted with the upper grinding wheel and the lower grinding wheel, the connecting line length of the contact points is smaller than that of the contact points of the workpiece to be ground and the upper ruler plate and the lower ruler plate, and the connecting line length of the contact points of the upper ruler plate and the lower ruler plate and the workpiece to be ground is the diameter length of the workpiece to be ground.
When the workpiece to be ground is fixed by the grinder head and the jacking head, the workpiece to be ground starts to rotate under the drive of the grinder head, the grinding wheel mechanism slides on the frame to be in contact with the workpiece to be ground, the upper ruler plate and the lower ruler plate on the grinding carriage move downwards to be in contact with the workpiece to be ground under the drive of the slider, the diameter of the workpiece to be ground is reduced along with the grinding, the distance between the upper ruler plate and the lower ruler plate is reduced, and when the diameter of the workpiece to be ground reaches the preset grinding diameter, the grinder head and the grinding wheel stop rotating, so that the grinding work is completed.
