example 1: hemorrhoid ligation cutter
Referring to fig. 1 to 10 and 13 to 16, the hemorrhoid ligation cutter comprises a shell 1, a hood 2, an outer tube 3, a nail supporting seat 4, a nail bin 5, a nail pushing sheet 6, a cutting blade 25, a blade spring 26, a limit stop 27, a stop supporting seat 28, a stop spring 29, a deflector rod 30 and a driving device;

A negative pressure pipe 18 for introducing negative pressure is arranged in the shell 1, the front end of the negative pressure pipe 18 is communicated with the rear end of the inner pipe 13, the rear end of the negative pressure pipe 18 is arranged outside the shell 1 in a penetrating way, and the rear end of the negative pressure pipe 18 can be used as a negative pressure suction interface to be connected with a negative pressure suction device; the middle part of the negative pressure pipe 18 is also provided with a negative pressure start-stop switch 40 for controlling the on and off of the negative pressure, and the negative pressure start-stop switch 40 is actually a valve.
In the use state, the first driving end drives the nail pushing plate 6 to move forward along the axial direction of the outer tube 3 until the nail pushing plate 6 pushes out the ligature nails in the nail bin 5, meanwhile, the second driving end drives the deflector rod 30 to slide forward along the axial direction of the outer tube 3 on the cutting blade 25, the third driving end pre-presses the blade spring 26, when the inclined surface 34 on the deflector rod 30 slides to the unlocking hole 33, the deflector rod 30 can force the limit stop 27 to slide upwards relative to the stop block supporting seat 28 in the direction vertical to the plate body of the cutting blade 25 until the limit end surface 32 is separated, and at the moment, the cutting blade 25 slides forward along the axial direction of the outer tube 3 on the nail pushing plate 6 and is launched out.
In a use state, a ligature nail 21 is arranged in the nail bin 5 of the hemorrhoid ligature cutter, the ligature nail 21 consists of a connecting part 23 and two nail feet 24, and the two nail feet 24 are respectively arranged on two end parts of the connecting part 23; the sum of the lengths of the two nail feet 24 is larger than the length of the connecting part 23 and smaller than twice the length of the connecting part 23, the length of a single nail foot 24 is smaller than the length of the connecting part 23, and the lengths of the nail feet 24 and the connecting part 23 are required to meet the three conditions at the same time, so that the two nail feet 24 can be staggered with each other and the nail feet and the connecting part are cohesive together after the ligature nail is formed; a plurality of ligature nails 21 are installed in the nail bin 5, a nail abutting spring is arranged in the nail bin 5, one end of the nail abutting spring abuts against the nail bin 5, the other end of the nail abutting spring abuts against the ligature nails 21, and the end parts of the nail feet 24 of the ligature nails 21 face the spiral groove 9.
The whole appearance of the hemorrhoid ligation cutter can be designed into a gun-type appearance, and the hemorrhoid ligation cutter is used as a product to be sterilized by ethylene oxide, and the material of the product meets the requirements of GB/T16886.1. The ligating nail 21 material is made of a metal (e.g., stainless steel, titanium alloy) that meets the requirements of the implant. 6 to 8 ligature nails 21 can be arranged in the nail bin 5, and ligature cutting can be continuously carried out for 6 to 8 times.
The operation flow is used: opening the sterile package; a negative pressure suction device is connected to the rear end of the negative pressure pipe 18; under the guidance of an auxiliary instrument anoscope, adjusting or rotating the hemorrhoid ligation cutter; aligning the second operation port 12 of the head cap 2 with the tissue of the affected part; pressing the negative pressure start-stop switch 40, observing the attracted tissue from the transparent hood 2; the firing wrench 16 is held to the bottom to complete one ligation cut. The negative pressure start-stop switch 40 can be reset automatically. A second ligature pin 21 is in place and a further ligature cut can be made.
Some variations on example 1 illustrate:
(1) Regarding the sliding connection mode of the cutting blade 25 and the ejector pin sheet 6, the positions of the blade guide groove 35 and the protruding block 36 can be exchanged, that is, the ejector pin sheet 6 is provided with the protruding block 36, and the cutting blade 25 is provided with the blade guide groove 35 matched with the protruding block 36.
(2) The above-mentioned driving lever 30 is designed to be formed by integrally connecting a first segment of lever body 37 and a second segment of lever body 38, and the front end surface of the second segment of lever body 38 is supported on the stop support seat 28 toward the unlocking hole 33, which is an optimal solution, so that the driving lever 30 can be more stably supported on the cutting blade 25. The shift lever 30 may be designed to have only one segment of lever body, and the lever body must be provided with an inclined surface 34 corresponding to the unlocking hole 33.
(3) The specific structural form of the driving device belongs to the prior art, and other common structures in the prior art can be adopted.
Example 2: hemorrhoid ligation cutter
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the difference between embodiment 2 and embodiment 1 is the opening structure of the nail holder and the head cover, and the other structures of embodiment 2 are the same as those of embodiment 1. A first operation opening 11 for accommodating tissue of an affected part is formed on the plate body of the nail supporting seat 4 adjacent to the spiral groove 9 in embodiment 2, a first notch 19 is formed on the end surface of one side of the plate body of the nail supporting seat 4 adjacent to the spiral groove, and the first notch 19 is communicated with the first operation opening 11; the side part of the head cover 2 is provided with a second operation opening 12 and a second notch 20 corresponding to the first operation opening 11 and the first notch 19 of the nail supporting seat 4, and the second operation opening 12 and the second notch 20 are communicated. The structure can be used for carrying out negative pressure suction on tissues to be ligated or carrying out traction on auxiliary instruments, namely the structure can be used for two purposes. In the case of internal hemorrhoids, the internal hemorrhoids may be sucked under negative pressure by using only the first operation port 11 and the second operation port 12 with the cover provided on the second notch 20 closed, or the cover provided on the second notch 20 may be opened, and the internal hemorrhoids may be pulled into the first operation port 11 and the second operation port 12 through the first notch 19 and the second notch 20 by using an auxiliary instrument. For small blood vessels or other tubular tissue (e.g., a cholecyst tube), the cap on the second notch 20 is opened and the small blood vessels or other tubular tissue is pulled into the first and second ports 11 and 12 through the first and second notches 19 and 20 with an auxiliary instrument. In addition, embodiment 2 may be designed without the negative pressure tube 18, in which case the hemorrhoid ligator cutter of embodiment 2 is only suitable for pulling tissue into the hood 2 with an auxiliary instrument.
