Detailed Description
In this specification, a technical solution is provided for quickly performing staff statistics on member users in a target group in a form of sending a question message in a group chat scenario.
When the method is realized, a member user in a target group can initiate a question message carrying a specified reply format in a group chat scene, after an instant messaging client receives reply messages which are initiated by other member users and conform to the specified reply format, the reply contents of the reply messages and the question messages can be stored in an associated mode, and then personnel statistics is carried out on other member users based on the reply contents stored in the associated mode of the question messages, so that the personnel statistics can be quickly carried out on the member users in the group chat scene by issuing the question messages, and further the statistical efficiency of the personnel statistics on the member users in the group can be improved.
The following is a detailed description through specific embodiments and with reference to specific application scenarios.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating a people statistics method in a group chat scenario according to an embodiment of the present specification, applied to an instant messaging client, and performing the following steps:
step 102, determining the type of the received group chat message;
104, if the received group chat message is a question message initiated by the target user, displaying the question message in a message interface of the target group; wherein, the question message carries a specified reply format;
step 106, if the received group chat message is a reply message which is initiated by other member users in the target group and conforms to the specified reply format, storing the reply content of the reply message in association with the question message;
and step 108, carrying out personnel statistics on the other member users based on the reply content stored in association with the question message.
The instant messaging client can comprise instant messaging client software with any type of carried group functions; such as staples (Ding Talk).
The target user may specifically include an initiator user initiating the staff statistics on the member users in the target group.
The staff statistics may specifically include any staff statistics form; in practical applications, the people statistics may specifically include voting statistics, content statistics, activity statistics, and other statistical forms in a group chat scenario.
For example, in one scenario, the target user may initiate a question message in the target group, and carry a specified reply format in the question message to summon other members for user voting, and then perform voting statistics on other member users in combination with reply contents of the question message by other member users in the target group;
for another example, in another example, the target user may initiate a query message in the target group, and carry a specified reply format in the query message, initiate a group activity in the target group, and then count the number of other member users participating in the group activity based on the reply content of the other member users to the query message; or, when the group activity initiated by the target user includes a plurality of activity options, the number of users who have selected each activity option by each other member user participating in the group activity can be counted further based on the reply content of each other member user for the question message; for example, assuming that the group activity is a hill-climbing activity, the activity option may be a hill-climbing route, and in this case, in addition to counting the number of member users participating in the hill-climbing activity, the number of member users who have selected each hill-climbing route from among the member users participating in the hill-climbing activity may be further counted.
In this specification, when the target user needs to initiate one-time staff statistics in the target group, a question message in a question format may be edited in a message interface of the target group, and the question message carries an assigned reply format, and then the question message is issued to other member users in the target group through a server corresponding to the instant messaging client.
The specific format of the question message can be defined in advance by the instant messaging client. In practical application, the question message may specifically carry question options, and when other member users reply to the question message according to a specified reply format carried in the question message, the corresponding question options may be selected from the reply content; therefore, when people statistics is finally carried out, people statistics can be respectively carried out based on the question options selected by other member users in the reply content.
In an embodiment shown, a message format of the question message carrying the question option may specifically be as follows:
[ message text ] [ first delimiter ] [ option keyword 1] [ prompt keyword ] [ second delimiter ] [ reply keyword 1] [ second delimiter ] … [ first delimiter ] [ option keyword N ] [ prompt keyword ] [ second delimiter ] [ reply keyword N ] [ second delimiter ]
The first separator is used for determining the initial position of each option keyword and each reply keyword in the message.
And the second separator is used for determining the accurate position of each reply keyword in the group chat message. The prompt keywords are used for separating each option keyword from the reply keywords corresponding to the option keywords. Wherein, the position of each option keyword and the corresponding reply keyword in the message can have a relative position relationship; for example, in the message format shown above, each option keyword is placed before the prompt keyword, and the corresponding reply keyword is placed after the prompt keyword; of course, in practical applications, the positions of the option keyword and the corresponding reply keyword relative to the prompt keyword may be interchanged.
The question message may carry a plurality of option keywords and corresponding reply keywords, so the number of the first separators and the second separators carried in the question message may also be a plurality.
The second delimiter and the reply keyword are the 'designated reply format' carried in the question message, and other member users can reply to the question message by editing the second delimiter and the reply keyword. Of course, in practical applications, only the reply keyword may be set as the "specified reply format" (i.e., the specified reply format does not include the second delimiter).
In practical applications, the message text may be inserted at any position in the message format, and in the message format shown above, the placement of the message text at the message starting position is only an example. The first separator and the second separator may specifically use any character; the above-mentioned prompt keyword may be any keyword.
In one implementation, the first delimiter may be specifically ","; the second delimiter may specifically be "#"; the prompt keyword may be "please reply". In this case, it is possible to use "" as the starting position of the individual option keyword and the reply keyword corresponding to each option keyword in the message, surround each reply keyword with two "#" to indicate the exact position of each reply keyword in the message, and separate each option keyword and the corresponding reply keyword using the keyword "please reply". Of course, in practical application, two "#" may be used to respectively message each option keyword and each reply keyword.
In this case, the message format may be expressed as:
[ message text ], [ option keyword 1] [ prompt keyword ] # [ reply keyword 1] #., [ option keyword N ] [ prompt keyword ] # [ reply keyword N ] #
For example, referring to fig. 2, taking an example that a target user initiates a hill-climbing activity in the target group, in this scenario, a message format of the question message may specifically be as follows:
there are three routes for this hill climbing activity, route 1 please reply to # a #, route 2 please reply to # B #, route 3 please reply to # C #?
In the above question message, "three lines of the current mountain climbing activity" are message texts; "," is the first delimiter; "#" is a second delimiter; please reply as a prompt keyword; "A, B, C" are option keywords, respectively. "# a #", "# B #", and "# C #", respectively, are designated reply formats corresponding to the option keywords.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in this case, other member users may register to participate in the hill climbing activity and select their favorite route by editing the reply messages "# a #", "# B #, and" # C # ". Of course, in practical applications, the keyword "A, B, C" may be used only as the specified reply format, and the "#" may not be used as the reply format. In this case, the other member users can register to participate in the hill-climbing activity by editing the reply messages "a", "B", and "C", and select a route that they like.
In this specification, the question message may specifically adopt an open question form instead of carrying a question option. In this case, other member users can reply to any content based on the specified reply format carried in the question message.
In another embodiment, the message format of the question message not carrying the question option may specifically be as follows:
[ message text ] [ third delimiter ] [ prompt keyword ] [ third delimiter ]
The third separator is used for determining the precise position of the prompt keyword in the message.
The prompt keyword is used for indicating a reply format. In practical application, the format of the prompt keyword may be consistent with the reply format indicated by the prompt keyword.
The third delimiter and the prompt keyword are the 'designated reply format' carried in the question message, and other member users can reply to the question message by editing the second delimiter and the reply keyword. Of course, in practical applications, only the prompt keyword may be set as the "specified reply format" (i.e., the specified reply format does not include the third delimiter).
In practical applications, the message text may still be inserted at any position in the message format, and in the message format shown above, the placement of the message text at the message starting position is only exemplary. The third delimiter may specifically use any character; the prompt keyword may be any keyword capable of indicating a reply format.
In one implementation, the third delimiter may specifically be a "#". In this case, the prompt keyword may be enclosed with two "#" s to indicate the precise location of the prompt keyword in the message.
In this case, the message format may be expressed as:
[ message text ], # [ prompt keyword ] #
For example, referring to fig. 3, still taking an example that a target user initiates a hill-climbing activity in the target group, in this scenario, the message format of the question message may specifically be as follows:
the two days are ready for organizing to climb mountains in the west lake, please return to the date that you have an empty, and return to the format of #2017.01.23 #?
In the above question message, "these two days are ready to organize to go to the west lake mountain climbing, please reply the date that you have an empty, reply the format as" message text; "#" is the third delimiter; "2017.01.23" is a prompt keyword indicating the format of the reply when the other member user recovers the quiz message. "# 2017.01.23 #" specifies the reply format.
In this case, the other member users can reply to the dates which they have left empty by editing the reply message #2017.xx.xx #, which has the same format as the prompt keyword "2017.01.23". Of course, in practical applications, only the reply format shown by the prompt keyword "2017.01.23" may be used as the specified reply format, and the "#" may not be used as the reply format. In this case, the other member user can reply to the date on which he has been empty by editing the reply message "2017. xx.xx".
In this specification, after receiving the group chat message sent by the target user, the instant messaging client may perform format analysis on the received group chat message to determine a specific type of the group chat message.
In one aspect, if the message format of the group chat message matches the message format of the question message shown above, the group chat message may be determined to be a question message.
On the other hand, if the message format of the group chat message does not match the message format of the question message shown above, it may be further determined whether the message format of the group chat message matches the above-mentioned specified reply format stored locally; if the message format of the group chat message matches the specified reply format, it may be determined that the group chat message is a reply message for the question message originated for other member users in the target group.
When analyzing the format of the received group chat message, the instant messaging client may specifically complete the analysis according to the message format shown above.
In an implementation manner, for the above-shown message format of the question message carrying the question option, when the instant messaging client performs format analysis on the received group chat message according to the message format, the instant messaging client may first traverse the group chat message to search the first separator, the second separator, and the prompt keyword;
if the first separator is found, the starting positions of the option keywords and the reply keywords in the message can be located based on the first separator, and then the second separator and the prompt keywords are continuously found from the starting positions. If a second specified delimiter is found, the exact location of the reply keyword in the message may be located based on the second specified delimiter and the reply keyword is then separated from the message.
Further, if the prompt keyword is found, since the prompt keyword is used for separating the option keyword from the reply keyword, the option keyword corresponding to the found reply keyword can be further located based on the found prompt keyword, then the option keyword corresponding to the reply keyword can be continuously sorted out from the message, and the mapping relationship between the separated option keyword and the reply keyword corresponding to the option keyword is stored.
By analogy, the instant messaging client can separate all option keywords carried in the message and reply keywords corresponding to the option keywords by repeatedly executing the format analysis process shown above, and establish the mapping relationship between all option keywords and the corresponding reply keywords in the message; meanwhile, the instant messaging client can also store all the divided reply keywords and a second separator for determining the reply keywords in a mode of association with a specified reply format for the message.
For example, the following question message shown in fig. 2 is still taken as an example:
there are three routes for this hill climbing activity, route 1 please reply to # a #, route 2 please reply to # B #, route 3 please reply to # C #?
When the instant messaging client analyzes the message, the instant messaging client can traverse and search a first delimiter "and a second delimiter" # "carried in the message, then based on the positions respectively indicated by the first delimiter" and the second delimiter "#", respectively separate a mapping relation between an option keyword "route 1" and a corresponding reply keyword "a", "route 2" and a corresponding reply keyword "B", and between a "route 3" and a corresponding reply keyword "C", from the message, and then locally store the "# a #", "# B #" and "# C #" as a "specified reply format" for the message.
In another implementation manner, for the above-described message format of the question message that does not carry the question option, when the instant messaging client performs format analysis on the received group chat message according to the message format, the instant messaging client may first traverse the group chat message to search the third delimiter;
if the third separator is found, the exact position of the reply keyword in the message can be located based on the third separator, and then the prompt keyword is separated from the message.
Further, after the prompt keyword is separated, because the prompt keyword is used to indicate a reply format, the instant messaging client may further analyze the format of the prompt keyword, and then associate and store the format and the third separator locally as a "specified reply format" for the message.
For example, the following question message shown in fig. 3 is still taken as an example:
the two days are ready for organizing to climb mountains in the west lake, please return to the date that you have an empty, and return to the format of #2017.01.23 #?
When the instant messaging client parses the message, the instant messaging client may traverse the message to find the third delimiter "#", then separate the prompt keyword "2017.01.23" from the message based on the precise location indicated by the third delimiter "#", respectively, and then save "# 2017.01.23 #" as the "specified reply format" for the message.
In this specification, if the instant messaging client parses the received group chat message as a question message through the format parsing process shown above, the question message may be displayed in the message interface of the target group.
Specifically, if the received group chat message is a question message initiated by the target user, a corresponding question record may be created for the question message; meanwhile, in a group chat scene, a plurality of question messages may exist in the same group, so in order to distinguish different question messages, a unique question mark may be allocated to the question message, the question mark is added to the specified reply format carried in the question message, and then the question message added with the question mark is displayed in the message interface of the target group.
In one implementation, when adding a question identifier to a question message, the question identifier may be specifically added before a reply keyword in the message format of the question message shown above.
For example, the display format of the quiz message shown in fig. 2 and 3 may be finally as follows:
there are three routes for this hill climbing activity, route 1 please reply to #001A #, route 2 please reply to #001B #, route 3 please reply to #001C #?
The two days are ready for organizing to climb mountains in the west lake, please return to the date that you have an empty, and return to the format of #0022017.01.23 #?
The "001" and "002" are question numbers of the question questions indicated above
Correspondingly, if the instant messaging client analyzes that the received group chat message is a reply message aiming at a question message issued by the target user before through the format analysis process shown above, the reply content of the reply message can be stored in association with the question message.
Specifically, because the specified reply format carried by the question message displayed in the message interface carries the question number, the reply messages of other member users for the question message also carry the question number; in this case, the instant messaging client may extract the question identifier in the reply content of the reply message, search for a corresponding question record based on the question identifier, and then store the content in the reply content other than the question identifier in the question record, so as to complete the associated storage of the reply content and the question message.
In this specification, after all other member users in the target group complete the reply to the question message initiated by the target user, the instant messaging client may perform staff statistics on all other member users based on the reply content stored in association with the question message;
for example, taking a question message initiated by a target user as the question message shown in fig. 2 as an example:
there are three routes for this hill climbing activity, route 1 please reply to #001A #, route 2 please reply to #001B #, route 3 please reply to #001C #?
In this case, the reply contents of other member users have been recorded in the question record corresponding to the question number "001", and the instant messaging client may determine the mountain climbing routes selected by the other member users based on the recorded contents, and then count the number of users who have respectively selected "route 1", "route 2", and "route 3" among the other member users to perform statistics.
As another example, taking a question message initiated by a target user as the question message shown in fig. 3 as an example:
the two days are ready for organizing to climb mountains in the west lake, please return to the date that you have an empty, and return to the format of #0022017.01.23 #?
In this case, the reply contents of the other member users have been recorded in the question record corresponding to the question number "002", and the instant messaging client may determine the dates on which the other member users are available based on the recorded contents, and then count the dates on which the other member users are available, and the number of users available on each date.
Therefore, through the method, the target user can quickly complete personnel statistics of other member users in the current group by editing the question message in a special format and carrying the specified reply format in the question message, so that the personnel statistics in the forms of voting statistics, content statistics, activity statistics and the like can be completed without a webpage or a tool of a third party, and the statistical efficiency of personnel statistics on the member users in the group can be remarkably improved.
Referring to fig. 4, based on the same idea, the group joining method in the group chat scenario provided in the embodiment of the present specification is applied to an instant messaging client, and executes the following steps:
step 402, determining the type of the received group chat message;
step 404, if the received group chat message is a question message initiated by the target user, displaying the question message in a message interface of the target group; wherein, the question message carries a designated reply format and a group identifier to be added;
step 404, if the received group chat message is a reply message which is initiated by other member users in the target group and conforms to the specified reply format, adding the other member users to the user group corresponding to the group identifier.
In this embodiment, after the target user initiates staff statistics once in the target group, a requirement that a specific user group in the target group is added to one user group may be needed; for example, taking the target user initiating an activity in the target group as an example, there may be a need to add all users participating in the activity to another user group.
In this case, when the target user edits a question message in a subject format in a message interface of the target group and initiates personnel statistics, the question message may carry a specified reply format and a group identifier (such as a group ID) of the user group to be joined, and then the question message is issued to other member users in the target group through a server corresponding to the instant messaging client.
In an embodiment, a message format of the question message may be as follows:
[ message text ] [ fourth delimiter ] [ reply keyword ] [ fourth delimiter ] [ prompt keyword ] [ fourth delimiter ]
The fourth delimiter is used for determining the initial positions of the reply keywords and the prompt keywords in the message.
The prompt keyword is used for indicating the group identifier of the user group to be joined.
The fourth delimiter and the prompt keyword are the "designated reply format".
In one implementation, the fourth delimiter may be specifically "#"; in this case, the reply keyword and the prompt keyword may be surrounded with two "#", respectively, to indicate the exact positions of the reply keyword and the prompt keyword in the message.
Wherein, the positions of the reply keyword and the prompt keyword in the message still can have a relative position relationship; for example, in the message format shown above, the reply keyword may be placed before the prompt keyword; of course, in practical applications, the positions of the reply keyword and the prompt keyword may be interchanged; alternatively, only two "#" may be used to surround any one of the reply keyword and the prompt keyword.
For example, referring to fig. 5, still taking an example that a target user initiates a hill-climbing activity in the target group, in this scenario, the message format of the question message may specifically be as follows:
tomorrow organizing mountain climbing, please participate in the reply # automatically adding the group 123456#
In the above question message, "tomorrow organizes mountain climbing, please reply to participate" is a message text; "#" is the fourth delimiter; "join" is a reply keyword; "automatic group 123456" as the prompt keyword; "123456" is the group identification of the group of users to join. The "# join #" is the specified reply format carried in the message.
In this case, other member users may register to participate in the hill climbing activity by editing the reply message "# participate #", and automatically join the user group identified as "123456". Of course, in practical applications, it is also possible to use only the keyword "join" as the specified reply format, and not the "#" as the reply format. In this case, other member users may enter the mountain climbing activity by editing the reply message "join" and automatically join the user group identified by the group identification "123456".
In an implementation manner, when the instant messaging client performs format analysis on the received group chat message according to the message format, the instant messaging client may first traverse the group chat message to search the fourth delimiter;
if the fourth separator is found, the exact positions of the reply keyword and the prompt keyword in the message can be located based on the fourth separator, and then the reply keyword and the prompt keyword are separated from the message.
Further, after the reply keyword and the prompt keyword are separated, because the prompt keyword is used to indicate a group identifier of a user group to be joined, the instant messaging client may further analyze the group identifier indicated by the prompt keyword, store the group identifier and the reply keyword in a local association manner, and simultaneously store the fourth separator and the reply keyword as an "appointed reply format" for the message in a local manner.
In this specification, if the instant messaging client analyzes the received group chat message as a question message through the format analysis process shown above, the question message may be displayed in the message interface of the target group;
specifically, if the received group chat message is a question message initiated by the target user, a corresponding question record can be created for the question message, and a unique question identifier is allocated to the question message; the analyzed group identifier of the user group to be added can be recorded into the question record, the question identifier is added into the specified reply format carried in the question message, and then the question message added with the question identifier is displayed in a message interface of the target group; for example, the addition before the recovery key may still be used.
Correspondingly, if the instant messaging client analyzes that the received group chat message is a reply message aiming at a question message issued by a target user before through the format analysis process shown above, the instant messaging client can extract the question mark in the reply content of the reply message, search a corresponding question record based on the question mark, then read the group mark recorded in the question record, and automatically add the other member users to the user group corresponding to the group mark; for example, the instant messaging client may automatically send a group adding request to the corresponding server based on the group identifier, and add the other member users to the corresponding user group.
For example, take the following question message shown in fig. 5 as an example:
tomorrow organizing mountain climbing, please participate in the reply #003 of the participation # automatically adding the group 123456#
Wherein "003" is the question number. In this case, the group ID of the user group to be joined is already recorded in the question record corresponding to the question number "003", and the instant messaging client can read the group ID and then automatically add the member user who replies "# 003 join" to the group corresponding to the group ID; thus, all users participating in the hill climbing activity will be added to another separate user group; for the initiator of the activity, all the persons participating in the activity can be quickly counted by checking the total number of the member users of the user group.
Therefore, by the method, the target user can edit the question message in a special format in the group chat scene, and carry the specified reply format and the group identifier of the user group to be joined in the question message, so that all the member users who reply to the question message according to the specified reply format can be quickly added to the user group corresponding to the group identifier.
In the above embodiments, the description has been given taking an example that the instant messaging client determines the type of the received group chat message by performing format analysis on the received group chat message, and it should be added that, in practical applications, in addition to performing format analysis, the instant messaging client may also perform semantic analysis on the received group chat message by mounting a semantic analysis engine to determine whether the received group chat message is the question message or a reply message to the question message. Under the condition, the target user does not need to edit the question message according to a certain special format, the format analysis of the question message can be completely replaced by semantic analysis, so that the instant messaging client can automatically split and analyze the question of the question message and create a question record, and detailed implementation processes are not detailed in the application.
