All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a group event management method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s11, generating an event window containing a group message and a response control, wherein the group message contains an identity tag corresponding to a preset user tag;
before generating an event window containing a group message and a response control, an administrator server enters a group event editing interface to edit the group message and the response control, wherein the group message is input by the administrator server according to an actual scene, and the response control is used as a channel for responding the group message after the current group member receives the group message. Through the response control, the administrator server can conveniently count the group member list and the number of the response group messages.
Preferably, the administrator server may further set an operable object corresponding to the response control in the group event editing interface. That is, the administrator server may set the operable object of the response control according to the current group member object to which the group message is directed, and after the operable object of the response control is set, only the specified operable object can make an effective response to the response control. For example, for the issue of the meeting notification, the operable object may be set as the participant corresponding to the meeting.
Preferably, the event window may further include additional function controls such as a message editing control, and the administrator server may receive an additional message input by a user who executes a click instruction on the message editing control in the event window and display the additional message in the event window. For example, when the administrator server establishes a welcome message, the administrator server sets a message editing control, receives a welcome word automatically edited by a group user, and displays the welcome word in the event window, so that the welcome words of the group members can be concentrated, and welcome ceremony interruption caused by sudden insertion of other topics in the group chat process can be avoided.
The group message comprises an identity tag corresponding to a preset user tag; the preset user label is preset according to personal information of the user, roles of the user in the group and the like, and pertinence of the group message can be reflected. For example, in a company group, the preset user tags may include a department tag, a personal birthday tag, and the like, and the department tag may be selected accordingly when a department meeting notification is sent, and the personal birthday tag may be selected accordingly when a birthday present is released in the group. Further, in order to release the message according to the actual situation, the preset user tags further include tags possessed by all group users such as company tags, so that group events involving all group members such as welcome ceremonies are facilitated.
S12, sending the event window;
and after the administrator server finishes editing the event window, sending the event window to the user terminal. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an event window presentation interface provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where a "meeting notification" event window contains a meeting notification message and a response control in the form of a "click reply received". Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an event window presentation interface provided by another embodiment of the present invention, where the "welcome" event window contains welcome words and a response control in the form of "click welcome" words.
S13, acquiring an identity corresponding to the user based on a click instruction executed by the user on the response control, wherein the preset user label is matched with the identity label in the group message;
referring to fig. 2 and 4 again, the administrator server obtains an identity corresponding to the user based on a click instruction executed by the user, where the preset user tag is matched with the identity tag in the group message, to the response control, and displays the identity in the event window, where the identity may be user identity information such as a user avatar and a nickname.
Specifically, when the administrator server sends a "project group" department meeting notification, the department tag may be selected as a "project group" accordingly, and then, after the event window is sent out, the administrator server only receives the identity of the group member with the user tag as a "project group" from the group members executing the click instruction, and displays the identity in the event window.
Further, the administrator server may also count the number of group members responding to the group message and display the number in the event window according to the user who executes the click instruction in the response control. For example, after the "meeting notification" event window is released, the number of people who click "receive click reply" obtained by statistics is displayed, so that the administrator can conveniently count whether the message transmission is missed, and meanwhile, the number of people can be shown in the group event as one of the parameters of the meeting notification group event.
Further, the group message includes a preset number of responses, i.e., the number of people participating in the group event in the current group is limited.
After acquiring the identity corresponding to the user based on the click instruction executed by the user on the response control, where the preset user tag is matched with the identity tag in the group message, the method includes:
judging whether the number of the users, who match the preset user label with the identity label in the group message and execute the click command on the response control, exceeds the preset response number or not;
if yes, randomly selecting users with preset response quantity from the users with preset user labels matched with the identity labels in the group message and executing click instructions on the response control to participate in the group event;
if not, selecting all the preset user tags to be matched with the identity tags in the group message, and executing a click instruction on the response control to enable the user to participate in the group event.
Further, after determining whether the number of users who match the preset user tag with the identity tag in the group message and execute the click instruction on the response control exceeds a preset response number, the method further includes:
if not, counting the residual response quantity after a preset time period, and generating and sending a secondary event window containing the group message, the response control and the residual response quantity according to the residual response quantity;
sending the secondary event window;
and selecting the users with the residual response quantity to participate in the group event according to the time sequence based on all click instructions executed on the response control.
The counting of the residual response quantity after the preset time period, and generating and sending a secondary event window containing the group message, the response control and the residual response quantity according to the residual response quantity comprises the following steps:
and changing the preset user label into a new preset user label.
For example, an event window of "birthday star rush birthday present 20" in 7 months "is generated and transmitted, wherein the identity tag is" 7 months "and the preset number of responses is" 20". The administrator server receives a request of a user with a preset user label of 7 months and executing a click instruction on a corresponding response control, counts the number of users with the preset user label of 7 months and executing the click instruction on the corresponding response control within a preset time period, such as 30 minutes of issuing an event window, and randomly selects 20 users from the users with the preset user label of 7 months and executing the click instruction on the corresponding response control to participate in the group event of the 'birthday present'.
And if the number of the users is less than 20, selecting all the users with preset user labels of 7 months and executing click instructions on corresponding response controls to participate in the group event of the 'birthday present'.
Further, the remaining response number may also be counted after a preset time period, for example, after 40 minutes from the issuance of the event window, if the "birthday present" group event has 5 names remaining, a secondary event window may be generated and transmitted based on the 5 names. The secondary event window comprises group messages, response controls and the number of remaining responses. For example, a secondary event window containing "birthday god of 7 months robs the remaining birthday present 5" is transmitted, and it is predefined that the user who has received the birthday present cannot receive it any more. Further, the preset user tag may be changed to a new preset user tag, that is, the group message including the new preset user tag is reset, for example, a secondary event window including "the remaining 5 birthday gifts are randomly preempted" is sent, so that all members of the current group can participate in the group event, and the user in "7 months" is no longer required to participate. And after a secondary event window is generated, selecting 5 persons to participate in the group event according to the time sequence based on all click instructions executed on the response control.
And after generating a group event according to the group message and the identity of the user, sending the group event to the selected user participating in the group event in the form of a new message.
And S14, generating a group event according to the group message and the identity of the user.
Before the group event is generated, the administrator server pre-establishes a group event template, and the generating of the group event according to the group message and the identity of the user includes:
acquiring a pre-established group event template corresponding to the group message, wherein the group event template comprises a user tag matching part and an identity matching part;
automatically screening the identity label in the group message, and matching the identity label with the user label matching position in the group event template; automatically matching the identity of the user with the identity matching position in the group event template;
and obtaining the group event containing the identity label and the identity identification.
Preferably, the administrator server may further receive an automatically matched group event template according to the published group message, and the group event template is obtained by automatically matching keywords in the group message in a group event template database.
Fig. 3 and fig. 5 are schematic diagrams respectively illustrating a group event presentation interface according to an embodiment of the present invention. The group event comprises a group message generated by the administrator server and the identity of the user who executes the click command on the response control. In particular, FIG. 3 illustrates a formal meeting notice containing meeting messages and participants, and FIG. 5 illustrates a welcome card containing welcome words and welcome people.
Referring to fig. 6, a group event management method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s21, receiving an event window which is sent by a current group administrator and contains a group message and a response control; the group message comprises an identity tag;
the group message is a message input by the administrator server according to an actual scene, and the response control is used as a channel for responding to the group message after the group message is received by the current group member. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an event window presentation interface provided by an embodiment of the present invention, in which a user terminal receives a "meeting notification" event window containing a meeting notification message and a response control in the form of a "click reply received" word. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an event window displaying interface according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which a user terminal receives a "welcome" event window containing a welcome word and a response control of a "click welcome" word.
S22, acquiring a click instruction of the current group user to the response control in the event window within a preset time period;
furthermore, the event window also comprises a message editing control, and the user terminal can acquire a click instruction executed by the current group user on the message editing control in the event window and provide an editing interface of the additional message.
Furthermore, the user terminal can display a preset pattern related to the theme of the group event according to the click instruction of the current group user on the response control; and after the preset pattern disappears, the identity mark of the user is displayed in the event window.
For example, in a window welcoming new colleagues, when a group user clicks a 'click welcome' response control, a love shape is generated in an event window, the love shape gradually becomes smaller and transparent until disappearing, and the head portrait of the group user executing a click instruction is displayed in the event window while the love shape disappears, so that the atmosphere in the group can be greatly activated.
And S23, sending and executing the identity corresponding to the user with the preset user tag matched with the identity tag in the group message.
The user terminal obtains the click command executed by the user within a preset time period, such as within 30min after receiving the event window, identifies the identity corresponding to the user executing the click command, and sends the identity corresponding to the user to the administrator server.
Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a group event management apparatus, including a generating module 11, a sending module 12, an obtaining module 13, and a generating module 14, where:
a generating module 11, configured to generate an event window containing a group message and a response control;
before generating an event window containing a group message and a response control, an administrator server enters a group event editing interface to edit the group message and the response control, wherein the group message is input by the administrator server according to an actual scene, and the response control is used as a channel for responding the group message after the current group member receives the group message. Through the response control, the administrator server can conveniently count the group member list and the number of the response group messages.
Preferably, the administrator server may further set an operable object corresponding to the response control in the group event editing interface. That is, the administrator server may set the operable object of the response control in a targeted manner according to the current group member object to which the group message is directed, and after the operable object of the response control is set, only the specified operable object can make a valid response to the response control. For example, for the publication of a meeting notification, the actionable object may be set as the participant corresponding to the meeting.
Preferably, the event window may further include additional function controls such as a message editing control, and the administrator server may receive an additional message input by a user who executes a click instruction on the message editing control in the event window and display the additional message in the event window. For example, the administrator server sets a message editing control while establishing a welcome message, receives a welcome word self-edited by a group user, and displays the welcome word in an event window, so that the welcome words of the group members can be concentrated, and welcome interruption caused by sudden insertion of other topics in the group chat process can be avoided. Further, in order to release the message according to the actual situation, the preset user tags also include tags possessed by all group users such as company tags, so that the group event in which all group members participate together such as welcome ceremonies can be conveniently carried out.
A sending module 12, configured to send the event window;
and after the administrator server finishes editing the event window, sending the event window to the user terminal. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an event window presentation interface provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where a "meeting notification" event window contains meeting notification messages and a response control in the form of "click reply received". Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an event window presentation interface provided by another embodiment of the present invention, where the "welcome" event window contains welcome words and a response control in the form of "click welcome" words.
An obtaining module 13, configured to receive an identity identifier corresponding to a user who executes a click instruction on the response control in an event window, and display the identity identifier in the event window;
referring to fig. 2 and 4 again, the administrator server obtains an identity corresponding to the user based on a click instruction executed by the user, where the preset user tag is matched with the identity tag in the group message, to the response control, and displays the identity in the event window, where the identity may be user identity information such as a user avatar and a nickname.
Specifically, when the administrator server sends the "project group" department meeting notification, the department tag may be selected as the "project group" accordingly, and then after the event window is sent out, the administrator server only receives the identity of the group member with the user tag as the "project group" from the group members executing the click instruction, and displays the identity of the group member with the user tag as the "project group" in the event window.
Further, the group message contains a preset number of responses, i.e., the number of people participating in the group event in the current group is limited.
After acquiring the identity corresponding to the user based on the click instruction executed by the user on the response control, where the preset user tag is matched with the identity tag in the group message, the method includes:
judging whether the number of the users, who match the preset user label with the identity label in the group message and execute the click command on the response control, exceeds the preset response number or not;
if so, randomly selecting users with preset response quantity from the users with the preset user labels matched with the identity labels in the group message and executing click instructions on the response control to participate in the group event;
if not, selecting all the preset user tags to be matched with the identity tags in the group message, and executing a click instruction on the response control to enable the user to participate in the group event.
Further, after determining whether the number of users who match the preset user tag with the identity tag in the group message and execute the click instruction on the response control exceeds a preset response number, the method further includes:
if not, counting the residual response quantity after a preset time period, and generating and sending a secondary event window containing the group message, the response control and the residual response quantity according to the residual response quantity;
sending the secondary event window;
and selecting the users with the residual response quantity to participate in the group event according to the time sequence based on all click instructions executed on the response control.
The administrator server receives a request of a user with a preset user label of 7 months and executing a click command on a corresponding response control, counts the number of users with the preset user label of 7 months and executing the click command on the corresponding response control within a preset time period, such as 30 minutes of an event window, and randomly selects 20 users from the users with the preset user label of 7 months and executing the click command on the corresponding response control to participate in the group event of the 'birthday present'.
Wherein, the secondary event window comprises group information, response control and residual response quantity. For example, a secondary event window containing "birthday god of 7 months robs the remaining birthday present 5" is transmitted, and it is previously defined that the user who has picked up the birthday present cannot pick up any more.
And after generating a group event according to the group message and the identity of the user, sending the group event to the selected user participating in the group event in a new message form.
