and determining whether all the participants are positioned at respective stations according to whether the fed-back video contains the face image.
It can be seen that in the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, when an instruction for starting a conference is received, a list of people participating in the conference is obtained; sending an information query request to the monitoring point of the Internet of things; receiving a message fed back by the monitoring point of the Internet of things; determining whether all the participants are located at respective stations according to the information fed back by the monitoring point of the Internet of things and the personnel list; and when all the participants are positioned at respective stations, controlling the terminals of the participants to enter a conference interface. Therefore, by implementing the technical scheme provided by the invention, the network conference can be held based on the physical network, the time loss caused by collecting the participants in the conference room and evacuating the personnel after meeting in the traditional method is avoided, and the working efficiency is further improved.

Claims (4)

1. An information processing method based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a prompt to a terminal of a conference organizer at a scheduled time of the conference to determine whether to start the conference;
when a conference starting instruction is received, acquiring a personnel list participating in the conference;
sending an information query request to an Internet of things monitoring point;
receiving the message fed back by the monitoring point of the internet of things, comprising the following steps: if the monitoring point of the Internet of things is a monitor, receiving a video corresponding to a preset time period fed back by the monitor;
determining whether all the participants are located at respective stations according to the messages fed back by the monitoring points of the internet of things and the personnel list, wherein the steps comprise: acquiring face images of the participants according to the personnel list; determining whether all the participants are located at respective stations according to whether the fed-back video contains the face images;
when all the participants are positioned at respective stations, controlling the terminals of the participants to enter a conference interface;
when the attendees which are not located at the station exist, determining the absent list according to the identifiers of the attendees which are not located at the station; popping up alarm information on a screen to prompt a conference organizer whether to continue a conference, wherein the alarm information comprises the absent list; when receiving an instruction of continuing the conference, controlling the terminal of the target participant to enter a conference interface; the target participants refer to participants except the absent personnel recorded in the absent list;
when a reminding instruction input by the conference organizer is received, sending conference reminding information to personnel in the absent list; when the screen protection state is removed at the terminal corresponding to the absent staff, the information that the absent staff returns to the station is determined to be received, and the terminal of the absent staff returning to the station is controlled to enter a conference interface.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the internet of things monitoring points are pressure sensors located on each station;
the determining whether all the participants are located at respective stations according to the messages fed back by the monitoring points of the internet of things and the personnel list comprises the following steps:
acquiring pressure values fed back by all station sensors;
determining the stations corresponding to the participants according to the personnel list;
and determining whether all the participants are positioned at respective stations according to whether the pressure value of the station corresponding to the participants is greater than a preset pressure value.
3. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for sending a prompt to a terminal of a conference organizer to determine whether to start the conference or not at the scheduled time of the conference; when a conference starting instruction is received, acquiring a personnel list participating in the conference;
the sending unit is used for sending an information query request to the monitoring point of the Internet of things;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the message fed back by the monitoring point of the internet of things, and comprises: if the monitoring point of the Internet of things is a monitor, receiving a video corresponding to a preset time period fed back by the monitor;
the determining unit is used for determining whether all the participants are located at respective stations according to the messages fed back by the monitoring points of the internet of things and the personnel list, and comprises the following steps: acquiring face images of the participants according to the personnel list; determining whether all the participants are located at respective stations according to whether the fed-back video contains the face images;
the control unit is used for controlling the terminals of all the participants to enter a conference interface when all the participants are positioned at respective stations;
the determining unit is used for determining the absent list according to the identification of the attendee who is not located at the station when the attendee who is not located at the station exists;
the alarm unit is used for popping up alarm information on a screen to prompt a conference organizer to continue a conference, and the alarm information comprises the absent list;
the control unit is used for controlling the terminal of the target participant to enter a conference interface when receiving an instruction of continuing the conference; the target participants refer to participants except the absent personnel recorded in the absent list;
the sending unit is further used for sending conference reminding information to the personnel in the absent list when a reminding instruction input by the conference organizer is received;
and the control unit is used for determining to receive the information that the absent staff returns to the station and controlling the terminal of the absent staff who returns to the station to enter a conference interface when the screen protection state is relieved at the terminal corresponding to the absent staff.
4. The server of claim 3, wherein the internet of things monitoring points are pressure sensors located at each workstation;
the determining unit comprises a first acquiring subunit and a first determining subunit;
the first acquiring subunit is used for acquiring pressure values fed back by all the station sensors;
the first determining subunit is used for determining the stations corresponding to the participants according to the personnel list;
and the pressure value of the station corresponding to the participator is larger than a preset pressure value, so that whether all the participators are positioned at the respective stations is determined.
